Chapter 167 Noah Goes Astray
However, when he tried to raise his gun, Noah was faster than him.
Whoosh!
Noah's fair right hand reached out like lightning and landed on Paisley's wrist.
A crisp sound rang out as Paisley's wrist was dislocated.
The gun fell to the ground. Paisley's face turned pale, and the intense pain in his wrist caused cold sweat to trickle down his forehead, but he didn't make a sound.
However, it didn't end there. Noah's left hand also reached out, suddenly grabbing Paisley's neck, lifting him up like a baby chick.
"Cough... Let go of me, you little twerp!" Paisley coughed incessantly, his legs trembling, his eyes wide open, trying to break free but to no avail.
Noah swung his left hand. Paisley's body crashed heavily onto the ground.
"Cough..." He covered his chest, coughing up fresh blood, his face as pale as paper, feeling as if every bone in his body had been shattered. A piercing pain spreading throughout his whole body.
“You’re trying to steal something from me with this many men?" Noah crossed his arms behind his back, looking down coldly at Paisley.
"What's mine is mine, that rare metal belongs to the Benson family!" Paisley gritted his teeth. "You’re still being stubborn at a time like this."
Noah looked at him contemptuously and said, "You've pointed a gun at me twice today. Do you really think I'm a pushover you can easily manipulate?
"If that's the case, why don't you put your hands here as well?" Noah lifted his right foot and stomped forward.
Noah's feet landed heavily on Paisley's hands.
The terrifying force crushed his palms, and blood immediately burst through the skin. His hand shattered, and the ground turned scarlet.
Paisley's hands were completely mangled by Noah's stomps, reduced to a pile of minced flesh!
"Ah!" Paisley was finally unable to bear the pain any longer and let out a piercing scream.
"It hurts so much!"
"Ah!" The pain was unbearable, it felt as if all ten of his fingers had been shattered. His whole body convulsed, as if his heart had been crushed!
Finally, unable to endure it any longer, Paisley's neck tilted and he fainted.
After dealing with that, Noah calmly swept his gaze over the people lying on the ground, hailed a taxi, and headed to Golden Summit Peak.
...
At the same time, at Summit Retreat Oasis.
Daniel was lying on a sun lounger in the courtyard, enjoying the sunlight. Zoe sat beside him and had a contented expression on her face.
Zoe had two reasons for coming here – she wanted to check how Luna was doing and she also wanted to experience the feeling of staying at Summit Retreat Oasis.
"Hmm, this villa really lives up to its reputation as a luxury villa." Zoe clicked her tongue. "It's not even in the same league as my own villa in terms of lighting, location, and housing structure."
"That's right. After all, this villa costs over 70 million dollars." Daniel chuckled. " I feel like life is worth living now that I get to stay at Summit Retreat Oasis."
"Hmph, look at how satisfied you are." Zoe rolled her eyes. "But I have to admit, Lisa's company really provides great benefits. She got such a nice villa! That's not all, I still remember the important people who came to give her gifts during the housewarming. It definitely boosted my status among our relatives!"
"Hehe, you don't know something," Daniel suddenly sneered.
"What is it?" Zoe's face was full of curiosity.
Daniel looked around to ensure no one else was listening before saying, "Actually, Lisa's company didn’t give her this villa. That useless Noah bought it!"
"What?"
Zoe was taken aback and couldn't help but laugh, saying, "When did you become so funny, Daniel? I never noticed when we were young. Can that loser Noah afford a villa? Are you kidding me? He doesn't even have a job, and if Lisa weren’t supporting him, he wouldn't even be able to take care of himself, let alone buy a villa."
"Would I joke about something like this?" Daniel stared at her, then went back to the house. He took out the property deed from a drawer in the living room and brought it over to Zoe.
"Look at the name on this property deed."
Zoe took the deed with disbelief and opened it. When she saw Noah named as the owner, she was dumbfounded.
"This villa really belongs to that loser Noah!"
Zoe's mouth dropped open. She couldn’t believe it.
"This can’t be fake." Daniel said, "I never imagined that Noah, that loser, would be so rich that he could afford the Summit Retreat Oasis! But I guess once he bought this villa, he'd be as broke as ever."
Zoe nodded. "That's probably true."
Then, her gaze shifted as if she had thought of something. "Daniel, since this villa belongs to Noah, Lisa could easily have her name added to the property deed! Once her name is on it, she can get a divorce from that loser Noah. Even if she doesn't get the villa, she could still get millions!"
The more Zoe spoke, the more excited she became.
"Do you think I haven't thought about that?" Daniel sighed. "But Lisa is so infatuated with Noah. I've mentioned adding her name to the property deed several times, but she just won't listen."
"I just don't understand what's so good about that loser Noah," Daniel wondered.
At that moment, a Mercedes Benz pulled up outside the yard, and Lisa got out of the car.
"Hmm, it's not quitting time yet. Why is Lisa back?"
Daniel looked over and noticed that Lisa's eyes were red, as if she had been crying, and her face was filled with sorrow.
"Lisa, why are you back so early? And have you been crying?" Daniel stood up and asked, concerned. "Did someone bully you?"
When Lisa saw her parents, she couldn't hold back anymore and burst into tears, crying heartbreakingly with immense sadness.
"Sob... sob..."
"Lisa, my precious daughter, what happened?" Zoe felt an unbearable pain in her heart. She immediately went over and hugged Lisa, patting her back, and asked, "Did someone bully you? Don't worry, even though your father and husband are both losers, I’m not! I won't let them off the hook!"
"Mom, Noah cheated on me..." Lisa's voice choked.
"What? He cheated on you?"
Daniel and Zoe were both stunned.
"Who else could like that loser Noah besides my dumb daughter, him? How did he cheat on her?" Daniel looked incredulous.
"Daniel, it's already come to this, and you’re still saying that as a father?" Zoe glared fiercely at Daniel.
Daniel immediately lowered his head, afraid to speak again.
