Serenity Household Services was one of the large chain domestic service companies in Oceanbridge City.
Noah drove to this location.
When a BMW M4 pulled up, the company staff immediately put on warm smiles and welcomed him.
"What services do you need, Sir?"
"We offer a wide range of household services, including child care, babysitting, nursing, temporary work, healthcare, and elderly companionship... as long as it is related to household services, we can provide it."
"I’m looking for a housekeeper," Noah rubbed his chin.
"What are your requirements?"
"My requirements are that they be in good health, are hardworking, and have good character," Noah replied.
"Alright, Sir, here’s a list of available housekeepers. You can choose from them." The staff handed over a list.
Noah took the list and looked at it carefully.

Suddenly, he heard a sharp sound, like a slap.

"I didn't steal anything! You can't just accuse innocent people of crime! Sob sob sob!"
Noah looked over and saw a woman dragging out another woman in her fifties or sixties.
The woman was dressed in a bright red dress, was wearing high heels, and had heavy makeup on her face.
There were red handprints on the woman's face, and she held her face, tears in her eyes.
"Cora, what's going on?"
The staff hurriedly approached her.
Cora had hired a housekeeper from their company two days ago, but she was unexpectedly at their door today.
"What's going on? The housekeeper you introduced to me stole my things. She stole two of my jade bracelets! They’re worth fifty thousand dollars!"
The angry woman pointed at the staff with indignation. "You tell me how to handle this! Since your housekeeper stole my things, your household service company should take responsibility!"
The staff's face changed slightly, "Cora, please wait, I'll call the manager over."
She rushed upstairs.
"Hmph! You dared to steal my stuff, old lady? You must have a death wish!"
The woman kicked the housekeeper in the stomach, causing her to fall to the ground. The long heel pierced the babysitter's face, making her grow pale.
"I... I really didn't steal anything! I've been a housekeeper for thirty years, how could I possibly steal from my employers?"
The housekeeper covered her stomach and cried, her face full of grievances.
"If I stole things, I would just be cutting off my source of income. Who would dare hire me as a housekeeper in the future?"

Noah looked at them and for some reason, felt that the housekeeper was telling the truth.
"In today's society, surveillance is everywhere. No normal person would steal things, right?" Noah calmly spoke. "Didn’t you just say it? After being a housekeeper for thirty years, stealing from your employers would be cutting off your own income. You wouldn't be able to continue in this line of work."
With that, Noah approached and helped the housekeeper up.
"Thank you, young man," the woman said gratefully, looking at Noah's face.
"Hmph, there are many greedy people in society! If you steal, you can just stop being a housekeeper and go back to your hometown to retire," the woman sneered and glanced at Noah.
"Besides, this is my business. Who asked you, a useless person, to meddle in other people's business?"
"I just can't stand seeing you falsely accuse a good person and even resort to violence," Noah said expressionlessly.
At this moment, the manager had come downstairs.
"Chloe, did you really steal something?" the manager asked, already aware of the situation.
"How could I possibly steal something?" the woman said with a distressed expression, tears streaming down her face.
"If you didn't steal anything, then where is my jade bracelet? It's already come to this, but you still dare to argue?" the woman looked at the manager. "Tell me, how are you going to resolve this issue? Your household management company introduced this housekeeper to me."

An angry burly man walked in.
"You... why are you here?" The woman took a step back in fear.

The big man slapped the woman in the face and cursed at her.
"What the hell? How did this happen? You dare to cheat on me and bring another man into our house?!"
"When did I cheat on you?" The woman covered her left cheek, which had a red handprint and was burning with pain.
"You still dare to argue with me?"

The big man slapped her again.
"If it weren't for the hidden surveillance cameras I installed at home, I wouldn't have found out that you brought that wild man into our house!"
"What? You installed cameras at home?!" The woman was completely stunned.
"Those cameras were originally installed to monitor the housekeeper and prevent theft. I never expected to catch you instead! You brought a man into our house, how exciting for you, huh?"
The big man took out his phone, showing a video of the woman and another unfamiliar man embracing each other on the couch without clothes.
