"What's going on?" Joshua and Evelyn walked over when they saw the commotion. "Max, Max, please don't resort to violence!" Joshua immediately approached Max, his face apologetic.
"What's this? Is this kid your friend?" Max frowned.
"Max, if you say that, I'm going to get angry!" Joshua retorted.
Joshua pretended to be angry, saying, "Noah is just a poor guy, a lower-class man. Calling him my friend is an insult to me."
"Since he's not your friend, I'll take care of him for messing with my woman!" Max raised his fist.
"Max, don't lay a hand on him!" Joshua said again. "What I mean is, if you start a fight with someone like him, you’ll just dirty your hands. Besides, if you hurt him, you'll have to deal with the trouble of paying for it."
"Trouble? I have money and the best lawyers. What trouble could I possibly be afraid of?" Max sneered.
"Max, what I mean is, I'll make Noah apologize to you and let bygones be bygones. How about that? This guy has no respect and no manners, but you're generous and shouldn't bother with such a poor guy!" Joshua laughed.
Max nodded, thinking that Joshua had a point.
Noah was like an ant and not worth the trouble.
"Make him apologize! If he kneels and apologizes, we'll let this go. Otherwise, he won't get out of here so easily!" Max said coldly.
"Noah, did you hear that?"
Joshua looked at Noah. "Max is being magnanimous. He’s not making a big deal out of this. Won't you kneel and apologize?"
"Joshua handled this situation well!" Evelyn exclaimed beside them. "The difference in status between Max and Noah is huge. If a real conflict were to happen, Noah would definitely end up in the hospital, and maybe Max would even use his connections to make Noah disappear forever. It would be a fatal disaster. But he resolved it with his words and turned turning a major issue into a minor one. If Noah kneels down and apologizes, everything will be fine, Noah will be spared from a huge calamity!"
Evelyn looked at Lisa and said, "What do you think, Lisa? Joshua handled this well, didn’t he? When this matter is resolved, you should have Noah invite Joshua to a meal to show his gratitude."
Lisa didn't say anything. She just looked at Noah.
When Joshua saw that Noah was unmoved, he shouted, "Aren't you going to kneel down and apologize, Noah? Do you think you can afford to provoke Max?"
"Kneel down and apologize? What did I do?" Noah said indifferently.
"What did you do? You pushed Max's woman to the ground, didn't you?" Joshua looked at Noah as if he were looking at an idiot. "If you don't want to die, kneel down and apologize immediately! Otherwise, this won't end well, and it might even involve your family!"
Max crossed his arms, waiting for Noah to kneel.

"Max, stop wasting your breath with this idiot. Just teach him a lesson and show him what it means to be outclassed!" Max's woman grew impatient.
"Have you even seen what your wife looks like? She's ugly, and her outfit doesn't even cost more than 200 bucks put together! I’ll kneel down and apologize in your dreams!"

"Since Lisa’s married him, they won't have a good life! Who would hurt Max? He’s a real estate tycoon? If he offers a few million to his construction site workers, they’ll gladly take care of Noah for him!
"Noah is definitely dead this time!"
Immediately, she continued, "Noah, file for divorce with Lisa as soon as possible, don't drag Lisa down with you!"
