Emma went to bed early tonight.
When she woke up in the early morning, she found that her three roommates were not lazing around in bed as usual but were huddled together, whispering about something.
Emma yawned.
The sound made the three girls jump in unison.

"Emma, you're up so early."
Emma nodded, a smile spreading across her lips.
After a night's rest, she felt much better.
Indeed, a good night's sleep can reduce a lot of sadness!
Besides, she didn't want her own troubles to affect her roommates and make them unhappy!
"Yeah, but I remember we don't have class until ten this morning. Why are you all up so early?" Emma said as she got out of bed. "I'll go get us some breakfast."

"Emma!"

The third girl said, "We're not hungry at all, don't bother. Go back to sleep for a bit."

"Then why don't you read a book?"

"Emma, can I borrow your phone? I need it for a study app."
Emma watched her phone being taken away and weakly said, "But how am I supposed to go to the bathroom without my phone?"
"You can take a shampoo bottle and read the ingredients on the back!"
Emma sighed deeply and resignedly walked into the bathroom.
As soon as the door closed, the three girls became anxious.
"What should we do? Even though we secretly deleted a lot of her private messages last night, more and more people are cursing her!"

Suddenly, he reached out.
He pulled her into his arms.
"I'm sorry."
"Emma."
"Don't be afraid."
"No matter what happens, I'll be by your side."
Emma blinked in confusion.
"Lionel, why are you saying such strange things?"
The girls coming out of the dorm saw this and immediately started gossiping.
"Oh my, look at those two, so shameless."
"Just like the rumors online, she's involved with two men."
"After Ernest, now she's with this guy. Isn't Ernest enough for her?"
"Some women are just so slutty."
Because they were a bit far away, Emma and Lionel didn't hear them.
But her roommates did.
They immediately shouted in anger.
"Shut up!"
"Say that again and I'll tear your mouths apart!"
Emma was puzzled.
Lionel let go of her and held her hand.
"Let's find a quieter place to talk."
"Okay."

Emma gradually noticed something was wrong.
Why were people looking at them so strangely and pointing?
Could it be because Lionel was so handsome that these girls were jealous of her?

Lionel shook his head.
"I don't know. I've already requested the surveillance footage. We'll have results soon."
