Chapter 468 William, You're Dead!

Hearing this, Margaret smiled with satisfaction.

"Mary, don't blame me. I didn't want this either."

In the evening, Margaret personally cooked a lot of good dishes.

When William came home and saw this, he found it strange but didn't ask much.

During dinner, Margaret kept serving Mary food, making Mary feel a bit overwhelmed.

"Mom, is there something going on?" Mary put down her utensils and asked.

William also raised an eyebrow and glanced over.

Margaret panicked and quickly smiled, saying, "Nothing's going on, it's just that you're pregnant, so I made you some good food."

Mary nodded and didn't say anything more.

The next day, William went out early in the morning.

Margaret hid in the bedroom, and seeing William leave, she pulled Mary to the mall.

According to the plan, she took Mary around the mall, then led her to an alley, and while pretending to go to the restroom, she moved aside and called the freckled man, whispering, "You can act now."

The freckled man and his group were sitting in a van by the roadside.

After receiving Margaret's call, they looked through the car window at Mary standing at the alley entrance. Comparing her to the photo, the freckled man grinned and said, "This woman is really pretty."

Their leader, sitting in the passenger seat, glanced over and said, "Get to work!"

At the command, three men jumped out of the van, wearing low-brimmed baseball caps and leather jackets, and quickly walked towards Mary.

Mary was looking at her phone when she suddenly sensed something was wrong. She saw three men with grim faces and cold smiles walking towards her!

Before she could scream, one of them covered her mouth with a white handkerchief!

In just a few seconds, the struggling Mary, accompanied by muffled sounds, passed out.

"Quick!" The three men quickly carried Mary into the van, threw her in the back, and swiftly started the vehicle, heading straight for a farm in the suburbs!

The urgent ringing of the phone woke Margaret, who was hiding in the restroom!

At this moment, she was sweating profusely, pacing back and forth, clutching her phone, very nervous.

"Hello, how is it? Is my daughter okay?" Margaret immediately answered the phone and asked.

"Don't worry, she's tied up and fine. Next, we just need to notify your son-in-law."

On the other end, the burly man in the passenger seat glanced at the unconscious Mary in the back, looked over her curvy figure, and said.

The guys around also ogled Mary, making clicking sounds.

"This woman is really nice. too bad she's pregnant." The freckled man laughed.

The burly man glared at him and said, "We have principles: no touching pregnant women!"

They all laughed.

Margaret hung up, took a deep breath to compose herself, and then took a cab back to the villa.

Afterward, she pretended nothing had happened and sat in the living room watching TV.

Not long after, William came back. Seeing Mary wasn't there, he casually asked Margaret on the sofa, "Where's Mary? I need to take her for a prenatal checkup."

Margaret, eyes glued to the TV, said, "I don't know, maybe she went out for a walk."

William frowned; they had agreed to go to the hospital for a checkup this afternoon.

Suddenly, William's phone rang, showing an unknown number!

Hearing the ringtone, Margaret was startled, feeling very guilty.

"Hello, who is this?" William asked.

"Hello, your wife is with us now. If you don't want anything to happen to her, don't call the cops. Bring two million dollars to the farm."

With that, the call was abruptly ended!

William was shocked!

At the same time, his phone received a video. It was Mary!

Mary was sleeping on a bed in a dimly lit room, with rusty machetes and hooks hanging on the walls, looking very scary!

The phone rang again.

"Who are you? What do you want? I warn you, don't touch her, or I'll make sure you all die!" William roared, filled with murderous intent!

A low, cold laugh came from the other end. "If you want your wife and the baby in her belly to live, bring two million dollars to the farm. Oh, and your ring too. You have half an hour! Remember, don't call the cops! Otherwise, you'll find your wife with her belly cut open, two lives lost."

The call ended. The last sentence was full of threats.

Without hesitation, William immediately ran out of the villa, calling Alan. "Bring people, to the farm, Mary has been kidnapped!"

The demand for money was a ruse; they were directly targeting Noble Command!

'Noble Command, not many people in the world know about it. Jessica's people?' William thought.

Seeing William rush out, Margaret finally breathed a sigh of relief, then quickly called the freckled man, asking, "Is my daughter okay?"

"She's fine, don't worry. You're the employer, we'll follow your instructions." The freckled man, at the farm, was weighing a large machete in his hand, smiling, "Come over yourself, see our work firsthand."

"Alright, I'll be there soon," Margaret replied, then left the upscale residential area, took a cab, and headed to the suburbs.

Meanwhile, Alan had mobilized dozens of subordinates, with a convoy of black Mercedes sedans and SUVs, heading to the suburban farm.

Alan, sitting in the car, was furious, shouting into the phone, "What happened? Didn't I tell you to protect Mrs. Jones secretly? How did this happen?"

The voice on the other end was trembling, "We were following Mrs. Jones, but this morning, her mother took her to the mall, seemingly to avoid us, and then they disappeared."

"Margaret?" Alan's face was grim. He hung up and called William, but couldn't get through.

Because William had already taken a cab to the suburban farm.

Getting out of the car, he looked around. It was very remote.

"I'm here. Where are your people?" William took out his phone and asked coldly.

"Are you playing with us? Where's the money?"

At this moment, the freckled man, standing in a three-story building, looked at William at the farm gate through binoculars and found he had come empty-handed.

"I'll have the money sent over once I see my wife!" William said coldly.

The freckled man used a walkie-talkie to talk to his boss, then said to William on the phone, "Walk 300 feet forward, turn left at the third door."

With that, William hung up.

At the gate, looking at the rusty door.

Without a word, William kicked it open!

The door flew open, revealing six or seven men with machetes and hammers, grinning menacingly at William.

At this moment, William looked like a lamb that had strayed into a pack of wolves.

"Who sent you?" William asked, his eyes full of murderous intent, exuding a chilling aura.

These men didn't look simple, but to William, they were nothing!

No matter who they were, using Mary against him crossed his line, and they must die!

In a small room not far away, Margaret hid in the dark, watching the scene outside through the window, a sinister smile on her lips.

'William, you're dead! From now on, the villa and your money will be mine.' Margaret thought.
