Chapter 270 Beach Photoshoot

The next day, Quentin and Hannah, the two little ones, woke up early, probably excited to go to the water park. Madison had laid in bed the previous night, waiting for Matthew for a long time. She fell asleep without realizing when he joined her in bed. Only when she woke up in the morning she found herself lying in Matthew's arms.

Today's itinerary was relatively simple. In the morning, Quentin and Hannah were taken to a water park. They had lunch at the water park, and in the afternoon, Madison had already made plans to meet up with the boy with whom she was taking photos. They spent the afternoon taking pictures with their family of four on the beach.

After waking up, the family had breakfast at the hotel and then set off for the water park.

Since they needed to wear swimsuits in the water park, the whole family changed into their swimsuits. In addition to children's activities, the park also had many exciting activities for adults, and screams could be heard everywhere. The super-long rainbow slide that Hannah saw yesterday was their first stop, so they headed straight to the slide. Quentin took his sister, and they played on it multiple times. Then, they went on an inflatable boat ride. Quentin chose one shaped like a dinosaur, and Hannah chose one shaped like a duck. Madison and Matthew each accompanied one of them, enjoying themselves and reliving their childhood memories.

Madison originally thought that Matthew would definitely refuse to go into the water, but Hannah's tantrum made him break all his principles and stubbornness. It shows that a daughter's influence is truly great, as it completely takes away a father's autonomy.

They hadn't had enough of the inflatable boat ride, but the family rushed to the surf pool when they heard an announcement on the radio that the surfing activity was starting. Surfing was the most exciting activity for the two little ones in the water park. They chose a position toward the back where the water was shallower. The water came up to their chest level, and screams could be heard from the pool with each wave. Hannah lost her balance and fell into the water, choking a little, but she quickly stood up again and laughed, finding it extremely fun.

The surfing activity lasted about twenty minutes before it ended. Quentin and Hannah refused to leave and kept playing until there were no more waves. They had fried chicken, burgers, and fries for lunch at the water park's restaurant. Madison and Matthew usually didn't allow them to eat fried food, so this meal was a special treat for the two kids.

After lunch, they left the water park and returned to the hotel to change their clothes. Madison then received a message from the boy she was taking photos with on Facebook, saying that he had already arrived at the beach. Madison told Quentin and Hannah that they were going to the beach to take pictures in the afternoon. The two kids picked out their favorite outfits, and the whole family left the hotel together, looking neat and tidy.

Madison wore a floral maxi dress, Matthew opted for a simple white T-shirt and black shorts, and Quentin chose a black top and pants that matched his father's outfit. Hannah initially wanted to wear her princess dress, but Madison was concerned about the heat and inconvenience of wearing a dress with multiple layers of tulle. After her mother patiently convinced her, Hannah gave up her princess dress and chose a breathable blue dress with a single layer.

The family of four stood together, not having planned to take photos in advance, so they did not intentionally prepare matching "family outfits." However, the clothes each person had chosen unexpectedly coordinated perfectly. As they walked onto the beach, they immediately drew the attention of many people. This attractive family caught the eyes of a boy who was taking photos without waiting for Madison to make a call. He quickly walked up to them.

He was still a bit shy and reserved, carrying a large backpack and a DSLR camera hanging around his neck. He greeted Madison with a smile. Sensing his nerves, Madison took the initiative to discuss the shooting style with him and expressed that they only needed to say what they wanted and could work together.

To Madison's surprise, the boy said that they could play naturally without worrying about posing. He wanted to capture them in their most authentic state. When Madison and the others played, he would follow them and find angles to capture the shots without their interference.

Madison was slightly taken aback but then smiled. No wonder his photos always gave people a relaxed and effortless feeling. She had never encountered such a photographer before. It turned out to be so simple. They continued to build sandcastles, as they had promised Hannah they would. Today, the whole family came out to help.

After explaining the situation to Matthew, Madison told him the boy would take photos alongside them. Matthew had no objections. It was even better if they didn't have to pose intentionally, as he wasn't particularly fond of taking pictures.

Since they needed to build sandcastles, Matthew went back to the room to get the tools they had used the previous day. With the help of their parents, the two kids worked even harder today, and their efficiency was much higher than when the four of them had built sandcastles yesterday.

The older boy continued to take photos near them, continuously pressing the shutter button on his camera. Madison didn't know what exactly he had captured, as she initially paid some attention but later got absorbed in playing and didn't bother about what was being captured. Anyway, they would eventually receive the developed film.

After finishing the sandcastle, the two kids ran off to play and splashed in the water. Some temporary water activities were happening at the beach today, but they were all for adults, such as jet-skiing and flying fish. Although Quentin and Hannah couldn't participate, they stood by the side, clapping and cheering as they watched others fly up in the air, completely fascinated.

As the evening descended, the sunset at the beach was particularly gentle, devoid of fireworks and dust, only filled with light and hope.

A family of four walked hand in hand, strolling along the sandy beach. The twilight descended upon the seaside, with loved ones by their side.

After a leisurely afternoon, Madison didn't know how many photos the boy had taken. She glanced back at him occasionally, holding the camera, looking serious and focused. It seemed like two different people when talking to him.

For dinner the next day, they planned to go for seafood. They looked up a highly popular and well-reviewed seafood restaurant nearby and decided to give it a try. Madison invited the boy to join them, but after glancing at Matthew, he declined. Madison offered to pay him for taking photos, but the boy refused, saying it was his honor to take pictures for their family.

Madison thought he was a moral person. She looked at Matthew, took his hand, and said, "Quentin, Hannah, how about we all go for dinner together?" The two kids enthusiastically grabbed the boy's hand. "Okay."

Matthew understood Madison's intention, cleared his throat, and took the initiative to invite, "It's been a long day. Let's have dinner together tonight."
