Chapter 1120 If You Can't Become Fat With One Bite, Then Take Ten Bites

After a while, he came out again and leaned against the door frame, "It will be full in three minutes. Are you going to walk by yourself or should I carry you in?"
Waverly sat up from the bed. Her thighs were sore and her waist also ached.
Since she had already asked him to prepare the hot water bath, she decided to go all the way. She said, "Carry me."
Joseph smiled and was elated. He picked up Waverly and carried her in his arms.
Waverly thought that he was going to throw her to the ground, so she subconsciously put her arms around the back of his neck.
"You are too light. Haven't you been eating a lot recently?"
She sighed.
"You can't become fat if you only eat one bite," Waverly said.
"If you can't get fat eating one bite, then you'll have to eat a hundred bites. You'll eventually get fat, so don't think too much. Even if the sky falls, it's not your responsibility to hold it up," Joseph said in a meaningful tone as he gently placed her into the bathtub.
There was a knock at the door.
He looked at his watch and said, "I should go. Don't bathe for too long or you will suffocate. Fifteen minutes should be enough."
Waverly nodded, thought for a moment and leaned against the bathtub, "Joseph, have a safe trip."
Joseph smiled, squatted down and kissed Waverly's forehead, "After I've dealt with my matters, I'll come back quickly."
"You haven't told me how much silver you want to buy."
He thought for a moment and said, "I'm going to buy a ton every month for a year. The contract for the oil will also be for one year. There will be a lot of changes in one year, so we can negotiate about that later."
"Alright."
Joseph pressed Waverly's hair, which was a bit prickly. It felt very strange against his hand. He kissed her forehead again, went out and opened the door.
Joshua stood at the door and said with a look of embarrassment, "Mr. Mccarthy, we should leave now. The plane is already waiting for us."
"Yes," Joseph answered. He said to Agnes, "She is taking a bath now. You can go in and see her in 15 minutes. If she doesn't get up, you can carry her out."
"Carry her out?" Agnes looked at Boris, who was next to her.
Boris nodded.
Agnes then replied, "Okay."
Joseph looked at Boris solemnly and left the hotel.
As soon as Joseph left, the receptionist came to pick up Waverly.
Waverly didn't soak in the bath for a long time. After washing up, she came out of the bathroom and put on some simple makeup. She was done at seven o'clock on the dot.
She opened the door and saw the receptionist who was standing outside, "Let's go."
"Alright."
They got inside the car.
"There's something I need to tell you. The president of A Country came to visit and he proposed to have dinner together, so a dinner has been arranged. Do you mind?" the receptionist asked cautiously.
"I suppose you know the relationship between me and the president of A Country. Do you think me and him eating together while representing two different countries is appropriate?" Waverly said coldly, not covering up the displeasure in her eyes.
"I'm sorry. We were negligent. I'll make different arrangements," the receptionist said and made a phone call.
Waverly looked out of the window. She recalled what Bellamy had said sarcastically, "Is it because I didn't make you Peace Lady that you want to block me?"
In his heart, she was a powerful woman. It was no wonder that she couldn't compete with the goddess in his heart.
She would just continue to be wronged by him if she stayed by him. In the end, she would still remain as a low-class woman in his eyes.
If so, she would rather just be her original self.
A glint of light appeared in her dark eyes.
Half an hour later, she arrived at the restaurant.
Quill walked towards her.
Boris and Agnes stood in front of Waverly.
Quill stopped and said to Waverly awkwardly, "Sir wants to see you."
"Him wanting to see me is his own problem. I don't want to see him. I have already made it clear that there is no need for us to meet in the future," Waverly coldly refused.
"It's all my fault. You can blame me however you want. Don't torment him. You know about his physical condition. He won't be able to stand it if you continue to do this," Quill begged.
Waverly's mouth curved into a smile.
In Z Country, Bellamy had taken a shot for her. At that time, she was so moved that she could do anything for him.
It was not until Bellamy blocked the venomous viper for Yasmine that she realized that he treated everyone, even her enemy, equally kindly.
That shot no longer seemed to mean anything.
In his heart, she was not even his comrade. As for what she was, she no longer had the strength and intelligence to confirm her theory.
The more the hope she harbored, the greater the disappointment she would face.
"He's injured, so he should be looking for a doctor, not me. Sorry, I can't help him," Waverly said. She was determined to walk forward and enter her private room.
Expressionless, she ordered Boris and Agnes, "You two, stay outside the door. Unless I give my orders, I don't wanna see anyone."
"Yes," Boris and Agnes answered, exchanging a look with each other.
Waverly had a meal with personnel from the Department of External Affairs and chatted with them casually. Every country had its own special culture, customs, scenery and celebrities.
Two hours later, the dinner was over.
"I'll send you back," the receptionist said.
"There's no need for that. Thank you for your hospitality this time. Next time, feel free to come over to M Country," Waverly greeted them.
"We'll be there when we have the time."
Waverly went out of the door and said to Boris and Agnes, "Sorry, I've made you two starve. I'll treat you to something delicious."
Agnes looked at Boris again.
Keeping quiet, Boris walked ahead and pressed the button of the elevator.
The elevator let out a soft ding.
The elevator doors opened and four people rushed out of it. Without thinking much, they rushed forward and shocked Boris and Agnes with a taser.
Boris and Agnes were numb all over and lost their strength. Before they could react, guns were pointed on their foreheads.
Quill came over, lowered his head and said respectfully, "I'm sorry, Madam. It won't take you too long. He came all the way from A Country just to see you."
Waverly looked at Quill coldly, "Don't hurt my subordinates."
"Don't worry, Madam. Please come with me," Quill walked ahead.
Waverly looked back at Boris and Agnes, "Wait for me here. I will come out in a minute."
Boris apologized, "I'm sorry."
Waverly smiled faintly.
No matter how powerful Boris and Agnes were, there were only the two of them.
Regardless of whether it was against Joseph or Bellamy, both of them were unable to win against them.
She had known for a long time that she had bought them for other purposes, not for them to be fearless sacrifices.
She followed Quill to meet Bellamy.
Sitting in front of the table, Bellamy's face was incredibly pale and his lips were devoid of any color. He looked quite weak.
Waverly pulled a chair and sat opposite him, "You wanted to see me. What's up?"
"I crossed the line during our last conversation. I'm sorry," Bellamy apologized and looked at Waverly with keen eyes.
