Chapter 324 Signing with Clementine

The key issue here was that Noah didn't even respect Atticus, the head of the Moore family, and had the nerve to say, "Not even Atticus can save you." If word of this got out, what would happen to the Moore family's reputation?

"Kid, you've got guts! When my family comes knocking, let's see if you still have the courage to say that!" Liam sneered at Noah.

Noah ignored the threat and turned his attention to his agent, Pippa. "One hundred million dollars, can we sign Clementine?"

"Yes! Absolutely!" Pippa nodded enthusiastically. "Mr. Anderson, please wait a moment. I'll go prepare the contract right away!"

With that, Pippa hurried off the stage and returned shortly with a contract, which she respectfully handed to Noah. "Mr. Anderson, please review the terms. If there's anything you're not satisfied with, we can make changes!"

Noah took the contract and began to read. The contract was straightforward: Clementine would work for Noah for the next two years, earning money for him. In return, Noah would provide her with job opportunities and career advancement. If Clementine broke the contract within those two years, she would have to pay three times the signing bonus. After two years, they could either renew or terminate the contract.

"Alright, I'll sign it," Noah said after reading the contract. He transferred one hundred million dollars to Pippa and signed the contract.

Seeing the bank notification on her phone, Pippa's heart raced with excitement. She signed the contract and handed it to Clementine. "Clementine, you sign it too. Once it's signed, I'll transfer half the money to you."

Clementine took the contract, glanced at Noah with her big, expressive eyes, and then signed her name.

"Mr. Anderson, from now on, Clementine is yours for the next two years," Pippa said with a smile, handing Noah his copy of the contract.

On the third floor, Liam's face darkened as he watched the scene unfold.

"Mr. Anderson," Clementine said softly, bowing slightly to Noah.

Noah nodded. "Since the contract is signed, let's head back. I'll arrange your work schedule tomorrow."

With that, Noah walked off the yacht.

"Okay," Clementine replied, following Noah.

"That kid's last name is Anderson. He dared to offend the Moore family and take someone I had my eye on. I'll make him regret it," Liam said, his eyes flashing with anger as he watched Noah leave.

Outside, the cool night air greeted them, and a gentle breeze blew. The moon hung low over the Serenity River, casting a shimmering silver light on the water.

"Let's head back," Noah said as he and Bodhi walked toward the entrance of the scenic area where their car was parked. Clementine followed quietly, holding up her dress, looking a bit shy.

Soon, the three of them got into the car. Bodhi drove while Noah and Clementine sat in the back.

"Tell me about your previous work experience," Noah said.

Sitting next to her, Noah could catch a faint, pleasant scent from Clementine. Her figure was graceful, a result of her classical dance training, with a slender waist and delicate legs.

"My mom was part of an art troupe, so I grew up learning classical dance from her," Clementine began, her voice soft and melodic. "After college, I taught classical dance at a school in Imperial City. But then my dad got really sick and needed constant medical care. My salary just wasn't cutting it."

"So, I started filming my dance routines and posting them online to attract followers and make money through ads to cover my dad's medical bills."

Noah nodded. Clementine seemed delicate, but she had a strong will. With her looks, she could easily marry into wealth and avoid all this hard work.

"Then I met Pippa, who runs a studio that manages and promotes online influencers. Thanks to her, my account grew to four or five million followers. Each ad I posted brought in a few thousand dollars."

"But that still wasn't enough for my dad's medical expenses. So, I took on gigs like this one at Intoxicated Red Boat, which paid me two hundred thousand dollars."

"Of course, I have to split my earnings with Pippa since she helped me get started."

"Starting tomorrow, you'll work at my company as a live streamer," Noah said. "With your talent and our platform's promotion, you should easily make at least ten thousand dollars a month. Once you build a following, you could be making hundreds of thousands a month."

"Mr. Anderson, what's the name of your streaming platform?" Clementine asked, her eyes wide with curiosity.

"Facebook Live," Noah replied casually.

"Facebook Live!" Clementine's eyes widened. "The platform that's been making waves recently?"

Clementine had heard of Facebook Live. It was growing rapidly and was already the third most popular streaming platform in the country, just behind Fox Teeth and Douyu. At this rate, it could soon surpass them and become number one.

"Yep," Noah confirmed.

"So, Mr. Anderson, are you a manager at Facebook Live?" Clementine asked.

"No." Noah shook his head. "I'm the owner."

"The owner of Facebook Live!" Clementine's eyes widened even more, her mouth dropping open in surprise. She had thought Noah was just a rich kid from a wealthy family, but his identity was far more impressive.

"With me as your boss, you'll have plenty of resources and opportunities on our platform. You won't be able to help but make money!" Noah said with a smile.

Clementine nodded seriously. "No matter what, you signed me for one hundred million dollars. I'll work hard to earn that back within two years so you don't lose money!"

To Clementine, one hundred million dollars was an enormous amount. With her current income, it would take her a hundred years to earn that much.

Noah laughed. "Don't worry. If you do well, you might earn that back in six months," he said confidently, believing in Facebook Live's potential.

"Alright, but I have one small request. I hope you will consider it," Clementine said, biting her lip.
