Chapter 160 He is My boyfriend

"What's happening here?"

Four security guards quickly approached them.

"This guy had no invitation and sneaked in secretly. He even stole food. Kick him out immediately!"

Joshua pointed his finger at Noah.

"Yes, kick him out!"

"How can this bottom-dweller be here?"

"He’s a sore sight!"

The crowd also began to discuss Noah and point at him.

"Sir, please show me your invitation!" A security guard said coldly, holding an electric baton as he looked warily at Noah.

"I just said, I don't have an invitation," Noah replied calmly.

"You have no invitation? Then please leave. I don't want to get rough and disturb the ladies and gentlemen here," the security guard said in a icy voice, as if ready to move at any moment.

"What are you waiting for? Kick him out quickly!" Joshua grew impatient. "It makes me uncomfortable to be in the same room as this low-class person."

"Yes, kick him out quickly. There's no need to be polite with someone like him."

"That's right, kick him out quickly. The more I look at him, the more annoying he becomes!"

The people all chimed in, their faces filled with disdain and impatience.

The four security guards glanced at each other and then surrounded Noah, preparing to take action.

Click, click, click!

At this moment, footsteps could be heard.

It was the sound of high heels hitting the floor.

"What's going on?"

A calm voice came, ethereal and pleasant.

The crowd turned their heads and their eyes lit up.

A girl was walking over, wearing a white evening dress. She was tall with blonde hair and blue eyes, tied up in a bun. Her features were exquisite, with neat eyebrows, cherry lips, and a delicate nose. She exuded a faint nobility and elegance from head to toe.

Her appearance could be described as breathtakingly beautiful.

Both men and women couldn't help but stare at the girl.

Men's eyes were filled with admiration, appreciation, and even greed.

Women felt ashamed of themselves.

"Lily has arrived!"

Joshua was the first to react from his astonishment and pointed at Noah. "Lily, this kid sneaked in and was even stealing food. I was just about to tell the security to kick him out!"

The newcomer was Lily, the protagonist of the birthday banquet.

"Yeah, Lily, you came just in time. Kick him out!"

"A person from the lower class of society like him isn’t good enough to come to a place like this."

"It's fine if he just steals food, but if he stole a wine glass, painting, or something like that, the losses would be huge!"

The crowd also realized this and pointed at Noah, discussing among themselves.

Lily followed their fingers, her gaze slightly stunned. Then, she walked forward and intimately took Noah's arm, smiling at the crowd.

"He didn't sneak in. He's my boyfriend, he’s here to attend my birthday banquet. This is perfectly normal."

She said those words softly, but everyone heard them.

Boom!

Everyone stood there, motionless, their faces filled with shock.

"What? He’s Lily's boyfriend?"

"How is that possible? Even if Lily wanted a boyfriend, she would choose someone from a similar background. How could she choose someone from the lower class?"

"Did I hear that right?!"

Joshua was dumbfounded, his jaw almost dropping to the floor. "It's impossible, how could he Noah, that poor guy, be Lily's boyfriend? And to top it off, he's even married! Could he be cheating on Lisa too?"

"Cheating is one thing, but he got with Kyle's daughter? Impossible!"

Joshua felt like his worldview was crumbling, he was completely shocked.

Lily ignored the gazes of the people, held onto Noah's arm and walked upstairs.

The crowd watched in astonishment as the two figures receded. No one said a word and the room fell into silence.

When they got upstairs, Noah released Lily's arm.

"Noah, you said that one of the conditions for being my pretend boyfriend was that I couldn’t hold hands with you. Holding onto your arm doesn't count as holding hands, right?" Lily chuckled and pushed open the door to her room.

Noah touched his nose but didn't say much and entered the room with Lily.

The entire room was decorated in pink. It had a girlish and cozy atmosphere, as if it belonged to a young teenage girl.

"I thought you would arrive soon, so I changed into my outfit and came downstairs to look for you. Luckily, I made it in time. Otherwise, those security guards would have thrown you out." Lily stood in front of the dressing mirror, looking at her ethereal reflection, and smiled.

"Those people couldn't throw me out." Noah calmly spoke.

Lily nodded, "Not everyone has arrived yet. In a little while, many important people will be here, including my biggest pursuer, Zack. Did you buy the gift?"

"I bought it." Noah nodded and took out a small box, placing it on the table.

Lily glanced at the small box but didn't rush to open it. Instead, she said, "It's good that you bought it. By the way, can you help me zip up? This evening dress is a bit loose. When I first went out, it almost fell off."

"Sure!" Noah nodded and walked behind Lily.

Lily's fragrant shoulder was white and delicate.

Noah had no other thoughts in his mind, he simply reached out his fingers to the zipper of the evening dress.

A faint blush appeared on Lily's face. She couldn't understand why she was letting Noah help her with the zipper. Usually, she would have her servants do it. But for some reason, she let Noah do it, feeling both at ease and slightly disappointed.

Noah held onto the zipper and slowly pulled it up.

"Be gentle, it hurts..." Lily's brows furrowed slightly.

"Okay, I'll be gentle." Noah slowed down. This was his first time doing something like this, so he wasn't sure about the right amount of force to use.

Meanwhile, outside the door, someone shouted, "Lily, are you in there?"

"Lily, I'm here! I brought you a birthday gift!" A voice rang out as a young man walked to the door.

The young man wore a stylish suit, and had a sharp face, high nose, and extraordinary handsomeness. It was none other than Zack.

"Hmm?" Zack walked to the door and seemed to hear some movement inside. He immediately perked up his ears, pressed them against the door, and held his breath to listen.

"Ah... Noah, be gentle, it hurts!" Lily's voice came from inside, accompanied by gasps.

Zack's expression immediately changed when he heard that voice.

"Alright, alright, I'll be gentle, I'm sorry, it's my first time!" said another apologetic voice.

"It's also my first time... Ah... be gentle, it hurts so much."

"Yes, like that, slower... Mmm, much better now, no more pain."
