Chapter 247 I Am a Great Tycoon

"Don't sweat it, Mr. Anderson. I'll give it everything I've got!" Kenneth said, nodding enthusiastically.

"Great, go for it," Noah replied.

Kenneth left promptly, showing respect.

The finance manager, observing the interaction, couldn't help but be impressed.

Noah's knack for managing people was remarkable. Witith a few words, Kenneth was fully committed to working for him.

Besides, Noah's genuine attitude made people believe in him without doubting the feasibility of his promises.

And another thing, everyone knew Noah had the resources and background to back up his words. Without that, it would just seem like empty boasting.

"How's the recruitment of streamers going?" Noah asked the finance manager.

"We're in talks with two top-tier streamers who are interested in joining us," the finance manager replied, "Both are gaming streamers who have competed professionally and even won world championships. They bring their own audience, and either one of them could significantly boost our platform. But their asking price is high. Including the buyout from their current platform, it's starting at $300 million each."

"Get them on board. I'll transfer the money to you later," Noah said calmly.

"Understood, Mr. Anderson." The finance manager nodded. He was already used to Noah dealing in billions of dollars.

Noah knew that for a streaming platform to grow, it needed viewers. And to get viewers, it needed top-tier streamers who brought their own fanbase. If these streamers switched to their platform, their audience would follow.

"Besides the streamers, we need to ensure our platform can handle the influx of viewers. We can't have streams buffering or lagging. Also, our customer service must prioritize user satisfaction," Noah added.

"Don't worry, we've been hiring a lot of tech and customer service staff recently. Our service will be on par with the top streaming platforms in the country," the finance manager assured.

Noah nodded.

At that moment, the door opened, and Hazel, the head of operations, walked in.

"Mr. Anderson, I heard you were here. I have some updates for you," Hazel said.

Hazel had recently been promoted to head of operations and was also in charge of event planning for Facebook Live, including promotions and giveaways.

"What's that exactly?" Noah asked.

"I have two events that need your input," Hazel said with a smile. "First, our Facebook Live Star-Making Project. The goal is to cultivate our own top streamers. Those selected will receive great benefits, like shorter streaming hours, homepage recommendations, and a higher share of gift revenue. We've advertised this on social media, and many people have signed up."

Noah nodded, "That's good. Developing our own streamers means they'll be more loyal and less likely to jump ship to other platforms."

"Exactly. In Oceanbridge City alone, we have thousands of applicants. The initial screening is done, and over a hundred have made it to the interview stage. I was hoping you could take a look," Hazel said.

"Sure thing," Noah replied, brushing it off as a minor task.

"The second event is our collaboration with Oceanbridge City TV. We're the main sponsor for a new reality show called 'I'm a Billionaire,'" Hazel continued.

"'I'm a Billionaire'?" Noah raised an eyebrow.

"Yep," Hazel confirmed, "The show will select thirty ordinary people from Oceanbridge City, give them a substantial amount of money, and film their experiences living like billionaires. The footage will be aired on TV."

"That sounds intriguing," Noah said, his eyes lighting up. The concept of ordinary people suddenly living like billionaires would definitely attract viewers.

In the U.S., a successful reality show could generate billions in revenue for the production team.

"Exactly. The viewership and the revenue from selling the show to online platforms could easily reach ten billion dollars. It would also generate massive viewership," Hazel explained, "As the main sponsor, the more popular the show is, the more people will learn about our platform, bringing in more viewers."

"The audience from this show could rival the fanbase of five or six top-tier streamers. It's a win-win," Hazel added.

"How much will the show cost?" Noah asked. As the main sponsor, they would need to invest.

"Each participant will receive ten million dollars, so the total cost will be around three hundred million dollars," Hazel said.

"Alright, I'll transfer the money to the company account later," Noah agreed.

Hazel's eyes sparkled. This was her first major event, and getting Noah's financial backing was a big win.

"Mr. Anderson, let's go check out the interviews for the Star-Making Project," Hazel suggested.

"Sure," Noah nodded.

They headed to the HR department, where a long line of applicants was waiting. All of them were women, dressed to impress, with short skirts and high heels, and the scent of perfume filled the air.

Noah and Hazel entered the office.

Once inside, they saw that a girl was standing in front of the desk, being interviewed.

"Mr. Anderson!" The HR manager stood up immediately upon seeing Noah.

"I'm here to check on the Star-Making Project," Noah said with a smile.

"Please, have a seat. Since you're here, you can decide who makes it onto Facebook Live," the HR manager said with a smile.

"I'll just give my opinion. The final decision will be a group discussion," Noah said, taking the central seat. The HR manager and Hazel sat on either side, and someone quickly brought Noah a cup of coffee.

"Next." The HR manager called out.

The door opened, and the previous girl left. Another girl walked in.

She was wearing a bikini, her long hair cascading down her back. Her large, bright eyes and dimples when she smiled made her look very cute.

"Hello, judges! My name is Sydney!" She bowed as she entered, her eyes landing on Noah.

To her, Noah, sitting in the center, was clearly the most important judge, and the respectful looks the other two gave Noah confirmed it.

"I'm 5'5", weigh 92 pounds, and my measurements are 40-30-42," Sydney said, "My hobbies include reading, traveling, singing, and dancing."
