Chapter 246 Rank Tenth
The piercing scream awakened Eddy.
His mind went blank for a moment.
Eddy's body was kicked and flew out, landing on the ground.
It hurt.
"Hiss... Holly, are you crazy?"
Eddy got up from the ground and looked at her with a mix of laughter and tears.
Holly sat in the corner of the bed, holding the sheet, shivering.
"You bastard! Taking advantage of me!"
Eddy raised an eyebrow, "Are you sure? Did you forget what happened last night?"
Holly sneered disdainfully.
"Well, you're not implying that I was the one taking the initiative, are you?"
"Please, take a look at yourself in the mirror!"
"I like handsome young men, how could it possibly be an old man like you?"
Eddy seemed to have anticipated what Holly would say.
"Good, let's take a look at this."
Eddy, under Holly's shocked gaze, took out his phone from under the pillow and played a short video.
In the video, Holly's face turned red, sitting on top of Eddy with a queenly posture.
"Take off your clothes for me! Why are you dressed so conservatively?"
"Little brother, don't be afraid. I will take good care of you."
"After tonight, you will be my lover."
Holly stared in astonishment at the woman in the video, who was acting drunk and saying provocative words.
"Ah! You recorded it! Eddy, you bastard!"
Holly pounced on him, trying to snatch the phone from his hands.
Eddy calmly said, "Don't worry, it's only three minutes and there's nothing crucial."
Holly was infuriated.
"You knew I would act crazy when I'm drunk. Why didn't you just send me home and leave?
"I guess that you clearly wanted to have sex with me, so you intentionally stayed, right?"
Eddy narrowed his eyes and glanced at her.
Although Holly was wrapped tightly in the blanket, she felt like Eddy's gaze had x-ray vision.
"With your small breasts, I'm not interested in you."
Holly was stunned.
"Who are you calling small-chested?"
She wasn't tall, but her figure was top-notch!
Holly suddenly pulled off the blanket.
She grabbed his hand and pressed it against her chest.
"Open your damn eyes and see if they are small!"
Eddy felt speechless.
At the Curtis Group headquarters, a Maybach parked on the side of the road.
Luann got out of the car and, as soon as she reached the company entrance, she saw a familiar figure.
"Luann."
Luann glanced lightly at Wilber, her expression indifferent.
"What do you want?"
Wilber gathered his courage and said, "I want to apologize to you."
Luann walked past him.
"What are you apologizing to me for? That's between you and Grace."
Wilber gave a bitter smile.
He knew, after this incident.
He and Luann couldn't be together anymore.
"Don't come looking for me anymore. We have no relationship anymore, right?" Luann entered the building without turning back.
After dealing with the documents, Luann called Holly.
But she found out that the girl didn't answer.
"Weird... Is she still not awake?"
Luann muttered suspiciously and casually placed her phone aside.
A few minutes later, the ringtone of an incoming call sounded.
She answered it abruptly, "Holly, you..."
"Ms. Weaver," the other side interrupted her.
Luann glanced at the caller ID, "Sorry, go ahead."
"Ms. Weaver, this year's global art rankings have been announced, and the auction will take place next month."
"When will your works be sent?"
Luann coughed lightly. "In a while."
There was a brief silence on the other end, "Ms. Weaver, you said the same thing three months ago, and half a year ago when I called you."
It had been less than half a month now, and he didn't want to continue to drag it out.
"If you still haven't submitted your works within three days, you will default on this year's art rankings."
Luann replied, "Okay."
After hanging up the phone, Luann sighed with sadness.
She originally wanted to laze around for a few more days.
"Forget it, I'll take a few days off and paint some random pieces."
Luann nestled herself on the sofa and swayed slowly.
After work, Luann was taken back to her old house by Myron.
Vito Curtis's expression was as gloomy as ever, his aura low and oppressive, causing everyone to hold their breath.
"Randy Torres has arrived."
"Please come in."
Randy Torres walked in with a bright smile, taking big strides, steady, and not showing any signs of aging.
After exchanging greetings with everyone, Randy Torres sat next to Vito Curtis.
"Still haven't gone abroad?"
"Oh, there were some unexpected matters, so I postponed it."
Vito Curtis raised an eyebrow, "Not many people can make you change your plans, old man."
Randy Torres chuckled. "That's for sure."
"Is there something good happening?"
"Otherwise, I wouldn't come to see you."
After Randy Torres finished speaking, he clapped his hands.
"Come in."
Everyone turned their gaze towards the door, and after waiting for a while, they saw a woman entering.
She had a gentle and humble appearance.
"You all know each other, right?" Randy Torres introduced. "Ann."
Luann and Myron exchanged a glance.
Vito Curtis nodded and gestured towards his knees. "The last time I saw this girl, she was only this tall," Vito Curtis said.
"Vito Curtis," Ann greeted politely.
Vito Curtis nodded, looking a bit puzzled as he looked at Randy Torres, waiting for his explanation.
Randy Torres immediately said, "Ah, you may not know this, but Ann is very low-key. She ranked tenth on the Global Arts List last year."
the Curtis family gasped in shock.
Looking at Ann, their eyes held a hint of surprise.
Lily's tone carried a hint of envy. "Ann, is only twenty-five or twenty-six this year? And she's already on the list? And in tenth place?"
Ann lowered her gaze, smiling lightly, showing no sign of pride on her face, appearing extremely calm.
Her modesty and understatement made Lily like her very much.
Ann gently said, "I am just lucky."
"And this is the first time I've made it onto the list. Maybe I won't be on it next year."
Lily sighed. "Just being on the list is already impressive."
Randy Torres nodded. "Yes, that's what I said too. I actually wanted to introduce her to you on the day of Grace's celebration banquet, but things happened suddenly, and I didn't have a chance to say much..."
He coughed awkwardly a few times.
"She is Ross's student."
"You should know Ross, right? The professor at Emma's school."
