Chapter 463 Taking You on a Honeymoon

The next day, Willow almost missed the time to take her parents to the airport. Her legs were so sore that she could barely move. She sat on the bed, gave Mitchell a playful glare, and then got up to wash up.

Mitchell woke up earlier than her and was already dressed. He followed her to the bathroom.

Willow was brushing her teeth when he walked over and wrapped his arms around her, smiling as he said, "How about I take Lloyd and Patricia to the airport by myself? You can sleep a bit longer."

With her mouth full of foam, Willow mumbled, "How can that be? What would I say if they asked?"

"I'll explain to them," Mitchell said affectionately, holding her from behind. That familiar look in his eyes made her legs feel weak.

She quickly turned around and pushed him out. She insisted, "You go out for a bit. I'll finish brushing my teeth and washing my face, and then we'll go together."

If he stayed any longer, they would definitely be late.

Mitchell went out to heat up some milk and make omelets.

Willow had been into eating sandwiches for a while but had grown tired of them, so Mitchell switched up her breakfast recently.

She came out in a sporty outfit, looking youthful and energetic. She had initially picked a pink jacket but changed to a white one to match Mitchell's white sportswear. Standing together, they looked like a perfect couple.

After breakfast, they both put on black down jackets and headed out to pick up Lloyd and Patricia. They first went to the apartment to get them and then took them to the airport.

Lloyd and Patricia had initially said they didn't need to come and that they would take a cab, but Mitchell and Willow insisted on personally seeing them off. Touched by their gesture, Lloyd and Patricia didn't refuse.

When they arrived at the apartment, Lloyd and Patricia had already packed their luggage and tidied up the place. They had visited William and Madison at Nelson Mansion the day after they arrived in Horizon City, bringing gifts from Seaspring Valley City.

Madison had loved the snacks suitable for pregnant women that they brought last time, so they brought more this time. Since their flight was early, they had already said their goodbyes to William the day before.

Mitchell made two trips to load the luggage into the car.

Lloyd and Patricia had brought two large suitcases due to the winter clothes and books they habitually carried. They also had an extra suitcase filled with specialties from Horizon City that Jessica insisted they take back with them.

The flight was at 10:00 a.m., so they didn't waste any time and headed straight to the airport. They arrived an hour and a half early, and Willow and Mitchell personally helped with check-in and luggage drop-off, bidding their goodbyes at the gate.

"Lloyd, Patricia, take care. Willow and I will visit you during our vacation," Mitchell said politely.

Lloyd and Patricia nodded in acknowledgment with smiles. Patricia urged, "You two should go back and get some rest."

"Dad, Mom, take care. I'll come home for the holidays," Willow said, her eyes slightly red.

She realized that she was married now, had a new home, and would be settling in Horizon City. If it weren't for Mitchell, she might still be living with her parents in Seaspring Valley City.

She had encouraged Lloyd and Patricia to settle in Seaspring Valley City because they liked the climate and lifestyle there. Now retired, they deserved to leisurely enjoy their golden years.

In the future, she and Mitchell would visit them often.

After seeing Lloyd and Patricia off, Willow walked back to the car in the parking lot, feeling a bit down.

Mitchell started the car, turned on the heater, and gently patted her head. He nonchalantly remarked, "You are unhappy. How about we go on a honeymoon?"

Willow looked up at him with confused eyes. She asked, "Where to go?"

Mitchell smiled indulgently. He simply replied, "Wherever you want to go."

Then, he drove back.

Once home, he eagerly took out a small notebook with detailed plans for a European trip and a domestic trip.

Willow was increasingly amazed as she flipped through it. The itinerary was meticulously planned, with details on where to rest and eat.

She looked up, wide-eyed, and asked, "When did you prepare all this?"

She had been busy with wedding preparations, so how did he find the time to plan such detailed trips?

Her eyes welled up with tears, not from sadness but from being deeply moved by his thoughtfulness.

She had truly married a wonderful husband!

"I did it in my spare time at night. Do you want to go abroad or stay domestic? Have you decided?" Mitchell asked, sitting next to her and pulling her onto his lap. Seeing her red eyes, he frowned slightly.

She was easily moved to tears, such a soft-hearted person.

Willow, with her red eyes, seriously went through Mitchell's travel plans.

"I haven't decided yet. They all look great," she said, tilting her head towards him.

"Then we'll go to all of them," Mitchell said, planting a kiss on her hand.

She rebutted, "There's not enough time for all that." Willow laughed, knowing how busy he was. Going to one place would already be great.

"Of course, there's time. The company provides a generous marriage leave," Mitchell said matter-of-factly. He planned to call Matthew to request the leave.

Seeing his serious expression, Willow couldn't help but burst into laughter. "Let's stay domestic then. Here," she said, pointing to a destination in the notebook.

They had already been to the Y country this year, so she was interested in the domestic cultural destination Mitchell had chosen.

"Alright, it's up to you, sweetie," Mitchell said, gazing at her lovingly.

Willow gave him a playful look. Ever since they got together, He had been saying things that made her blush and her heart race. She didn't know where he learned it from. He used to be a cold, arrogant academic, strict and unyielding.

Now, he was completely at her beck and call.
