Chapter 217 Pretending to a Guest of Ms. Susan White?
Gregory and William were already fighting!
Gregory was fuming, especially seeing the woman he liked hiding behind another guy. It made him even angrier.
"Kimberly! I gave you my heart, and this is how you repay me?"
He was livid; he'd never liked a girl this much before. Shewas his first true love. He even came all the way from Sunshine Bay City for her.
Hiding behind William, Kimberly said weakly, "I'm sorry, Gregory. We aren't a good match. I'm not worthy of you. Please leave me alone."
Everyone was stunned!
"No way! Kimberly actually rejected Gregory!"
"Pigs must be flying! That's the heir of the Gonzalez family from Sunshine Bay City. He's got money and looks. Is she out of her mind?"
"Is it because of that guy? There's no way!"
Listening to the crowd, Gregory was about to explode with anger. How could this be? He was the Gonzalez family's heir, and now he couldn't even compare to a poor guy! It was unacceptable!
"You! This is my final warning. Leave Kimberly! I'll give you five million!"
He signaled his men to take out a shiny gold card and threw it at William's face. "Take the money and go!"
William frowned, glancing at the card on the ground. Then, he looked at Gregory coldly and said, "Do you think love can be bought with money? Is Kimberly worth only five million to you?"
Gregory was stunned. He glanced at the tearful Kimberly and then shouted at William, "Shut up! You're driving a wedge between us. Kimberly is priceless to me, but you are different. Five million means a lot to you! Take the money and leave!"
William sneered, "What if I don't?"
"I dare you!"
Gregory gritted his teeth, eyes blazing as he shouted, "If you refuse, I have more than one way to make sure you're dead by tomorrow!"
Bianca interjected, "Gregory, a man like him isn't worth five million. Ten thousand is enough."
"That's right, Mr. Gonzalez. He's just a loser, a man living off his wife in Lindwood City!"
"Five million? Even ten thousand is too much! This trash should be thrown out!"
"Exactly! It's best to throw him out! Keeping him here is a total buzzkill!"
Facing the group's sneers, William remained calm.
Gregory chuckled, "So, you're just leeching off your wife! Kimberly, take a good look. Are you really going to leave me for this piece of trash?"
Kimberly anxiously shouted, "No! He's not like that. William..."
Before she could finish, William interrupted her and looked coldly at Gregory, saying, "Let's make it clear. I won't leave, and you can't take Kimberly away."
"You!"
Gregory was furious! He shouted, "Fine! Very well! Security, where's the security? Get this bastard out of here!"
Hearing him call for security, the onlookers all sneered. Soon, several security guards rushed in. They had already been notified that the Gonzalez family's heir was attending this event and must be treated well.
"Mr. Gonzalez, at your service." The head of security, bowing and scraping, stood beside Gregory like a dog.
Gregory pointed at William and said angrily, "Throw him out! He's not welcome here!"

"Haha! This guy must be scared out of his mind! He actually dares to say he's a guest of the White family's Susan!"
"Haha, just a tramp trying to put on airs. He's asking for it!"
"Exactly, it's ridiculous! If he's the White family's young lady's guest, then I am even more so!"
Facing everyone's ridicule, William remained unmoved. The head of security was also very angry, yelling, "You bastard, how dare you impersonate a guest of the young lady! I'll beat you to death!"
