Chapter 460 Punished

Willow dodged left and right, and Mitchell took a step forward, pinning her wriggling body against the sink. He then looked up at the mirror, leaned close to Willow's ear, and softly continued his question from earlier, "Honey, what did you just call me?"

Willow's evening gown had already fallen to the floor. She shyly crossed her arms over her chest and softly replied, "Mitchell."

Mitchell lowered his head and gently kissed her ear, the delicate kisses making her feel dizzy, as if she could barely stand, her whole body turning to jelly.

While kissing, Mitchell hoarsely said, "There's a punishment for calling me wrong."

Willow's mind was a mess, unable to think clearly. She mumbled, "What punishment?"

Mitchell's kisses trailed down to her neck and then back up behind her ear, repeatedly. He wrapped his arms around her slender waist, kissed for a while, then lifted his head. The two of them locked eyes in the mirror, both looking a bit dazed.

In a raspy voice, he bargained, "Call me 'honey' first, and I'll tell you the punishment."

Willow obediently called out, "Honey."

"Good girl." Mitchell turned her around to face him, one hand around her waist, the other unbuttoning his shirt. In a few swift moves, he had all the buttons undone, then he softly said, "The punishment is to shower together."

With that, he carried her under the showerhead and turned on the water.

Late at night, Mitchell carried Willow out of the bathroom, dried her off, and helped her into pajamas. He then used a hairdryer to dry her hair.

Willow was too tired to move, lying there with her eyes closed, enjoying the service. By the time they were both ready for bed, it was very late.

Mitchell lay down, took Willow's hand, and kissed her forehead, and said, "Happy wedding, honey."

Willow mumbled a sleepy response, turned over, and faced away from him.

Behind her, Mitchell smiled in the dark, and softly replied, "Goodnight, honey."

He pulled her into his arms, the scent of their shower gel lingering in the air.

The next day, Willow was still asleep when Mitchell woke up early. Feeling a bit uncomfortable from drinking too much, he called room service to bring some honey. He boiled some water, made a cup of honey water, and felt better after drinking it. Then he lay back down next to Willow, gently brushing her hair away from her face. After watching her for a while, he suddenly remembered something and grabbed his phone from the bedside table.

Just as he opened Facebook, Willow groggily opened her eyes, frowning slightly as if she was uncomfortable.

Mitchell immediately put down his phone and leaned over. Concerned, he asked, "Honey, are you awake? Do you have a headache? I'll make you some honey water. Just lie down for a bit."

Willow's throat was dry, so she nodded lightly without speaking.

Mitchell quickly got up to prepare the honey water. The room's water dispenser was set to a perfect 140 degrees Fahrenheit, ideal for making honey water. He soon brought a cup over.

Willow sat up and drank it, feeling much better, her throat no longer dry.

Mitchell took the empty cup from her. He gently urged, "Lie down for a bit longer, it's still early."

Later, they would head back to the Jonah Residence for a family dinner with both families. Lloyd and Patricia planned to return to Seaspring Valley City afterward.

Willow indeed wanted to stay in bed a bit longer, so she laid back down.

Mitchell also got back into bed, leaning against the headboard with his phone, continuing what he was doing earlier.

Willow couldn't sleep either but liked staying in bed. She snuggled up to Mitchell, resting her head on his chest, and softly asked, "Honey, what are you doing?"

After last night's experience, she remembered clearly how to address him.

Mitchell smiled and kissed her forehead, clearly pleased with her calling him 'honey.'

He said, "Sharing some goodies with everyone."

They had been too busy yesterday to do it, so he was making up for it today. The people at the company were probably waiting for it. Mitchell generously shared several big bonuses in the company group chat and some special perks in their project group, even more than when they announced their relationship, causing the group chat to be flooded with congratulations.

Willow leaned against him, watching him share the goodies with a smile. She also joined in on her phone, trying to grab some of the perks. Maybe it was the bride's luck, but she managed to get several of the best ones, making her very happy.

Mitchell offered to give her some perks directly, but she refused, saying it was more exciting to grab them with everyone else.

Besides, she was already quite wealthy. With the shares from William, the house from Matthew, the generous dowry from Richard and Jessica, and her parents' wedding gifts, were all in her name. Before the wedding, Mitchell had given her a document to sign, transferring his shares in JK Group to her. She had been stunned and refused to sign no matter how much he persuaded her.

She couldn't manage that much money.

In the end, Mitchell had to compromise, saying he would manage it for her temporarily but would give it to her eventually.

Willow thought to herself that she wanted to hand over all the wedding gifts to Mitchell to manage, but here he was, ready to give her all his assets to her. Wasn't he afraid she'd squander it all?

After lying in bed for a while, she received messages from her roommates in their group chat.

They were all heading back today and didn't know when they would meet again, so they wanted to have lunch with Willow and Mitchell before leaving.

After telling Mitchell, they got up to wash up.

Lunch was set at the hotel's Italian restaurant, which was convenient since everyone was staying there. The chef at the Imperial Hotel's Italian restaurant was quite good, and Mitchell and his friends liked going there. Willow shared the location of the private dining room in the group chat. When she and Mitchell arrived, everyone else was already there.

Seeing them enter, everyone stood up and said in unison, "Welcome."

Mitchell smiled warmly, holding Willow's hand as they took the two remaining seats.

Today, Willow wore a red dress, and Mitchell was still in a suit, both looking every bit the newlyweds.
