Chapter 459 Wedding Night

When Matthew took the elevator back to the banquet hall, only their table was left. The few remaining friends had all joined their table, including Amanda and her husband, who were pulled over by Karen and Lisa.

Including the bride, groom, best man, and bridesmaids, there were still about twenty people left.

There were already quite a few empty bottles on the table, indicating that in the half-hour he was upstairs, everyone had drunk a bit more. Some had passed out and were sleeping with their heads on the table. Others were stumbling out of the restroom, waving their hands and shouting, "Cheers."

Meanwhile, Cheryl and Joseph were also both drunk, and Victor's face was red.

Only Liam, who was busy taking care of Ophelia, hadn't drunk much.

Mitchell, was even redder than before.

On the bridesmaids' side, only Karen was still sober; the other girls had all passed out.

However, these friends were all well-behaved drinkers, many of them being big shots in the business world. It was only because the CEO of JK Corporation was getting married that they let loose.

Those who drank too much simply closed their eyes and slept, while those who were still awake just talked more. No one was causing a drunken scene.

At this point, someone suggested going to a karaoke bar.

The KTV was just upstairs from the banquet hall, and a group of people staggered their way to the KTV room. Cheryl, the hotel owner, was among them. The KTV staff already knew the importance of the wedding guests and hurried to greet them as they came out of the elevator.

They led the group to the largest private room, set up the equipment, and respectfully left. Another staff member brought in plenty of fruit and snacks.

Having had enough to drink downstairs, they really came to sing at the KTV. Each one of them grabbed the microphone to perform, and some sang quite well.

Willow even thought the original singers were performing. It seemed like everyone was a hidden talent.

The atmosphere in the KTV was lively, with people singing and dancing.

Matthew stayed for a while before saying goodbye to Mitchell and then headed back to his room.

When he returned, Madison and the two kids were already asleep. He quietly opened the door, went straight to the bathroom to shower, and then gently lay down behind Madison.

Madison, sensing his return, murmured, "Honey."

Then, she snuggled closer to him.

Matthew looked at her tenderly, smiled slightly, and kissed her cheek softly, whispering, "Goodnight, my love," before holding her and falling asleep. His large hand gently caressed her belly, where their love's creation was growing.

Liam had initially planned to leave early with Ophelia, but who knew that while she was asleep downstairs, she woke up at the KTV and joined Daniel and the others in the fun, singing enthusiastically with no intention of resting. He had to stay at the KTV and wait. Eventually, he was pulled up to sing a song, and even Victor took the stage. There was no way he could avoid it.

Around 1:00 a.m., Liam suggested, "Mitchell, you should take Willow back to the room to rest. Victor and I will stay here with everyone."

He hadn't drunk much, so he could watch over them. He didn't know how long this group planned to party, but on their wedding night, the bride and groom couldn't stay up all night with them.

Mitchell stood up, holding Willow's hand, and patted Liam's shoulder. A look between brothers was enough to understand each other.

Willow sweetly thanked him, "Thank you, Liam," as she left.

Liam smiled back at her.

Mitchell and Willow were staying at the hotel that night, in a specially decorated bridal suite. They had planned to stay at the hotel, knowing the night would end late and they'd be too tired to go home. They took the elevator to the 28th floor and returned to their suite.

Although Willow wasn't drunk, she had had some drinks, and her face was flushed. She clung to Mitchell's arm, smiling adorably like a kitten, snuggling against him.

Mitchell had indeed drunk a lot tonight. On this once-in-a-lifetime day, he accepted every toast.

However, he could hold his liquor well, and despite drinking a lot, he only had a slight flush on his cheeks and walked steadily, still looking dashing and composed, with a clear mind.

When they returned to the room, the hotel staff had already cleaned it up. The confetti and balloons were gone, and the bed was neatly made with rose petals arranged in a heart shape, making the room look festive.

Willow, feeling drowsy, grabbed her pajamas and went to the bathroom to shower. When she tried to unzip her evening gown, she realized the zipper was at the back, out of her reach.

She opened the bathroom door and peeked out, seeing Mitchell sitting on the bed in his white shirt, having taken off his suit jacket. She softly called, "Mitchell, can you help me with the zipper?"

Mitchell turned his head, his eyes a bit hazy, and walked over to her.

As he approached, Willow realized he had been taking off his pants and was now in his shirt and underwear. Seeing his strong legs made her feel warm.

Mitchell smirked and walked into the bathroom, which felt cramped with both of them inside. He stood behind her, gently unzipping her gown and slowly helping her take it off.

Willow was wearing a strapless bra so her smooth, white back was exposed, glowing under the light.

Mitchell's hot hand gently touched her back, igniting a fire. His tall frame trapped her between the sink and himself, he whispered in her ear, "Honey, what did you just call me?"

Willow lowered her head, too shy to look up, as the mirror reflected their close bodies and her flushed face. The small space made her feel dizzy, and she clung to his arm.

Mitchell deliberately bit her earlobe, sending shivers through her, making her look up and meet his smiling eyes in the mirror.

At that moment, Willow's mind was blank, only thinking, 'I'm doomed!'
