Chapter 168 Property Certificate

"Lisa, explain the situation properly," Zoe said.

"When I was at work today, Evelyn sent me a photo. In the picture, Noah was in a room with a girl," Lisa began.

"Evelyn told me that girl is Kyle's daughter, Lily. And Noah was attending Lily's birthday party."

"Kyle's daughter?" Daniel couldn't believe it. "That's someone from high society. Could a loser like Noah have a relationship with Kyle's daughter?"

"Hmph, maybe the billionaire's daughter likes a poor guy? Maybe she wants to experience some romance?" Zoe scoffed, then said, "Lisa, continue with what happened next."

"Afterwards, Lily publicly announced at the birthday party that Noah was her boyfriend! And Noah even gave Lily a gift worth ten billion dollars!"

As Lisa spoke, she started crying again. She couldn't understand if she had done something wrong, or why Noah would cheat on her.

"What, ten billion dollars?" Daniel's eyes widened. "Could that loser Noah afford such an expensive gift?"

Ten billion was an unimaginable number for him.

"Daniel, are you stupid? It's obvious that Lily gave the gift to Noah first, and then had Noah give it to her at the birthday party. How could Noah afford such a valuable gift?" Zoe rolled her eyes at Daniel, then continued in a pensive tone, "Now, we need to figure out how to handle this. Lisa, I've advised you to divorce Noah before, but you wouldn't listen, and I didn't say much about it either.

"After all, back then, even though Noah was just coasting through life, he didn't do anything too terrible. But now it's different, Noah has cheated, and that's something we can't tolerate! You must divorce Noah!"

Zoe raised her voice, "This is definitely not the first time Noah has cheated. If you don't cut him off now, you'll regret it in the future!"

Lisa listened quietly, without speaking.

She had almost fainted when she first heard the news of Noah's infidelity. She couldn't believe that her beloved husband would do such a thing.

"But let's not rush the divorce," Zoe continued. "You need to add your name to the villa property certificate immediately. When you get divorced, you can get more assets. What do you think of my proposal, Lisa?"

"Let me think about it, Mom," Lisa said after a moment of silence.

"Well, you should seriously consider it. In short, we can't drag this out. If Noah has cheated once, there’ll be a second time! The longer it drags on, the more harm you’ll suffer," Zoe said.

Lisa nodded and went back inside the house.

Half an hour later, Noah returned home.

When Noah saw Daniel and Zoe both there, he remained unfazed and walked toward the room.

Noah had lost any good feelings he had toward his father-in-law and mother-in-law long ago. If they kept their distance, he was fine.

The couple looked at Noah's back with icy glares.

After finishing dinner, Noah washed up and prepared to go to bed.

When he entered the room, he saw Lisa tidying up the bed, holding the sheets to leave.

"What are you doing, Lisa?" Noah asked curiously.

"I'm moving to the next room to sleep," Lisa said expressionlessly as she walked toward the door.

"That can't be. You’re my wife, we should sleep in the same bed!" Noah reached out and grabbed Lisa.

"Let go of me, I’m not your wife!" Lisa broke free from Noah's grasp, her expression even colder, and quickly went to the next room.

Noah stood still in a daze, confused about what he might have done. Why was Lisa angry?

Noah shook his head helplessly and went to bed.

Lisa was still angry, and if asked her about it now, it would surely lead to disappointment.

The next morning, in the living room downstairs.

Lisa walked up to Noah and said, "Noah, let's go to the real estate transaction center and add my name to this villa property certificate."

Daniel and Zoe looked at Noah, feeling somewhat anxious.

They were worried that Noah would refuse!

After all, this villa was worth over 70 million. If they were to divorce and divide the assets, Noah would have to give up at least 10 million!

Would Noah take the risk of adding Lisa's name to the property certificate?

But soon, they were both stunned.

Noah smiled and said without hesitation, "Sure, Lisa, let's go now."

Noah believed that Lisa would feel secure if they added her name to the property certificate.

And a house was nothing to him.

Noah left with Lisa to take care of the paperwork.

They didn't return to Golden Summit Peak until noon.

"Lisa, has your name been added to the deed now?"

Seeing the two return, Daniel and Zoe greeted them with excitement on their faces.

"It has."

Lisa handed the property certificate to Daniel.

Daniel opened it and saw that besides Noah, Lisa's name was also on the certificate.

"Great! Finally, the weight in my heart has been lifted," Daniel said, smiling.

After speaking, Daniel took out the birth certificates and threw them on the table, looking coldly at Noah.
"Noah, from now on, you are no longer my son-in-law! Take the birth certificates and go to the civil affairs bureau with Lisa to file for divorce! Then get out of the Wilson Family!"

Zoe also looked at Noah, her voice icy. "After you divorce Lisa, I’ll get a to lawyer handle the division of this villa. You bought it, but since you were a couple, we should be entitled to at least ten million!"

"Ten million? That's too little," Daniel shook his head. "Don't forget, for the past year, Noah has been a useless parasite, relying on the support of the Wilson family for food and shelter. The Wilson family has taken care of him for a year, and that gratitude comes into play. Without the Wilson family, Noah would have starved to death on the streets. This is a matter of life and death."

"So, if we divide it up, we should get at least thirty million!" Zoe nodded, thinking Daniel's argument made sense.

Then, they both paused. Noah and Lisa were still standing there, motionless.

However, at this moment, tears were streaming down Lisa's face, and she was trembling in distress.

"Mom and Dad, can we slow down on the divorce? After all, I love him, and I want to give him a chance," Lisa pleaded.

"Lisa, how can you be so naive? Once a man cheats, he’ll cheat a second time. How can he change for you?" Zoe said coldly.

"Yes, Noah cheated first. It's the right thing for you to divorce him," Daniel added. "Besides, even if you divorce, you’ll definitely find a better man than Noah. In any case, a man who cheats cannot be forgiven!"

When they finished speaking, it felt as if a cold wind had blown in.

Daniel and Zoe felt a chill down their spines, as if they were in an icy tomb. They felt extremely cold.

They both shuddered.

That coldness was Noah's presence.

"Cheating? What do you mean?" Noah spoke, his eyes bone-chilling.
