Chapter 101

"Gianna, come here. Isn't that Felix's secretary at the door?" Laura said.
Gianna walked to the window and saw Sophia Mars standing there with something in her hand.
"I saw her this morning," Gianna said.
She didn't know what Felix wanted to do.
"I'll go to look at the moment," she said, frowning.
Sophia Mars hurried up to Gianna. "Miss Redstone, this is from Felix," she said, holding out a food box from a famous breakfast place that Gianna used to like.
Please take it back and tell him not to do such meaningless things. We're divorced, and I don't want anything to do with him." Gianna said.
Sophia Mars looked uneasy. "You should tell Felix himself. I'm just a secretary."
Gianna nodded. "Alright, I'll go to the Clinton Group with you."
Sophia Mars was speechless.
Just as Gianna was about to speak, a white BMW pulled up next to them.
Gianna recognized it as a car from the Redstone family. Why were they all coming to her so early in the morning?
Lauren and Bella got out of the car.
Lauren's face was cold, but she didn't have the same arrogant look as yesterday.
She walked up to Gianna. "I was wrong before. I shouldn't have treated you unfairly. I hope you can forgive me."
Gianna was surprised. How did she change overnight?
But she had never seen such a disdainful apology.
Besides, she didn't need Lauren's apology.
"Lauren, you don't need to apologize to me because I don't want to forgive you, and we shouldn't have any more interactions in the future," Gianna said.
Lauren's face changed. "What do you mean? Are you really going to cut ties with me?"
Gianna smiled. "Lauren, it was you who held a press conference to announce that you were cutting ties with me, wasn't it?"
Lauren was speechless. If it weren't for the cooperation between the Redstone Group and the Clinton Group, she might have started yelling at Gianna.
Bella noticed Lauren's anger and quickly pulled her sleeve. "Mom, you came here today to apologize to Gianna. You promised me that you wouldn't argue with her before you left. Did you forget?"
Lauren gritted her teeth and took a deep breath. "I was too outspoken before. What do you want me to do to forgive me?"
Gianna looked indifferent, a hint of impatience in her eyes.
She replied, "Lauren, you don't have to force yourself to apologize. With Bella and Felix's relationship, it should be easy to change his mind. I have to go to work. Goodbye."
She walked straight to her car. After starting the car, she rolled down the window and said to Sophia Mars, "Tell Mr. Clinton that I'll go to the Clinton Group at noon."
Before Sophia Mars spoke, Gianna stepped on the gas and left.
The others looked at each other, and Sophia Mars finally said, "I have to go to work, too. Ms. Redstone, Miss Redstone, I'll go first."
Bella called out to him as he turned to leave, "Mars, is there really no other way to change Felix's mind? You saw it. My mom just apologized to Gianna, but Gianna refused to accept it."
Sophia Mars shook his head. "Miss Redstone, I can't guess what the CEO is thinking. You should go and ask yourself."
Only Bella and Lauren were left, and Lauren's face turned cold.
"Gianna must be doing this on purpose! She hates my previous favoritism, so she wants to torture me! I'm so angry! How could I have such a wicked child!"
Bella comforted her while rubbing her back. "Mom, let's go back first. Since my sister won't forgive, we'll think of another way. We'll definitely get the project back for the Redstone Group!"
"I can see that your dad is really determined to divorce me this time, and Felix clearly likes you, so why is he helping Gianna to deal with us?" Lauren said.
Bella was a little annoyed. If not for Lauren's usual harshness towards Gianna, she wouldn't have made some superficial efforts, nor would it have escalated to this point.
And now she's even questioning her?
A smile appeared at the corner of her mouth, and she said slowly, "Mom, don't worry, I'll go and plead with Felix."
"Bella, it depends on you!" Lauren said.
Soon, the morning passed.
Gianna drove to the Clinton Group, but she was stopped by the receptionist at the entrance.
"Miss Redstone, the CEO said he's busy today and doesn't have time to see you."
Gianna frowned, but she didn't make things difficult for the receptionist. She took out her phone and called Felix.
She called about six times, but he didn't answer.
Gianna called Sophia Mars, but after several attempts, no one answered. Now, she did know what was going on. Felix was doing this on purpose!
She angrily typed on her phone.
Gianna: [Mr. Clinton, you better hide from me for the rest of your life and not meet me!]
After sending the message, she turned to leave, but she ran into Raymond at the door.
Raymond looked surprised when he saw her. "Miss Redstone, are you here to see Felix?"
'Weren't they divorced?' Raymond thought.
Gianna's steps paused, and she suddenly smiled at Raymond.
Raymond was stunned, and before he could react, Gianna's clear voice sounded in his ear.
"Mr. Musk, are you here to talk business with Mr. Clinton?"
"Yes."
"Can you take me in? I have something to talk with Mr. Clinton, and he's angry and won't see me."
If it were Raymond who brought her in, Felix wouldn't be able to do anything to her, even if he was angry. A shadow flickered in Raymond's eyes, but Gianna didn't notice.
He didn't want to agree because he didn't wish Gianna to reconcile with Felix.
But he couldn't refuse her.
Seeing that he had waited a long time to speak, Gianna felt a little disappointed and said, "If it's too much trouble for Mr. Musk, forget it."
"Okay, I'll take you in," Raymond replied.
Gianna had already given up, and she looked at him with a surprised face.
"Really? Thank you!" Gianna said.
Raymond felt bitter in his heart and nodded, "Yes."
The two of them walked into the Clinton Group, and the receptionist still stopped Gianna.
Raymond's face was cold. "She's coming in with me, and I'll take responsibility if anything happens."
The receptionist didn't dare to offend Raymond, so she had to let Gianna in.
On the top floor, Gianna followed Raymond into Felix's office.
When Felix saw the two of them, his eyes became extremely cold.
"Raymond, you go out first!" Felix said coldly.
Raymond sensed Felix's anger and quickly said, "Felix, if there's anything, come to me. Please don’t take it out on Miss Redstone. I brought her in."
"Get out! I don't want to say it a third time!" Felix said indignantly.
Gianna looked at Raymond and said, "Mr. Musk, thank you for bringing me up. You should leave now. Mr. Clinton won't do anything to me."
Raymond was a little worried; under Gianna's insistence, he left.
After Raymond left, only Gianna and Felix were left in the office.
Gianna's expression also turned cold, and she walked directly to the opposite side of Felix and sat down.
"Gianna, you've become bolder, even daring to use Raymond!" Felix said.
Gianna met Felix's cold gaze with indifference. "If you hadn't refused to see me, I wouldn't have resorted to this method."
There was no warmth in Felix's eyes. "Stay away from Raymond in the future. He's not someone you can mess with!"
