Chapter 89 Only Ten Percent

Couldn't receive it?

Raymond and Taylor were taken aback, looking at James with great surprise.

Bella's expression changed slightly, and then she smiled at James and said, "James, these are precious measures, and Mr. Clark likes it. Why can't he accept it?"

"Don't mess around," Claire said impatiently. "What do you know? You're just a doctor."

In her view, as long as Raymond accepted these things, he would definitely share one with them. James saying not to accept them was like cutting off their financial path.

Without wasting any words, James shattered the valuable emerald worth over a billion with a single palm strike, revealing a stone the size of a soybean. "This is jade embedded with Iridium-192, which has strong nuclear radiation. If Raymond keeps it around, it will cause severe harm to his body, ranging from amputation to leukemia."

Before Bella and the others could speak, James swung the sword, directly slicing open the sculpture to reveal an electronic component. "This is a bugging device. It can monitor movements within 164 feet. If Raymond places the sculpture in his study, all secrets will be known to the other party. At that time, Bella can plan everything with ease whether it's attacking Thousand Treasures Corporation or targeting Raymond or Taylor. The supplements don't contain poison, but they are laced with toxins. Raymond's body can't handle it at all."

James added, "Bella and her group seem to be submissive, but in reality, they are trying to harm Raymond secretly through inducement. And it's an invisible harm."

James smiled and said, "If these gifts are accepted, Raymond will die within half a month."

As soon as he finished speaking, the room fell into a dead silence, and everyone was extremely shocked.

Taylor and Claire were shocked by Bella and her group's unscrupulousness, their readiness to go any lengths to accomplish their objectives, and the seductive allure of their trap.

Bella and her group were shocked by James's sharpness. They had painstakingly tampered with the treasures, but James saw through it at a glance.

James calmly revealed their killing move, leaving Bella deeply astonished.

When did Raymond recruit such a formidable person?

After a brief silence, Taylor shouted, "Bella, you are despicable."

Bella gave an order. "Kill them!"

With their plot exposed, further discussion was a waste of time, so they decided to kill.

As soon as she finished speaking, a dozen of Bella's men drew their weapons.

Taylor raised his left hand, and three darts flew out, causing three enemies to scream and fall to the ground, clutching their throats.

Bella raised her right hand, and a boomerang knife flashed, taking down two of the Clark family's gunmen.

In the next second, both sides clashed with their blades.

Their efficiency and proficiency in killing were almost equal, making it a battle between two groups of fierce beasts.

Screams, cries, and shouts intertwined.

"Grandpa, let's go!" Taylor pulled Raymond away. "Claire, protect Grandpa."

As long as Raymond was safe, no matter how formidable Bella was, she would die in Rosewood City.

Raymond remembered to shout to James. "James, let's go."

James followed closely behind them, ready to leave the place of trouble. Just as they were about to reach the door, James's scalp suddenly tingled.

A bodyguard pushed open the door.

A flash of white light appeared.

James shivered and shouted, "Watch out!"

He lunged forward, knocking Raymond and the others to the ground.

Almost simultaneously, as the door opened, a flurry of blades rained down, slicing the bodyguard who had opened the door in half. Blood splattered everywhere.

The meteoric blade light did not stop after its initial sweep. Instead, it surged forward like a dragon released from the deep sea, exuding a fierce killing intent.

A man charged into the midst of the Clark gunmen, like an eagle diving into a flock of chickens.

The crisp sound of the long blade swinging formed a continuous, dragging, yet unceasing note.

Immediately, the doorway was filled with angry and pained cries, but mostly terror.

Severed limbs flew, and blood splashed like a torrential downpour. In just three or four seconds, five men lay on the floor.

Taylor and the others were shocked, not expecting an ambush at the door.

Carl burst in, knocking two guards aside, then, with a backhanded slash, severed another gunman's right arm.

A scream echoed.

He was incredibly fierce.

Taylor and the others then realized that the statue at the door was actually a real person.

As thoughts raced through their minds, Carl's hands moved, and the blade light flashed, cutting down all the opponents rushing at him.

In the blink of an eye, he had killed nearly half of the Clark family's guards.

"Carl, block the door," Bella said, advancing unhurriedly. "Leave no one alive."

James was slightly taken aback, surprised that this person was Carl. He remembered Olivia saying that Carl had fled Rosewood City after being pursued by her.

He had never expected that Carl would resurface here, launching an attack on Raymond.

It seemed that the Bell Siblings and Bella were indeed in cahoots.

"Mr. Clark, you really have a lot of capable people around you. I had prepared three plans, but you forced me to use the last one," Bella said, ignoring the bloody battle as she and three of her men approached Raymond.

Bella remarked, "I've truly let Mr. Bennett down. However, your bad luck still prevails. Despite deciphering our motives, your end is inevitable here."

She sparked up a feminine cigarette, gracefully blowing out a ring of smoke, her demeanor cool and composed.

Taylor gripped a dart and said, "If you dare lay a finger on my grandfather, you won't leave Rosewood City alive."

"Even if we don't, we won't survive either," Bella retorted with a smirk. "We might as well eliminate you, plunge Rosewood City into chaos, and eradicate one of Mr. Bennett's formidable adversaries."

With these words, her three confidants charged forward.

The battle intensified.

James noticed that, compared to Claire and the others' tension, Raymond remained much more composed, watching the fight with a detached expression.

Raymond's mindset was impressive.

James gave a nod of approval.

"Grandpa, this way," Taylor said, pulling Raymond back.

With Carl blocking the door, Raymond and James had no choice but to retreat to a corner.

Seeing the Clark bodyguards being overwhelmed, James frowned and prepared to rush over. "I'll go help."

"Get back," Claire barked, blocking James. "Don't be a fool."

The two female companions also looked at James with disdain. As a doctor, he couldn't be of much help.

"Don't move!" James was about to say something when Taylor grabbed him. "Don't worry, with Claire here, we have a ninety percent chance of winning."

"One hundred percent!" Claire interrupted Taylor arrogantly. "With me here, it's one hundred percent."
