Chapter 1081 Be Careful Or You'll Get Into Serious Trouble

Waverly was seemingly ignoring her. She proceeded to sit on the chair and applied moisturizer on her skin.
Yasmine was furious as she gripped Waverly's shoulder. She widened her eyes and said angrily, "Did you hear what I just said?"
Waverly smiled briefly. She calmly looked at Yasmine's ferocious face and stayed quiet.
Yasmine furrowed her brows and let go of Waverly. Confused, she said, "What do you mean by this? What are you sneering at? Do you know that you look scary and disgusting now?"
Waverly turned around, applied some serum on her face, and continued to ignore Yasmine.
"Waverly, what's this attitude? I am your leader, and you are just a mere assistant of mine!" Yasmine shouted.
Waverly still acted as if she couldn't hear anything and applied a layer of foundation on her face.
Yasmine felt completely disrespected and ignored. She felt her dignity and pride were all squashed by Waverly within seconds.
Yasmine felt a gush of anger rushing towards her head. She grabbed the cosmetic products on the table and threw them on the ground harshly. Then, she pointed at Waverly and scolded, "Don't be so shameless!"
Waverly swept her cold eyes over Yasmine. She stood up, raised her chin, and looked down at her, "I am not the shameless one here, you are. Now, get out."
Yasmine pointed at herself and asked sarcastically, "You want me to get out? I see that you haven't figured out who you are, what status you have, and what kind of lowly trash you are!"
"That's my own business. It has nothing to do with you," Waverly said coldly.
"Waverly!" Yasmine pointed at Waverly and yelled, "With that kind of attitude, you better be careful, or I will never let you off."
Waverly curled her lips, calmly pushed Yasmine's hand away, and said firmly, "No matter what my attitude is, you will not let me off either way. Did you even ever think of doing so?"
A trickle of fear ran down Yasmine's spine. She had never seen Waverly in such a state before, and she was terrified of her.
Indeed, no matter what Waverly did, Yasmine would not let her off.
Yasmine had just always enjoyed seeing Waverly being all cowardly and useless.
The current Waverly had a voice of her own and that fact irritated Yasmine to the brim.
"Hey, do you know that Bellamy and I had dinner together today? I purposely asked who's prettier between me and you. He chose me!" Yasmine said, wanting to hurt Waverly deliberately.
However, that failed to happen. Waverly's expression barely shifted at all, and there was no sorrow in her eyes. She asked, "Have you asked him who he loved more between you and me?"
"He even sacrificed his life for me," Yasmine said triumphantly.
"Then, you should marry him," Waverly said with a smile.
Yasmine was confused, "Aren't you sad?"
"Why should I be sad for a man who doesn't love me?" Waverly picked up the cosmetics on the ground and continued to apply the second layer of foundation. She said coldly, "You can go now. I'll put on makeup and go to the second floor for a meal."
Yasmine looked at Waverly with a frown.
Waverly calmly put on some foundation and drew her eyebrows, "Do you want to learn how to wear makeup from me? I have been learning it for a year. I think I'm pretty good at it. I can teach you."
"Who needs your lessons? If you continue to be this arrogant, then get ready to be destroyed," Yasmine warned and walked away from Waverly arrogantly.
Waverly put down her eyebrow pencil, closed her eyes, and breathed out slowly.
If she were to get hurt by Yasmine, she would be really stupid.
After she regained her composure, she opened her eyes and continued to put on makeup. She had decided to go bold. She painted purple smoky makeup on her snow-white skin, and placed purple eyelashes on her eyes. Dipping the brush in red, she painted her lips in blood-red color.
Putting on the large, gorgeous, and exaggerated earrings, she wore a bare-shoulder dress and draped a small black suit jacket over her shoulders.
She looked chic, glamorous, and possessed a hint of maturity that did not match that of a young girl. It was an indescribable illusion, as if she had walked out from a dark world. Even the aura that she was displaying was something that prevented people from getting close.
She took the bag and put the sonic gun inside. Then, she sprayed on some perfume and put on high heels. She did not opt for a wig this time, and proceeded to the elevator.
Soon, she arrived at the second floor. She walked towards the waiter and asked, "Where's the Jade Peak Room?"
"Oh, please come with me," the waiter said with fear. He did not dare to look Waverly in the eye and led the way in front of her.
The waiter was about to knock on the door, but Waverly walked past him and directly pushed the door open and went in. There was no one inside.
The corners of Waverly's mouth curled up. "Am I being played?" she thought.
She called Yasmine, "I've already arrived at Jade Peak Room. What else do you want me to do? If you don't want me to do anything, I'll go first."
"We are also in the Jade Peak Room. Why don't I see you?" Yasmine asked unhappily.
Waverly exited the room, took a photo of the three words 'Jade Peak Room' on the door, and sent it to Yasmine.
After sending it, she looked at the waiter and asked, "Is there a second Jade Peak Room here?"
"No, there's only one."
"Which private room are the people from M Country in?" Waverly asked.
The waiter was worried that Waverly was some kind of assassin, so he did not dare to look back and trembled with fear.
"I won't tell others if you tell me, but if you don't, I'm sure you will get into trouble in the next moment," Waverly smiled, but it did not reach her eyes.
"It's on the third floor, the Gilded Jade Room," the waiter said.
"Ah, it's the third floor. Thank you," Waverly passed the waiter and went to the elevator.
The waiter was scared and called out for help, "There was a strange woman just now. She asked me where the private room where the people from M Country were in. She looked like a killer. What should I do?"
"I'll call security," the manager said.
Waverly came out of the elevator and heard chaotic footsteps coming from the corridor. She subconsciously looked towards their direction.
Five security guards stood in front of Waverly.
The manager spoke strictly, "Please show me your ID card."
Waverly sneered and handed the identity card to the captain.
The manager looked at her identity card, and then looked at Waverly. He was incredibly surprised as he asked, "You're Mrs. President?"
"Do you need me to remove my makeup?" Waverly asked pointedly.
"No, no! There's no need for that," the manager bowed and respectfully handed Waverly's ID card back with both hands.
Waverly took her ID card, put it in her bag, and walked past the security guards.
They were discussing in low voices.
"Is it Mrs. President? I didn't recognize her at all. Why did she do her make up like that? She looked like a serial killer."
"Keep your voice down. Don't comment on Mr. President's business randomly. Be careful or you'll get into serious trouble."
Waverly curled her lips and pretended that she had not heard anything. She pushed open the door of the Gilded Jade Room and swept her cold eyes over the people in it.
There was Yasmine, and Willie, who was sitting next to Yasmine. Willie was Quill's fiancée. Apart from them, there was Solia, Joseph, Joshua, and two more men that she failed to recognize.
