Chapter 152 Ten Pounds of Caviar!

After parking his bike, Noah left the parking lot and arrived at the entrance of the Majestic Suite.

"Hey, manager, we have a super member in our parking lot." The security guard had dialed a phone number after Noah walked away.

The Majestic Suite had a rule that whenever a big client arrived, they must be notified in advance.

"What's their name?" said a voice from the other side of the line.

"Noah."

"Alright, got it. I will make the necessary arrangements for their reception."

...

"Noah, why did you only just arrive? We've been waiting for you for half an hour!"

When Lily saw Noah approaching, she pursed her cherry lips, seeming angry, like a girlfriend who had been waiting a long time for her boyfriend.

"There was some traffic on the way," Noah said.

"Traffic? How could there be traffic when you were on a bike?"

Beside her, Isaiah spoke up, looking Noah up and down, "So you're the one who’s cheating on Lily. I was worried I might have mistaken you for someone else from a distance. I just don't understand why Lily would choose someone like you to be her boyfriend!"

"That's none of your business. Who I choose to be my boyfriend is my own business." Lily frowned her delicate eyebrows.

"Well, that is your business, but you shouldn't choose someone without any decency like him! He came to my supermarket to eat without paying!"

Isaiah looked at Noah with disdain. "You just hid your bike, right? You must be afraid of being seen and mocked by us. Tsk tsk, what a fragile ego, sigh!"

Noah rolled his eyes and couldn't be bothered to talk to Isaiah, ignoring her completely.

He never had much fondness for that girl in the first place.

"Oh, everyone's here!" said a voice.

A young man approached.

This young man was tall, standing at 1.85 meters. His hair was dyed yellow. He was wearing a loose white sports shirt with a big Nike logo on it. On his feet were a pair of blue shoes. He had a handsome and sunny appearance, giving off a trendy and avant-garde vibe.

"Gideon, you're here!" Isaiah immediately smiled when she saw the young man, her heart pounding.
Isaiah was quite taken with Gideon. After all, he was handsome and was from a wealthy family.

The young man's name was Gideon, and his family was in the e-commerce business. Over the past few years, the e-commerce industry had experienced rapid development, and Gideon's family had over a dozen top-ranking online stores, with monthly sales exceeding billions.

Gideon's family had not only thrived in the online retail sector. They had also expanded in logistics in recent years, reportedly establishing deep partnerships with several listed express delivery companies. Their wealth was substantial, with assets worth over tens of billions.

Gideon nodded and looked at Lily, his admiration for her clear in his eyes. "Lily, thank you for accepting my invitation. By the way, I heard you found a boyfriend. Where is he?"

Gideon looked around, completely ignoring Noah. He couldn't help it, though, as Noah was dressed too casually, like an average person. Would the daughter of a billionaire choose someone like him as a boyfriend? In Gideon's eyes, it was simply impossible.

"There he is." Lily pointed at Noah.

"Him?"

Gideon widened his eyes and rubbed them in disbelief. "Lily, am I mistaken? You actually chose someone like him as your boyfriend?"

"What's wrong? Can't I like him?" Lily responded coldly.

"Cough, of course, of course. If Lily likes him, it's fine," Gideon coughed lightly. He had thought that Lily's boyfriend might be Zack. If that were the case, he would feel some pressure because the Anthony Family's power was not to be underestimated.

But he hadn't expected that Lily would choose such an average-looking guy. His whole outfit probably didn't cost more than two hundred dollars. Gideon felt he could handle ten of those guys on his own.

"You must be rather scheming to win Lily's affection." Gideon reached out and patted Noah's shoulder. He was too lazy to hide his intentions and said, "If you need money, just let me know. I can give you hundreds of thousands. Just stay away from Lily and don't hurt her feelings."

In Gideon's eyes, Noah must have used some tricks to deceive Lily and make her fall for him, in hope of gaining a foothold in the Benson family. If he became the son-in-law of the Benson family, he wouldn't have to struggle for his entire life.

"What are you saying, Gideon?" Lily's face turned cold.

"Lily, I’m being pretty clear, don't you think?" Gideon smiled and said, "This guy clearly wants to cozy up to you and latch onto the Benson family. You’re so naïve, Lily. You’ve been deceived."

"I don't have any interest in eating. You can buy someone else a meal," Lily said coldly.

"We should eat! Of course, let's go inside everyone!" Gideon laughed and glanced at Noah again. "I'm letting you have a meal for free at the Majestic Suite so you can experience the life of the upper class."

"They say that the owner of the Majestic Suite used to be a chef. He’s even won awards in international competitions," Isaiah said. "Many customers come here to eat, hoping to taste the chef's skills. However, it's very difficult to eat the owner’s cooking. The restaurant’s rule is that the owner only cooks for the customers once a month, and it’s done through an auction, with a starting price of five hundred thousand."

"You're right." Gideon nodded. "But the owner, Mr. Noah, has already cooked once this month, and the auction price was one million eight hundred thousand. If Lily wants to taste his skills, we can come back next month. It's impossible for it to happen this month."

"I'm not very interested in food, so please treat yourself or someone else," Lily said calmly.

Gideon smiled and didn't get angry.

After they entered the building, someone immediately arranged a private room for them.

The four of them sat around the table in the quiet private room, where no noisy sounds could be heard, allowing the diners to enjoy their food in peace.

"What do you want to eat, Lily? Just order anything," Gideon placed the menu in front of Lily.

"I don't mind. What do you want to eat, Noah? You can order whatever you want since Gideon is treating us," Lily handed the menu to Noah.

"In that case, I won't hold back." Noah took the menu and said, "Let's start with ten pounds of caviar!"

"Ten pounds of caviar?" Gideon's eyes widened, and he spurted out the tea he was drinking. His eyes were filled with anger as he stared at Noah. "Kid, that caviar is made from the roe of Beluga sturgeons in the sea of Snow Country. The annual yield of that type of sturgeon is not even a hundred, and they have to be over 60 years old to be eligible to make caviar!

"Caviar is sold by the gram. You’re asking for ten pounds. Do you think you’re buying cabbage by the roads?"

"Sir, are you sure you want ten pounds of caviar?" the waiter asked. "We only have about ten pounds left in the restaurant, and it's priced at four hundred thousand."

"Four hundred thousand is no big deal for Gideon!" Noah looked at Gideon and said, "Gideon, if you can treat Lily to dinner, surely you can afford ten pounds of caviar!"
