Chapter 113 Raymond Wants Margaret Get Pregnant

Margaret had no clue what was up with him this time, but she went ahead and took off his glasses like he asked. She reached out, cupped his face, and kissed him. Raymond's body reacted right away, and his grip on her neck loosened. He pulled her closer, deepening the kiss with force.

She didn't fight back, just silently endured as he stripped off her clothes. He carried her to the bed, kissing her all over.

Margaret stared blankly at the ceiling, feeling completely drained.

The day's events played over in her mind: getting bullied by Lola, Raymond taking Lola's side, being hungry all day, and now having to sleep with him.

She had just found out she was pregnant, but she knew the baby wouldn't make it.

Sorrow washed over her, and tears fell onto Raymond's shoulder.

He stopped, propped himself up with his hands, and saw the tears on her face. His expression shifted a bit. "Why are you crying? Are you feeling wronged having sex with me?"

"Raymond, I'm really tired today. Can we..." Margaret looked at him with tearful eyes.

Before she could finish, he pinched her chin harshly. "Then who do you want to have sex with that wouldn't make you tired? Daniel?"

Her nose tingled, and tears streamed down uncontrollably.

So, in his mind, she was just a shameless woman.

"Margaret, don't forget the terms of the contract! You're not on your period today, are you?"

"I'll do it."

Margaret bit her lip, holding back her tears. No point in pretending; she had agreed to this.

She thought her crying might turn him off.

But he still went through with it.

And he did it roughly, skipping any foreplay and going straight to the main act.

Margaret arched her body, biting her lip hard.

A session devoid of any emotion or pity lasted three hours before it ended.

Raymond, drenched in sweat, sat up and looked at the pitiful Margaret on the bed. Suddenly, feeling a bit soft-hearted, he wanted to pick her up.

"I'll give you a bath," he said.

"No need. I can do it myself."

Margaret didn't want him to, fearing he would torment her again in the bathroom.

She pushed Raymond's hand away and went into the bathroom.

The villa had several bathrooms. Raymond, with a cold face, went to the adjacent bathroom to rinse off.

After rinsing, he wrapped himself in a white bathrobe and returned to the main bedroom.

He saw Margaret holding a bottle, taking a pill from it, and swallowing it.

"What are you taking?"

Raymond quickly stepped forward, snatched the bottle from her hand, glanced at the label, and smashed the bottle on the ground, scattering the pills everywhere.

"Who told you to take this?"

Raymond grabbed Margaret's neck as she sat on the bed, his eyes bloodshot, seemingly ready to spit fire.

Margaret remained calm and said, "We're getting divorced. Do you still want to have a child?"

As soon as she finished speaking, Raymond dragged her to the toilet, roughly pressing her down. "Spit it out!"

Margaret couldn't spit it out; she had already swallowed it.

Raymond, furious, pinched her jaw, causing her to groan in pain.

His fingers went into her throat.

A wave of nausea hit her, and as soon as Raymond pulled his fingers out, Margaret leaned over the toilet, vomiting uncontrollably.

She threw up everything she had eaten for dinner, including the undigested pill.

Raymond flushed the toilet and grabbed her chin again, forcing her to look at him. "Don't be so foolish! Think about Marlon before you take medicine!"

Margaret stared at him blankly. "Are you threatening me?"

"Good for you. Seems you're not stupid and can understand my words." Raymond bent down, picked her up, and as she was about to struggle, he coldly said, "Don't throw a tantrum with me, Margaret. You don't have the right!"

With that, she stopped struggling.

She resigned herself to leaning in his arms as he carried her to the bedroom and tossed her onto the bed like she was nothing.

Margaret covered herself with the blanket, drowsily thinking.

It seemed Raymond wanted her to get pregnant, so she would have to go through with the abortion secretly.

Margaret, with her back to him, sent a message to the doctor on her phone, scheduling an abortion for three days later.

Too many things had happened today, leaving Margaret both sleepy and exhausted.

She quickly fell asleep.

Raymond, however, couldn't sleep. He lay on his side, staring intently at Margaret's stubborn and cold back.

When they argued in the past, she would hide in his arms, never keeping such a distance from him.

There was no going back, no going back at all.

Raymond sat up, went to the living room to smoke a cigarette, and then returned to the main bedroom.

Her sleep had always been light.

He was afraid of waking her, so he gently lifted the blanket and got into bed.

As soon as he lay down, Margaret turned over and wrapped a leg around him.

Raymond looked at her as she closed her eyes and moved her lips slightly, snuggling into his arms for warmth.

Raymond tried to remove her arms, but she kept wrapping them around him, over and over. Finally, he gave up and covered them both with the blanket.

It felt like a year ago, before Marlon fell down the stairs when she would hold him like this every night, insisting they sleep this way to keep him from running off to other girls.

"Raymond," she suddenly mumbled, talking in her sleep.

"Yeah?" He helped her tidy the hair around her ears, his lips carrying a faint smile.

Only when she was asleep could he be kind to her.

"Raymond."

"What?" Raymond's thin lips parted as he held her tightly in his arms.

He thought it was just a matter of taking care of her family.

If she behaved, how could he let her suffer? How could he bear to see Margaret truly sad?

He had made up his mind; he wanted Margaret to have his child. Maybe if they had a child, a bloodline connection, the hatred would fade with time.

She wouldn't want a divorce then.

"Little Mute, Little Mute, can we meet again? I miss you so much."

The faint smile on Raymond's face instantly cracked.

So, Margaret still had a Little Mute in her heart? Liar, she had said Raymond was her first love.
