Chapter 102
Gianna was puzzled. 'When did she ever provoke Raymond? She had only asked him to bring her up here.' She thought.
But she didn't want to dwell on it. "I came here today to make things clear. Please, don't disturb me again."
"Have you eaten?" Felix asked.
Gianna frowned, her voice cold. "Didn't you hear what I just said?"
"Let's eat. I haven't had my meal yet."
Gianna was speechless.
She stared at Felix, her eyes filled with impatience. "I've said what I wanted to say. I hope Mr. Clinton will take them to heart."
"I can't do what you're asking." His calm tone and indifferent expression ignited anger within Gianna.
"We're already divorced. Why are you still bothering me?"
Felix looked at her and said slowly, "Can't you see that I'm pursuing you?"
Gianna's brows furrowed, with annoyance and dissatisfaction evident in her eyes. "Felix, do you think it's funny to make fun of me?"
"Do you think I'm playing with you?" Felix asked.
"Then what is it?" Gianna looked at him mockingly. "Don't tell me you suddenly realized you're in love with me and want to be together again!"
"Is that not possible?"
She sneered. "You're just used to me chasing after you. Now that I've stopped, you can't handle it. You love Bella, so stop bothering me!"
After that, she didn't want to waste any more time with him and got up to leave.
Just as she reached the door, her wrist was forcefully grabbed.
"Let go of me!"
Gianna was furious, but no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't shake off Felix's grip. She could only let him pull her to the sofa.
"Finish your meal before you go."
"I can't eat because I don't want to see your face!"
She thought her words would anger Felix, but he instead smiled and said, "On the contrary, seeing you makes me quite hungry."
Gianna was speechless, filled with anger. She wanted to scratch his smug face to let him shut up.
"Are you not going to eat?"
Gianna turned her face away, no longer bothering with him.
"After you finish your meal, I'll let you leave. If you refuse to eat, don't even think about walking out that door today."
Knowing he would do as he said, Gianna's anger flared up. "Felix, you're shameless! We're divorced! Do you understand what that means? My future has nothing to do with you! Who are you to stop me?"
Seeing the anger in her eyes, Felix's lips curled. "Your strength is no match for mine; you can't resist. Besides, you brought this upon yourself today."
Gianna was speechless.
"You really won't eat? It seems like you want to spend the afternoon with me." Felix said.
Before she could respond, Gianna angrily picked up the food on the table and started eating.
She ate quickly, finishing in less than five minutes.
She put down her utensils and looked at Felix coldly. "Can I leave now?"
"I haven't finished my meal." Gianna took a deep breath, turned her head away from Felix, and sulked on the side.
She saw Felix's calm expression and how he didn't mind eating the food she had touched. He started eating slowly. Gianna's eyes flickered, then turned ice-cold.
When they used to eat together, they always used separate utensils.
At first, Gianna thought Felix was a clean freak, but when she saw him calmly eating the chicken wings Natalie had given him but ignoring the food she had served him, she realized that he didn't have a cleanliness obsession; It was only that he despised her.
Felix finished his meal, and it was already more than ten minutes later.
Gianna, who had been waiting impatiently, asked, "Can you let me go now?"
This time, Felix didn't make things difficult for her and released her hand.
She got up and walked out of the office, still feeling agitated.
She needed to find a way to cut ties with Felix completely.
Raymond saw her and quickly approached. "Miss Redstone, did Felix give you a hard time?"
Seeing the genuine concern in his eyes, Gianna felt a warmth in her heart and shook her head. "No, I caused trouble for you today. I'll have to treat you to a meal another day."
Upon hearing this, Raymond smiled. "I'll hold you to that. You can't go back on your word!"
"I won't, don't worry." Among Felix's brothers, Raymond was the most polite to her. Although Uriah and Mitchell didn't say anything, Gianna could tell that they looked down on her and thought she was the one who broke up Felix and Bella.
Raymond wanted to say something else, but Felix's cold voice interrupted them.
"Raymond, weren't you here to discuss business with me? Why waste time chatting?"
As soon as Felix appeared, the temperature around them dropped.
Gianna didn't even look at him and smiled at Raymond. "Mr. Musk, I won't keep you any longer. Goodbye."
"Good… goodbye," Raymond replied.
Felix's cold gaze stayed on Gianna's figure, a hint of anger flashing in his eyes.
It wasn't until Gianna entered the elevator that Felix looked back at Raymond, and asked, "When did you become so familiar with Gianna?"
Raymond remained composed. "A few of us used to visit you when you were injured, and we met more often. We chat occasionally."
"Stay away from her!" Felix's warning was evident in his tone.
Raymond frowned. "Felix, aren't you already divorced? Can't I have normal interactions with Miss Redstone?"
"We are not divorced, and we won't be!" Felix retorted.
"But didn't Miss Redstone say that you already got the divorce certificate?" Felix's gaze turned cold, devoid of any warmth.
"Raymond, this is an issue between Gianna and me. You don't need to meddle in it!"
After a moment of silence, Raymond spoke, "Alright, let's talk about the land in the east of the city."
The two of them walked into Felix's office.
On the way back to My Fashion, Gianna thought for a long time and decided that she needed to find a new boyfriend to stop Felix from bothering her.
She was someone who took action, so as soon as she returned to the office, she called Faith over.
"Faith, do you know any eligible men around you? Please introduce me to a few."
Faith's eyes widened in shock as she reached out to touch Gianna's forehead to make sure if she was serious about it. "Are you feeling alright? Why are you suddenly asking me to introduce men to you?"
Gianna pushed her hand away and spoke seriously, "I'm not joking with you."
"I'm not joking either. After your divorce, shouldn't you work hard and reach the pinnacle of life, making Felix and Bella feel ashamed?"
Gianna looked at her speechlessly. "I do plan to work hard, but I don't want to have anything to do with them anymore, nor do I want to make them ashamed."
"So, you're feeling lonely and want to find a man?" Faith asked.
"No, I want to find a man to pretend to be my boyfriend because Felix has been acting strangely lately."
Faith's eyes lit up with the light of gossip as she raised an eyebrow. "Is he bothering you?"
She had previously felt that the way Felix looked at Gianna was not at all indifferent.
"Something like that. Do you have any men to introduce to me?" Giana asked.
"I do, but before I introduce men to you, we should deal with another matter first," Faith replied.
Gianna looked at her with a puzzled expression. "What is it?"
