Chapter 332 BMW 3 Series
"So, letting Noah grab a bite and see the world a bit isn't a big deal, right?" Kurt's voice rose.
"Sure, let him go!"
"Let him see how the other half lives!"
The female teachers chimed in.
"But Noah, just a heads-up, when you get to the Eyfel Hotel, you gotta follow the rules. Don't gawk around, and if you see something fancy, play it cool, or people will think you're a country bumpkin," Kurt warned. "It's fine if you embarrass yourself, just don't embarrass us!"
Hearing this, Noah rolled his eyes, not bothering to respond to someone like Kurt.
After chatting for a bit longer, everyone headed downstairs.
Before leaving Silverline Square, Noah sent a Facebook message to Clementine, telling her he was going out for dinner and she should take a cab home.
Downstairs.
"Mr. Lowe, how are we getting there?" Audrey asked.
"Of course, I'll drive you all," Kurt said, pulling out his car keys and pressing a button. The lights of a blue BMW 3 Series parked by the curb flashed.
"Wow, Mr. Lowe, you got a new car, and it's a BMW!" The female teachers' eyes lit up, staring at Kurt's BMW.
"Didn't you used to drive a Volkswagen Golf? Now you've upgraded to a BMW!"
"This car is so clean, it must be new!"
"Yep, it's new," Kurt nodded. "I just got it yesterday, the latest BMW 3 Series, cost nearly $100,000!"
"Impressive!"
"I've never ridden in a BMW before!"
"I really want to experience what it's like to sit in a BMW."
The female teachers were eager.
Audrey noticed a large white van parked behind the BMW. "Whose van is that? The owner must be blind to park it behind a BMW. Aren't they afraid of scratching the new car?" Audrey mocked. "If it gets scratched, they might have to sell everything they own to pay for it!"
"Yeah, so inconsiderate!"
"Mr. Lowe, be careful when you drive out. We don't want to scratch the new car."
"A cheap van parked next to a BMW is such an eyesore!"
The female teachers looked over, their faces full of disdain.
Kurt glanced over, his eyelid twitching slightly, his expression serious. "Watch what you say. That's not a van, it's a GMC Savana, worth over a million dollars! It's several times the price of my 3 Series!"
"What? That van is so expensive?"
"Mr. Lowe, you must be mistaken!"
"Yeah, how can that car be worth over a million dollars?"
The female teachers' mouths dropped open, unable to believe that the unassuming vehicle was worth over a million dollars.
"Of course, I know cars. People who drive this kind of car are usually truly successful. Silverlight City is the center of Imperial State, after all. There are plenty of wealthy people here."
Kurt glanced at the GMC, full of envy. This car's features and interior far surpassed his new 3 Series.
"I wonder if the owner is handsome!"
"Yeah, maybe they work at Silverline Square too!"
"It would be great to meet someone so wealthy."
The female teachers were instantly infatuated, their previous disdain gone.
"Alright, let's get in the car!" Kurt smiled wryly, opening the car door. Four female teachers got in.
Audrey sat in the front passenger seat, while the other three sat in the back.
"Noah, sorry, the car's full. Why don't you grab a cab to the Eyfel Hotel?" Kurt leaned out and said to Noah.
"Mr. Lowe, did you really think of letting Noah ride in your car?"
"Yeah, what if he dirties your new car?"
"Noah, you should take a cab! Even if there was space, I doubt Mr. Lowe would let you ride in it. Someone like you doesn't belong in a BMW."
"Just letting you go to the Eyfel Hotel for dinner is already generous."
The female teachers chimed in, looking at Noah with a hint of disdain.
"You teachers are so smart. I never planned to let Noah ride in my car," Kurt chuckled, opening all the windows and the sunroof.
With four beauties in the car, it was sure to turn heads on the road.
If you're going to show off, do it big!
"Mr. Anderson, make sure your cab gets there quickly! If you're late, you'll only get leftovers!" Kurt smirked, revving the engine, and the 3 Series roared off towards the Eyfel Hotel like a rocket.
After Kurt left, Noah pulled out his car keys and got into the GMC.
The Eyfel Hotel was in the northern part of Serenity District, about a twenty-minute drive away.
Twenty minutes later.
Kurt and the four female teachers walked out of the parking lot, chatting and laughing.
"Mr. Lowe, I think I saw that GMC in the parking lot!"
"Yeah, it's the same one from Silverline Square!"
Audrey adjusted her black-framed glasses, her face slightly flushed. "Could the owner be here for dinner too?"
"Maybe we'll run into them! I wonder if they're some hot guy!"
"I call dibs, no fighting with me; we agreed on that!"
Kurt was a bit annoyed. He had brought the four female teachers to dinner and driven his new BMW 3 Series to impress them. But the whole way, the teachers had been talking about the GMC owner, their infatuation making Kurt unhappy.
Kurt felt like his spotlight was stolen by someone he hadn't even met.
"Noah?"
As they reached the entrance of the Eyfel Hotel, Kurt saw Noah standing there and was slightly surprised. "You got here so fast?"
Noah nodded.
"The cab must have been quick!"
"Probably got jealous seeing us in the BMW and told the driver to hurry up."
Audrey and the others laughed.
"Alright, let's go in." Kurt led the way into the Eyfel Hotel.
The Eyfel Hotel was well-known in Serenity District.
The interior was lavishly decorated, with a huge chandelier in the center of the hall and four smaller chandeliers around it, all sparkling.
"That chandelier must be made of diamonds!"
"And that counter, it's gold. Could it be solid gold?"
"So much wealth!"
Seeing the decorations, the female teachers were excited, pointing and commenting.
Even Kurt took a deep breath. No wonder it was an Eagleland East Coast Moore family property. The entire restaurant's construction and decoration must have cost billions!
Noah, on the other hand, remained calm.
"Noah, are you stunned? Your expression hasn't changed at all," Kurt looked at Noah, mocking. "But I guess it's normal. For someone from out of town, it's probably your first time in a place like this. Being stunned is normal."
Led by a waiter, they took their seats.
