Chapter 368 A Ruthless Person
William swaggered up to Endymion, giving him the once-over with a frosty stare.
"Harper's your sister, man. Is this how you treat her?" he shot out.
The chick in the black tank top sneered at William, all high and mighty. "Who the hell are you? Endymion's got no time for you. Mind your own damn business!"
Endymion's brow furrowed as he noticed William standing next to Harper.
But William didn't exactly scream "boyfriend material."
William shot a cold glare at the woman next to Endymion. "I'm talking to him. Who do you think you are?"
The flashy woman couldn't handle William's sass and snapped, "How dare you talk to me like that!"
"Who are you to tell me how to talk? Stay out of this." William fired back, not in the mood for chit-chat. He turned to Endymion, eyes icy. "I get it. You came here to stir up trouble, didn't you?"
Endymion sneered, "Dude, I've warned you. It has nothing to do with you. It's between Harper and me. You better back off, or I'll have you tossed out!"
Endymion wasn't scared. He was the heir to the Price family branch. In a small town like Lindwood City, no one could touch him.
Besides, William looked pretty average.
'Is this Harper's type?' Endymion thought with disdain.
William just laughed. "I'm sick of threats like yours. I hate being threatened. I could throw you out of this second floor right now. Believe me or not."
Harper walked over, tugging on his arm. "William, this is a matter of my family. You don't need to get involved. I'll handle it."
William frowned and glanced at her. "Can't you see? He doesn't even consider you part of the Price family. And you still call this a family matter? He just wants to kick you out with nothing. Why are you still putting up with him? Is it necessary?"
Harper stayed silent, standing by his side.
Even though she knew Endymion had no sibling love for her, she couldn't completely cut ties with the Price family.
Plus, she wanted to avoid William getting involved.
Sensing her hesitation, William felt for the first time that she was kinda weak. He sneered, "He's treating you like this, and you're still hesitating. This isn't like you. Is this your so-called compassion?"
Endymion looked at William, then at Harper, and arrogantly said, "Harper, don't think that finding a helper will change anything! Think carefully. If you still want to see your mother, do as I say!"
William narrowed his eyes at Endymion, his gaze deadly.
He grabbed a bottle of red wine from the table, coldly looking at Endymion. "Mr. Price, how about we chat?"
"Who wants to talk to you? Get lost! I've had enough of you!" Endymion shouted.
"I gave you a chance. Don't blame me for being rude!" William said coldly, picking up the wine bottle.
Without a second thought, he smashed it over Endymion's head, leaving him no time to react.
With a loud bang, the wine bottle shattered.
Bright red wine flowed down from Endymion's head.
Suddenly, Endymion's face was splattered with a red liquid, leaving it unclear whether it was wine or blood.
He clutched his head, his vision darkening, and staggered to the sofa, shouting, "You're dead!"
The flashy woman in the black tank top saw Endymion get hit and immediately stepped forward to shield him.
Knowing William was no joke, she targeted Harper instead.
Furiously, she ran over and pointed at Harper's nose, cursing, "You bitch, do you even know your place? How dare you find a gigolo to hit Endymion? No wonder the Price family never liked you! You deserve it! Just wait, Endymion will definitely deal with you!"
William's eyes turned icy as he locked onto the woman, making her shiver and tremble.
"They say a man shouldn't hit a woman, but some bitch just beg for it!" William growled.
He took a big step forward, grabbed the woman by her wavy hair, yanked it hard, and slapped her face twice.
The woman was no match for William. She staggered from his pull and was slapped twice, immediately feeling dizzy.
She struggled and screamed, waving her hands and trying to scratch his arm.
But William easily brushed her hands away, then forcefully pulled her hair, dragging her around like a rag doll.
William's actions were brutal, with no hint of gentleness.
In such an overwhelming confrontation, the woman couldn't break free. She clutched her head, bent over, and stumbled in her high heels, feeling like her hair was about to be torn out!
"Ah! Let go of me!" she screamed.
But for such a foolish and arrogant woman, William showed no mercy.
He just dragged her by the hair, like pulling a rag doll.
As they walked around the second floor of the bar, the men and women who had been drinking were now so freaked out by the scene that they ran downstairs, exclaiming in shock.
William didn't care about the onlookers. With a strong pull, the flashy woman fell to the ground, looking utterly pathetic.
"You jerk, I'll kill you! I'll have Endymion kill you!" the woman shouted, sitting up on the ground and starting to fix her hair and clothes.
William snorted coldly, squatted in front of her, grabbed her hair again, and started slapping her face.
After those seven or eight slaps, the woman lost all her arrogance, her eyes dull, filled with fear and terror towards William.
She covered her swollen cheeks, continuously retreating, her mouth bloody!
She let out a painful wail, but William ignored it. Looking at the woman, he stood up and paid her no more attention.
Meanwhile, two of Endymion's goons rushed over, clenching their fists and aiming at William's back and head.
But William didn't care at all. He was relaxed, disdainfully glanced at them, and calmly picked up a wine bottle from the table, smashing it over their heads!
Everything happened in a flash. Before anyone understood what was going on, the two men were already crouching on the ground, clutching their bleeding heads.
"The Price family? With this bunch you brought, you think you're somebody? Let me tell you, this bar will never welcome you. If you dare, come again, wait and see!" William angrily scolded in a low voice.
Endymion, clutching his bleeding head, felt extremely humiliated. He and his men were beaten like this; how could he face anyone in the future?
He was a part of the Price family, yet he was beaten up in a small town like Lindwood City.
It was unforgivable!
He must kill this man!
"Did you hear me?" William coldly shouted, his voice exuding an invisible pressure that startled the few men, prompting them to rise from the ground and exchange fearful glances.
William really dared to hit them. They didn't dare mess with him as they knew that would be courting death!
As a saying went, "Where there's life, there's hope."
Endymion grasped this concept clearly. He needed to return and seek additional assistance; the small group of men he had brought was insufficient!
"Still not leaving? What? Want me to teach you a lesson again?" William asked coldly, taking two steps forward.
With a cold smile on his face, he kicked Endymion, flipping him over again.
