Chapter 812 Beauties in the Hometown

"How did they let you down?" Suzi was frightened. "This child is too terrifying. He's simply a demon. No one has ever let you down, but you have done so many wrongdoings to other people many times."
Ralph pursed his lips tightly and the expression in his eyes became arrogant. "Come on, if you want to kill me, just do it. Anyway, you've been trying to kill me for a long time."
"If I wanted to kill you, it would just be a matter of seconds. Your wrongdoings are enough to put you in jail for ten years," Jasper roared sternly.
"It's just ten years. I'll be nineteen years old when I come out after ten years. What should I be afraid of?" Ralph said indifferently.
"What a rebel! How on earth did the Milton Family have a child like you?" Suzi was troubled.
"Culver, send him to Zarriah's place. Without my orders, he is not allowed to leave the island," Jasper ordered.
"Yes," Culver nodded and took Ralph away.
Suzi sat on the chair powerlessly, still looking at Ralph's back in disbelief. "How could this child be like this? He's just a child. How could he be so horrible?"
"There are always children like this in every school. They don't follow rules, refuse to listen to the teachers, and are undisciplined and mischievous. They do bad things to get the attention," Anthea said with a sigh.
"He was influenced by the environment, causing him to be obsessed and filled with resentment. We can't change it, so that's the only thing we can do," Stella said helplessly.
After all, she was not God, but a mere psychologist. Some people's mental illnesses could not be treated properly because they didn't think that they were wrong in the first place.
Therefore, there was nothing she could do.
"Stella, Ralph is not around anymore. Could you stay?" Suzi asked hopefully.
Stella looked at Jasper.
"Mom, if it's convenient, why don't you come with us to the military base?" Jasper invited her.
"Okay," Suzi immediately responded.
At her age, she had seen through money and power. What she wanted was the reunion of her family and a happy family.
Suzi was worried that the rice in the house had been poisoned, so she threw all the rice away and didn't want to use them.
She covered all the furniture in the house with a white blanket.
Stella and Jasper helped her.
After living here for three years, Suzi was still unwilling to leave.
"We will come back for vacation often," Stella comforted her.
Suzi smiled. "As long as I'm with you all, I'll be happy wherever I go. I'm most afraid that you'll abandon me."
"I'm sorry, Mom," Stella apologized.
Suzi held Stella's hand and patted it. "I know that you have considered your options carefully. I can work for the company for another ten years. After ten years, you have to think of a way to take over my work."
Stella turned to look at Jasper. She did not know anything about the business world at all.
Suzi was really up in years, and it was time for her to enjoy a good life.
"I'll make the arrangements when the time comes," Jasper promised.
"You should have your breakfast now. We've all had ours. Leave this to us. When are you going to the military base? Is there a plane to pick you up?" Suzi asked.
Jasper nodded. "The plane will arrive at 11 o'clock. I'll have breakfast with Stella first."
"Go ahead," Suzi said with a smile.
In the car.
Jasper was driving while Stella was resting, leaning against the seat.
"Where will you send Ralph to?" Stella asked casually.
"Strict training, to correct his outlook on life and virtues. I hope that he can become a useful person," Jasper said seriously.
"I heard that our eldest son is living with his adoptive parents. Could we bring them to stay in the military base too?" Stella asked softly.
"They all live in the courtyard, so there wouldn't be a problem. However, there are many restrictions on living in the military base, and it is inconvenient for children to go to school."
"Do you remember what we had discussed before? We could find an open space near the military base. We could make applications through normal procedures and transform the space into a residence for the soldiers' families. Then we could build factories nearby to solve the employment issues for the families of these soldiers. We could establish hospitals and schools, and prepare basic living facilities for the people. In this way, the soldiers could go home often."
Jasper thought for a while. "We could give that a try. When I get back, I'll send someone to find suitable land and then make an application."
"Okay," Stella replied as she looked outside.
In fact, every city was almost the same.
The differences between houses, streets, small restaurants, and pedestrians were their local cultures and delicacies. Whenever she arrived at a place, she had to try out local delicacies and visit historical sites. It was her definition of a vacation.
She, in fact, liked the sea, liked seafood, and liked the cool breeze.
However, for the sake of her lover, she was willing to give up many things.
Jasper's car came to a halt. "The crab roe pastries here are good."
"Is it real crab roe? How could there be so much crab roe in a crab?" Stella said with a smile.
"I'll ask later."
"It's fine. I was just asking out of curiosity," Stella replied. Then she walked into the store.
The staff was washing crabs at the entrance of the shop, whereas someone else was sending bright red steamed crabs into the kitchen.
Customers in the whole store were eating crab roe pastries, and there were a lot of people lining up by the windows.
"It seems to be real crabs. The crabs from this season look plump and tasty," Stella said.
"Okay. Wait a moment. I'll find someone to get a private room," Jasper said as he went to look for the boss.
After a while, he came out, accompanied by a waiter.
The waiter took them to an attic on the second floor.
An elegant wooden house was built in the attic on the second floor. There were flowers and plants in front of the wooden house, as well as a row of roses. Although in November the flowers had withered, the lush green still looked pretty, blocking the view of high-rise buildings. It gave one a different kind of vibe to the place.
"Mr. Milton, what would you like to order?" the waiter asked respectfully.
"Four sets of crab roe pastries. I want to take away six sets. I also want two bowls of mushroom soup," Jasper said.
"Mr. Milton, would you like to have steamed buns? There are six kinds of flavors, which are our breakfast specialty," the waiter said.
"Let's have two sets of that please."
"We won't be able to finish it if we order too much," Stella reminded him.
"I want two sets of crab roe pastries and two sets of steamed buns. Then I want to take away four sets of crab roe pastries and two sets of steamed buns," Jasper changed his mind and said.
"Would you still like to have mushroom soup then?"
"Yes, I do."
"Okay. I'll be back in two minutes," The waiter finished taking the order and left.
Stella rested her chin on her hand and tapped the table rhythmically with her fingers. "The table here is probably for the owner's own use."
"Yes," Jasper replied.
"Is this shop operated by your friend?" Stella asked.
"Yes, you know him too. He lost his leg because of a mistake in a training exercise. We went to his home to visit him. In the end, he divorced his wife and raised crabs in his hometown.
He had a knack for raising crabs. He raised crabs on more than one acre in the suburbs and supplied all the crabs here. He owned a large share. He said that he could earn a net profit of more than three million dollars a year in this store. While doing his business, he also met a better girl and married her," Jasper said with gratification and smiled.
