Chapter 120: He's My Driver

Lori and Amy hurriedly walked towards the pink Porsche.

The closer they got, the more astonished Lori became, because that person looked so much like William. Even though it was just a side view, he was chatting and smoking with a tall and burly man.

"William?" Lori tried calling out.

The person turned around. It was Lori. William was visibly startled and asked, "Didn't you leave?"

William was also helpless. He didn't expect to run into Lori while smoking with Craig.

Lori blinked her eyes, staring at William for a moment before locking onto Craig.

This car must belong to this man.

‘Could this Porsche be William's? Definitely not!’ Lori thought.

So, without hesitation, Lori hooked Amy's arm and flirtatiously asked Craig, "Is this your car?"

Craig looked at Lori and Amy in confusion. These two women were attractive with great figures.

He was about to say no, but before Craig could speak, William interjected, "Yes."

Lori lit up her face with a smile, but she glared at William and said unhappily, "Do you have to butt in? What are you looking at? Hurry up and go away!"

William was well aware of Lori's unreasonable and opportunistic nature. He helplessly touched his nose and said, "I'll finish my cigarette and leave."

Lori rolled her eyes at him and then enthusiastically started asking Craig all sorts of questions.

Craig was also puzzled. William said it was his car, so it must be.

"Craig, you know William?" Lori and Amy were now each holding one of Craig's arms, curiously glancing at William.

Craig awkwardly smiled and said, "Yes, I know him."

Lori and Amy exchanged glances, both quite surprised.

It seemed William was doing well these years. The owner of the Victory Grand Hotel was his friend, and he also knew this wealthy Craig.

Lori couldn't help but think more highly of William. It seemed he had been hiding his true self.

"Let's go," William said to Craig after finishing his cigarette, then opened the car door to get in.

Lori panicked and quickly pulled William out, scolding him with a cold face, "William! What are you doing? Do you think you can get in this car?"

Amy crossed her arms and sneered. "I think he's out of his mind. Look closely, this is a Porsche, not a taxi!"

William was confused. He said, "Why can't I get in?"

Lori snorted and said fiercely, "Why? Do you even know your place? Do you think owning some shares in a small delivery company makes you special? This is Craig's car. Can you afford to sit in it? Did you get Craig's permission?"

‘The car owner is still here, and William is just getting in without any manners?’ Lori pondered.

Moreover, Lori had made up her mind that she had to be in the passenger seat of this Porsche tonight!

She even wanted to take pictures and post them on Facebook to show off.

William touched his nose and looked at Craig. Craig didn't say anything but angrily slapped Lori across the face!

The entire parking lot heard the sound.

"Craig, why did you hit me?" Lori was completely bewildered. The slap was so strong that it made her spin in place. Her ears were ringing.

"Shut up! Are you looking for trouble?" Craig shouted fiercely!

Lori was now terrified, clinging tightly to Amy and crying. "Craig, why did you hit me? I was speaking up for you. William wanted to get in your car!"

Lori was very unhappy. She was slapped for no reason, and her cheek was swollen.

Today was really unlucky. She shouldn't have gone out.

Craig glared at Lori who deserved it!

Then he turned around and respectfully said to William, "Mr. Jones, please get in the car."

At the sight of this, Lori and Amy were dumbfounded!

‘What does he mean? Isn’t this Craig's car?’ They were lost in thoughts.

"Craig, what did you just call him? Isn't this your car?" Lori blinked her big eyes, looking incredulous.

Could anything be more shocking?

This burly man was very respectful to William.

Before Craig could answer, William calmly said, "Yes, the car isn't mine, but he's my driver."

Amy suddenly remembered that when they came, William had said the driver had taken a shortcut.

‘William's driver is Craig who drives a pink Porsche? That is too crazy!’ Amy thought.

Craig respectfully ushered William into the car, then glared viciously at Lori and Amy, saying, "You should ask around about me, Craig from NH Street. If you ever dare to disrespect Mr. Jones again, don't blame me for being rude!"

Lori and Amy watched as William drove off in the flashy Porsche.

Lori, feeling indignant, snapped a photo of the license plate and angrily said, "Amy, do you believe he is William's driver?"

Amy, equally puzzled, replied, "I'm not sure, but I think I've heard my ex-boyfriend mention Craig before."

Lori was furious and blamed William for the slap. She immediately sent the license plate photo to Stanley, saying, "Stanley, I just saw William leave in this car. Check whose car it is."

Stanley had been in a bad mood all evening. Receiving Lori's message only made him angrier.

‘What? That loser William left in a Porsche 911?! Impossible!’ he pondered.

So, he quickly replied, "Alright, give me five minutes!"

Five minutes later, Stanley found out that the car belonged to a twenty-year-old girl.

He immediately called Lori, his tone full of mockery, "This is hilarious. The car belongs to a woman, probably a rich girl. I bet William is being kept by her."

Hearing this, Lori felt it made sense and was filled with disdain and ridicule.

‘Is William being kept? How disgusting! Isn’t this cheating within marriage?’ Lori thought.

No way, she had to find a chance to tell Mary and break them up, making sure William left with nothing!

"So, he found a rich woman. How disgusting!" Lori cursed, then turned around, swaying her hips as she left with Amy.

Meanwhile, William was dropped off at the hospital by Craig.

Entering Sarah's room, he saw her playing with Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs figurines, her hair in pigtails, looking very cute.

With big eyes, porcelain skin, and chubby cheeks, she called out to William in a sweet voice, "Daddy, come play with me."

William hurried over, sat on the floor, and pretended to be the wicked witch, making a scary face. "Daddy has an apple here. Do you want to give it to Snow White?"

Sarah rolled her eyes at William and said in a very grown-up manner, "Daddy, you're so childish. I don't want to play with you anymore."

Sarah turned her head away, ignoring William.

William, feeling dejected, coaxed her for a long time before she was happy again. He asked, "Sarah, who gave you this?"

Sarah pouted and giggled. "A pretty lady. She told me to call her Susan."

William instantly turned cold. After playing with Sarah for a while, he stepped out of the hospital and called Susan.

His tone was not friendly. "Susan, thank you for the Snow White figurines, but please don't send any more. Mary doesn't like it."

He was straight to the point.

"William, is it your wife who doesn't like it, or is it you?" Susan on the other end was mocking.

William maintained his indifferent tone. "Neither of us likes it. What do you want? I advise you to return to Imperial City. I'll give you an explanation for what happened between us."

"An explanation?" Susan laughed coldly. "William, what kind of explanation can you give me? You can't even be honest with your wife. Are you still a man?"

Susan found it ridiculous.

Susan couldn't understand why the once fearless, extremely arrogant William had become so timid and cautious today.

"My affairs are none of your business. In any case, don't push my boundaries. Don't mess with Mary and Sarah!" William warned. Knowing Susan's personality, she was the type who wouldn't stop until she achieved her goal.

"Then I'm afraid you'll be disappointed. Guess where I am right now?" Susan chuckled.

Then, William faintly heard a few voices in the background.

"Mrs. White, what do you want from our company?" It was Mary's voice!

"Susan! What are you up to?" William turned cold as he ran out of the hospital, heading towards Mary's company.

"William, you have ten minutes. In ten minutes, you'll know what I want." Susan's icy voice came through the phone.

The call ended.

In the vice president's office at BK Pharmaceuticals.

Susan sat on the sofa like a proud queen.

In front of her stood Mary, her cheeks flushed at the corner of her mouth. Behind Mary were two bodyguards in black suits, holding her arms tightly.

The injuries on Mary's face were obvious. It was clear who had caused them.
