Chapter 410 Declaration of War

Isaac's voice carried a note of pleading. He was confident Atticus would agree.

After all, as patriarch of the Moore family, Atticus always approached matters from the perspective of family interests. This situation clearly benefited the Moore family—why wouldn't he help?

"Isaac, I'm not calling to offer assistance," Atticus's ice-cold voice came through.

"Then why are you calling me?" Isaac was momentarily stunned.

"To declare war."

The voice was calm yet chillingly ruthless, brimming with lethal intent.

"War?" Isaac's jaw dropped.

"Yes. The Moore family will hold a press conference announcing the termination of all business relationships with the Harris family," Atticus stated coldly.

"Every industry where you operate in Silverlight City or across Eastern Eagleland, we will enter and fight for market share."

Atticus continued methodically, "Construction contracts—we'll compete for every bid. Finance—we'll poach your clients. Entertainment—we'll spare no expense to steal your target audience."

His voice hardened. "In short, every sector where the Harris family exists, we'll challenge you. Every industry you plan to expand into, we'll be there to block you. This is a fight to the death."

"A fight to the death." Hearing those words, Isaac's pupils contracted as a chill ran down his spine.

The Harris family's power was evenly matched with the Moore family. Such aggressive competition would be like a commercial brawl—mutually destructive for both parties.

Why would Atticus do this?

'Has Atticus lost his mind?' Isaac thought. 'Even though we're currently the target of national outrage, the scandal hasn't fully erupted yet. By declaring war now, isn't he risking damage to his own interests?'

"Atticus, you're being impulsively greedy! The Harris family hasn't collapsed yet! You're too eager to carve up our territory!" Isaac scoffed.

"A single family like yours couldn't possibly destroy us. Unless you've allied with the White family—but York White is too mature and level-headed to join forces with you."

Atticus had already hung up.

Then, Isaac's phone rang again. Seeing the number, his eyelid twitched as a sense of foreboding washed over him.

"Mr. White," Isaac answered. This call was from the White family—one of Eastern Eagleland's three major dynasties.

The White family dominated Emerald State with its long history and numerous ports. Their foundation was even stronger than the Harris family's.

"Mr. Harris, from this moment forward, the White family declares war on you," York White's authoritative voice came through immediately.

"This war ends only when the Harris family is destroyed. There will only be two major families in Eastern Eagleland."

Before Isaac could respond, the call disconnected.

Isaac's entire body trembled as his face turned deathly pale.

Everyone in the hall was alarmed by his expression. As the pillar of the Harris family who always stood firm, they had never seen such a dramatic change come over him.

"It's over. We're truly finished," Isaac mumbled, despair filling his eyes. "Just now, both the Moore family and the White family declared war against us. They won't stop until we're destroyed."

Hearing this, everyone in the hall paled.

"Those two families are just taking advantage of our crisis!" Rhett slammed his fist on the table in anger.

"Are we really going to be wiped out?" Hawk's expression turned despondent.

"Isaac, regardless, the battle hasn't begun yet," Nathaniel said with a grim face. "We need to strategize immediately to address this situation!"

"Right, we must find a solution," Isaac quickly responded. "I can't watch the Harris family fall—I couldn't face my father!"

"This all started because Noah recruited Rolls-Royce Guy," Nathaniel stroked his chin thoughtfully. "What if we appeal to Noah..."

"That makes sense!" Isaac's eyes brightened. "If Noah agrees and gets Rolls-Royce Guy to livestream again, telling everyone the previous content was fake, wouldn't that resolve the public opinion crisis?"

With this thought, Isaac immediately dialed Noah's number.

"Mr. Anderson, it's me, Isaac." His voice was noticeably humbler when the call connected.

"What is it?" Noah's voice came through, cool and detached.

"Mr. Anderson, I admit I underestimated your capabilities," Isaac forced a smile into his voice. "I never imagined you could recruit an influencer like Rolls-Royce Guy and expand this scandal nationwide. The Harris family can't withstand this pressure."

He continued placatingly, "I'm calling to request that you end this now. Have Rolls-Royce Guy retract his statements and pretend nothing happened."

"Of course, there will be compensation. The Harris family is willing to offer you two billion dollars and Rolls-Royce Guy one billion as restitution. Additionally, all hospitals in Eastern Eagleland will be open to your iridium radiotherapy equipment."

"Mr. Anderson, how does that sound?"

Isaac was certain Noah would agree. After all, Noah's grievance with the Harris family ultimately stemmed from the iridium radiotherapy equipment that had cost him hundreds of millions in losses.

The Harris family's offer of two billion dollars would more than cover those losses.

More importantly, having a prestigious family like the Harris family bow to an ordinary businessman—that would give Noah bragging rights for a lifetime. Why wouldn't he accept such a favorable offer?

Though privately, Isaac had already decided that once this matter was completely settled, he would enlist figures from the criminal underworld to make Noah disappear without a trace.

No one humiliates a dynasty without consequences.

"I refuse," Noah's calm voice replied.

"Refuse?" Isaac was stunned, thinking he'd misheard.

"Mr. Anderson, why would you refuse? This arrangement would greatly benefit you! And don't forget, your father-in-law is still in our custody!" Isaac's tone grew colder toward the end, carrying a hint of threat.

"Your two billion dollars is merely pocket change to me," Noah said dismissively. "After all this effort, my only goal is to see the Harris family destroyed. Nothing will change my resolve."

"As for my father-in-law, do what you will—but remember, he is still my father-in-law. If anything happens to him, every blood relative in the Harris family will pay the price."

Noah's voice was frighteningly cold, making Isaac shudder before the call disconnected.

"It's over. We're completely finished! Noah actually refused me!"
