Chapter 47 Rolling Together

"William, the Victory Grand Hotel is valued at 18 billion, with a total of 50 branches nationwide." George reported over the phone, gazing out the window at the city below.
Almost instantly, William's secretary provided a detailed list of the hotel's assets and financial status.
"I don't care how much it costs, I want it," William replied, his impatience evident.
"Understood, William," George acknowledged before making the necessary arrangements.
In no time, Lindwood City was abuzz with calls, all directed to the headquarters of the Victory Grand Hotel in the capital.
That night, an unseen force was at play, orchestrating events in both Lindwood City and the capital.
Adam, observing William, sneered. "Well, it seems your boasting has reached new heights. Buying the Victory Grand Hotel, are you?"
'What a fool! Who does he think he is? Does he even know the hotel's current value? 200 billion dollars! Anyone can talk big, but at least make it believable.'
Shortly after, George called back. "William, it's done. The Victory Grand Hotel is now officially yours. The total cost was 200 billion dollars, and the original three major shareholders have sold their stakes. You now have full ownership and control."
"Good job," William replied calmly.
George was efficient in his work.
"Have their boss come over immediately," William added.
Meanwhile, Adam, noticing William's mysterious phone call, taunted. "You're really going all out with this act. Who are you talking to? You said you were going to buy the Victory Grand Hotel, right? Well, let's see it. If you can buy it, I'll kneel and bow to you without hesitation."
The Victory Grand Hotel in Lindwood City alone was worth 2 billion dollars. The headquarters was valued at 200 billion dollars!
Buy the Victory Grand Hotel? Can a mere delivery guy like him afford it?
At the same time, George dialed the number of the Victory Grand Hotel's boss in Lindwood City.
"Hello, George, it's the first time you've called me. What can I do for you?" came the voice of a middle-aged man, sounding eager to please.
"Mr. Scott, William is at your hotel and needs you to come over within five minutes," George said calmly.
Jesse immediately sprang into action.
Mr. Scott's young master must have an extraordinary background.
"Of course, I'll be right there," Jesse replied.
With that, he hung up the phone and hurried to the Victory Grand Hotel.
On the other side, Adam looked at William with a sneer and said, "William, are you still putting on a show? Fine, I'll play along. I want to see how capable you really are!"
He stood with his hands in his pockets, his face full of sarcasm.
William, on the other hand, remained calm, took out his phone, and made a video call to Sarah.
The company's nanny was taking care of her.
He would pick her up later.
Due to William's work and the fact that his in-laws never took care of her, Sarah spent most of her time at the daycare.
About five minutes later, Jesse, the boss of the Victory Grand Hotel, appeared at the entrance of the lobby.
As he looked at the scene in the lobby, he had a bad feeling.
He quickly ran over to Adam and asked with a cold face. "Adam, what's going on?"
Adam was taken aback. He didn't expect William to actually bring the boss here.
Jesse was in charge of the Victory Grand Hotel in Lindwood City, so Adam naturally couldn't be arrogant. He smiled and said, "It's nothing. I can handle it."
Jesse frowned and said, "What do you mean it's nothing? The security team is here, and you say it's nothing? Forget it, I'll handle this myself."
If he had offended William, Jesse would have no place in Lindwood City. Thinking of this, he felt a chill down his spine.
As for George's master, he had to show his respect.
So he immediately stepped forward, his eyes scanning the crowd, and asked with a respectful attitude, "Excuse me, who is William?"
Everyone was stunned, and all eyes fell on William.
William?
Adam was even more surprised. What kind of joke was this?
This idiot was on a first name basis with the man in charge of the Victory Grand Hotel?
At that moment, William stood up and said, "That's me."
With that, he pointed at Adam and said coldly, "From today on, he is expelled from the Victory Grand Hotel. I don't want to see him in any of the Victory Grand Hotels. Can you do that?"
Jesse was taken aback and glanced at Adam, then smiled and said, "William, I'm afraid that's not possible."
He knew that Adam must have had a conflict with William.
But to say one word and dismiss Adam, obviously, he, Jesse, couldn't do it.
Not only did it go against the hotel's rules and regulations, but Adam's father was also one of the shareholders of the hotel, with a net worth of several billion!
That alone made it impossible for him to dismiss Adam.
However, William's next words shocked everyone. He smiled and said, "Perhaps you weren't aware, but I have already bought the Victory Grand Hotel, and now I am the sole shareholder of the Victory Grand Hotel Group, with 100% ownership."
As soon as he said this, Adam burst into laughter.
"You bought the Victory Grand Hotel? And a hundred percent ownership? Come on, can you stop bragging? Do you know that my father is one of the shareholders of the Victory Grand Hotel?"
Jesse frowned. "William, although you have a close relationship with Mr. Jones, it's better not to make such jokes. I don't think that the Victory Grand Hotel has not changed its shareholders recently."
His face was slightly dark. If it wasn't for the fact that he was George's master, he really wanted to kick this kid who was talking nonsense out.
However, William's expression at the moment was too calm, and his expression was very serious.
It seemed that he was not joking.
This confused Jesse. There really isn't a shareholder of the Victory Grand Hotel with the last name Jones.
"Oh, I just bought it, and the share transfer documents should be coming soon," William said calmly.
"William, please do your research the next time you feel like bragging. My dad has two points of shares in the Victory Grand Hotel. It's not a lot, but it's worth at least three or four hundred million, you know!" Adam sneered repeatedly.
At that moment, William's phone buzzed with an email notification sound.
He opened it, and then showed the email to Jesse.
When Jesse saw the email, he was dumbfounded!
It was the highest controlling document of the Victory Grand Hotel Group.
And there was only one person on the document: William, who now owned 100% of the shares of the Victory Grand Hotel Group!
There was also the official seal of the group!
This was definitely not a fake, because that would be illegal, and it was not necessary to commit a crime to show off.
"William, I'm sorry, I still need to confirm."
Jesse was a shrewd person, and decisively took out his phone and walked aside.
It was simple. He needed to ask the shareholders of the company, and the most convenient to call would be Adam's father. Adam's father invested in the hotel in Lindwood City, which was two points of shares.
If the share transfer was true, then this Willi am absolutely could not be offended, and must be pandered to!
"Mr. King, I have a situation here I need to verify with you. A man named Willian said he has bought all the shares of the Victory Grand Hotel, and then he and your son had a little conflict."
There was a male voice on the other end of the phone, heavily panting, with a woman's gasping along with it.
"What the hell? Bullshit! All the shares of the Victory Grand Hotel are worth 200 billion, who can afford that? Get that idiot out of here, don't bother me!"
Mr. King hung up.
Jesse's face changed slightly. What an unexpected outcome.
Adam had been staring at William with a cold smile. "I really how seriously you tried to show off when you know my dad is a shareholder of the Victory Grand Hotel."
William shook his head and said indifferently. "I don't know, I guess he is also a small shareholder, and the change of shares should have nothing to do with your father."
"What a joke! My dad's stake in the Victory Grand Hotel is worth at least two or three hundred million! Do you know how much money that is? You can't earn that much in your whole life. All you do is brag, it's really pathetic." Adam kept shaking his head, his face full of mocking sympathy.
William didn't mind. "It's okay, in a while, you and your dad will have to roll out of the Victory Grand Hotel, it's you who should be pitied."
