Chapter 260 The Fraud Noah

"Really?" Riley's eyes sparkled, clearly impressed with Noah.

"You helped my daughter get her purse back . You two seem to have a connection. My daughter isn't getting any younger and still doesn't have a boyfriend. What do you think of her?"

Noah was floored. Was Riley trying to set him up with her daughter?

Anna was equally shocked, her cheeks turning pink. She had feelings for Noah but hadn't thought about taking things further.

'But Noah seems pretty great—kind, helpful, and from a good family.' Anna stole a glance at Noah, her heart racing as she thought to herself.

Noah was at a loss for words. Riley had asked so many questions, only to end up trying to find a boyfriend for her daughter.

"Mrs. Edward, actually I..." Noah started to explain, intending to tell Riley that he was already married. But just then, the sound of the door opening interrupted him.

A middle-aged man and a young man walked in, chatting and laughing. The middle-aged man wore glasses and had a scholarly look, but there was an air of authority about him that could make anyone feel intimidated.

He was Anna's father, Danielle Edward, the head of the Edward family.

The young man beside him was strikingly handsome, with chiseled features and slicked-back hair, looking very confident. It was Zack!

"Danielle, your mansion is quite impressive!" Zack said with a smile as he looked around.

"Not really, just an ordinary place," Daniel replied. "It might seem big compared to other houses, but if you compare it to those in Summit Retreat Oasis, it's just a small one."

"I heard the most expensive mansion in Summit Retreat Oasis was bought by a mysterious billionaire for over seventy million dollars. Seems like Oceanbridge City has a lot of hidden wealth!" Zack remarked. "On the surface, our four families seem to be at the top, but there are many hidden billionaires."

His gaze shifted to the dining room, where he saw a young man sitting.

"Noah, what are you doing here?" Zack was surprised to see Noah. His face quickly turned to disdain.

"Noah, this is the Edward family, one of the four major families! How could a delivery guy like you be here? Did you deliver food and decide to stay for a free meal?" Zack laughed loudly.

"Riley, who is he?" Daniel also looked at Noah, surprised. He remembered seeing a GMC Business Star parked outside, which should belong to Noah. A car worth hundreds of thousands of dollars indicated Noah's identity wasn't simple.

"Daniel, let me introduce you," Riley said. "This is Noah. At Fortune Plaza, Anna's purse was stolen by a thief, and he helped her get it back. So Anna invited him over to thank him."

"I see!" Daniel nodded and smiled at Noah. "Noah, thank you for your bravery!"

"It was nothing," Noah replied with a faint smile.

"Daniel, I must tell you, Noah has excellent qualities," Riley continued. "He drives a GMC Business Star worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, and most importantly, he's from Riverton and owns property there."

"Really!" Daniel's eyes lit up. Riverton was the capital of Eagleland, home to the country's most elite families. If they could establish connections there, it would greatly benefit the Edward family.

"May I ask your father's name, Noah? Maybe I know him," Daniel asked, intrigued.

"Daniel! Riley! You've been deceived. Noah is just a delivery guy! He's basically broke!" Zack suddenly shouted, glaring at Noah with contempt.

"A delivery guy?" Riley shook her head. "Zack, don't talk nonsense. How could a delivery guy afford a car worth hundreds of thousands of dollars?"

"Zack, watch your mouth!" Anna's face turned cold. "At Royal Garden, you insulted Noah, and I didn't stop you because it was the Benson family's estate. But here, this is my home! Noah is our guest. If you insult him, you insult my family! We may not be as powerful as the Anthony family, but we have our dignity! If you keep this up, please leave. You're not welcome here!"

"Yes, Zack, that was very rude!" Daniel also shook his head.

"Noah, I invited you here to discuss a logistics partnership with the Winchester family," Anna said, looking at Noah apologetically. "But since you're not a delivery guy, I don't think we can proceed with the partnership. I'm sorry for making you come all this way."

"Why?" Noah was puzzled.

"I thought you had gathered all the delivery drivers in Oceanbridge City to create a company and were looking for a logistics partnership to help with deliveries, offering commissions to the logistics company," Anna explained, embarrassed. "Our family is building our own logistics network, so we could have partnered with you. But it turns out you don't do delivery."

The more she spoke, the lower Anna's head sank, feeling very shy.

Noah was speechless. So Anna had invited him to discuss a logistics partnership.

"Anna, you've been deceived by Noah! He is nothing but a delivery guy!" Zack shouted again.

"Zack, please leave immediately!" Anna was impatient. "I'll say it one last time, Noah is not a delivery guy!"

"Zack, you're being really rude!" Daniel added.

Riley sighed deeply, surprised at Zack's lack of sense. How could someone driving a car worth hundreds of thousands of dollars be a delivery guy?

"Daniel, Riley, I have evidence!" Zack insisted.

"Evidence?" Everyone was stunned.

"What evidence? Show us," Daniel said.

Zack organized his thoughts before speaking.

"Danielle, the TV station is preparing a reality show called 'I'm a Super Rich,' you know about it, right?"

"Of course," Daniel nodded. "It's about selecting thirty ordinary people from Oceanbridge City, giving them ten million dollars each, and filming their journey to becoming wealthy. The show is expected to have high ratings, with many investors and sponsors interested."

"You're right!" Zack said, raising his voice, "And the Anthony family is one of the sponsors of it!"
