Chapter 91 Apology
"He really is the owner!"
Both the young man and the woman in the convertible BMW next to him were dumbfounded.
"Stupid security guard, open your eyes wider, did you make a mistake? This guy rode a bicycle here, can he afford to buy a place at Summit Retreat Oasis?" The young man looked at the security guard.
"Julius, I... how could I make a mistake?" The security guard smiled apologetically. "We’ve all received professional training."
"Hmph, I bet he used up all his savings to buy the villa, which is why he can only afford a bike." The woman chuckled. "This kind of person probably lives in the cheapest villa here."
"Probably."
The young man nodded and looked at Noah, "Kid, since you're the owner, hurry up and ride your bike in, don't block my way."
"Please go in, Sir!" The security guard chimed in, "This is Julius, he’s an important man, you can't afford to offend him."
It was obvious that the security guard was afraid of that young man.
Noah smiled and did not go inside, but walked toward the convertible BMW and the young man.
"Hey kid, what are you doing? Are you trying to scam me?"
The young man grinned, pressing the accelerator pedal.
Vroom vroom vroom...
The BMW engine roared like a ferocious beast, ready to pounce.
"Maybe he bought a villa and ran out of money, so he wants to take advantage of us since we have a BMW." The woman in the passenger seat sneered.
"If he wants to take advantage of us, let him. We have cameras!" The young man shrugged indifferently. "Besides, if he dares to pull a stunt, I’ll just crash into him. I have nothing to lose, except money. Worst case scenario, I'll just say I mistook the gas pedal for brake and pay a little money to settle it!"
At this moment, Noah had already walked over to the car.
He reached out and lifted the young man from inside the convertible, as if he were picking up a chick.
"What the fuck, what are you doing?!" The young man's face turned pale as he panicked and shouted.
Noah threw him to the security guard like a discarded dog.
Bam!
He crashed onto the ground, screaming in pain, feeling as if all his bones were fractured.
"Kid, fuck, you dare to disrespect me? Do you even know who I am?!" The young man looked at Noah in shock and anger.
"I don't care who you are. Since you have a filthy mouth, I'll teach you a lesson." Noah said calmly, raising his hand.
Smack!
He slapped the young man hard across the face.
Instantly, one side of the young man's face turned red and swollen, burning with pain.
"Nobody, not even my grandfather, has ever hit me before! How dare you!" The young man covered his face, looking at Noah in disbelief.
Smack!
Noah delivered another slap. His voice was cold as he said, "Now, apologize to the security guard."
"Apologize?" The young man was taken aback, pointing at the security guard with wide eyes. "You want me to apologize to this shitty security guard?"
The security guard was also stunned. Although he had been angry when Julius had insulted him by calling him a moron earlier, he hadn't dared to retaliate because he knew he couldn't afford to offend Julius. So he had to endure it.
But he didn't expect Noah to ask Julius to apologize to him. What was going on?
"No need, I'm just a security guard. How could an owner apologize to me?" The security guard managed to force a smile.
"Did you hear that kid? Even the watch dog said it, there's no need for me to apologize. Who do you think you are to make me apologize to him?" The young man shouted.
Smack!
Before the young man could finish his sentence, Noah slapped him again.
"Since you refuse to apologize, I'll keep hitting you until you do," Noah said coldly, a faint smile on his face.
Smack smack smack!
The sound of slaps echoed continuously.
The security guard was dumbfounded and quickly intervened. "Please stop hitting him, Sir! If you injure Julius, you’ll be in danger!"
"Fuck!"
"Kid, since you dared to hit me, I’ll make sure you die a miserable death!" the young man shouted.
Smack smack smack smack!
Several more slaps followed.
At this moment, the young man's face was completely swollen, with fresh blood flowing from his nostrils, mouth, eyes, and ears.
The pain was unbearable.
Finally, he gave in. "Please stop hitting me, I’ll apologize!"
After speaking, he immediately looked at the security guard and pleaded repeatedly, "I'm sorry!
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have insulted you with foul language!
"Please forgive me!"
The security guard was stunned and quickly waved his hand.
"It's alright, Julius, I accept your apology."
To be honest, the security guard was still a little afraid of Julius.
But he was not a pushover either. Being scolded like that earlier had made him unhappy.
The anger in his heart dissipated since Julian had been beaten up and apologized.
However, he was worried about Noah. Offending Julius would probably result in retaliation...
"Now that you've apologized, just leave."
Noah calmly spoke up, went to the side of the road, got on his bicycle, and entered the villa area.
The young man covered his face, got up from the ground, and got into the car.
"Julius..."
The woman hesitated for a moment and asked worriedly, "Are you alright?"
"Don't talk to me!" the young man growled, glared at the woman, and scared her into immediately shutting her mouth.
"You dared to humiliate me? You’re just a mere security guard and a bicycle rider. I’ll make you regret it!"
A coldness erupted in the young man's eyes. He stepped on the accelerator, and the car entered the villa.
Noah entered the villa area and rode his bike straight to a villa located halfway up the mountain.
This villa was in the middle of the mountains, with a stream flowing around it. Above the stream, water vapor lingered, and the sound of gurgling water could be heard.
Behind the villa were large patches of green bamboo, towering into the clouds, with the sound of unknown birds calling.
"This might have cost eighty-seven million, but the money was well spent."
Noah stood outside a villa. It was his villa.
The villa had a total of four floors and was built in a European architectural style. It was made entirely of marble, low-key yet luxurious. The top floor had a balcony where one could sunbathe and exercise. Standing there, one could overlook Oceanbridge City.
The villa was currently still under renovation, with many workers coming in and out. Noah glanced at the garden, outdoor swimming pool, and other facilities, which were beginning to take shape.
Noah stepped into the villa.
"Noah, you're here!"
A man walked over. It was Celestial Canopy River, one of the core high-level personnel of Noah Capital, who had been assigned to oversee the renovation of Noah's villa.
Noah nodded and asked, "How is the renovation progressing?"
"It's almost done. It will be ready for occupancy in about another week."
