Chapter 132 Reap What You Sow
Roy sneered disdainfully, "William, someone as useless as you has no right to talk big."
William clenched his fists tightly, his eyes scanning the four bodyguards in the room and the people blocking the door outside. It’s not so easy to deal with them. Although he had learned some moves from Andres, he couldn't fight off so many. He had to make it quick.
"Roy, with just these people you brought, I doubt they'll be enough," William said coldly.
Roy still wore a contemptuous sneer. Although he didn't know where William got the confidence to say such words, he had brought so many people to capture him.
Ccould he, a useless person, really pull off a miracle?
Margaret stepped forward at this moment, pointing directly at William's nose and shouting, "William, you are accountable for your stupid deeds. The Smith Family has nothing to do with you."
Margaret was scared and eager to distance herself from William.
Roy was angry, and the consequences were severe.
But Margaret never imagined that when William got angry, the consequences would be even more severe, more severe than the sky falling.
"William, break your own arms, then come with me to kneel and apologize to Wade. If he is willing to forgive you, I might let you go. But you should never show up in Lindwood City again, and you should divorce Mary," Roy sneered.
In his eyes, William was just a useless waste.
Mary's heart trembled violently upon hearing this. Roy was too overbearing, leaving no room for negotiation. Would someone like Wade let William go?
"No! I won't agree. What right do you have to take William away? You didn't even ask what Wade did, he deserved it." Mary stood up, blocking William, and angrily stared at Roy.
"Shut up! If you say one more word, I'll teach you a lesson too." Roy was furious. Mary's repeated challenges to his authority made him very uncomfortable. Even if it was Mary, Roy didn't mind teaching her a lesson if she continued to be so entangled.
Margaret was extremely frightened, especially now hearing Roy say this, she became even more panicked. She didn't want Mary to be implicated by William.
"William, I don't care what you think. From now on, you are not my son-in-law. My daughter is divorcing you," Margaret shouted anxiously at William.
"Shut up!" William roared, his eyes reflecting coldness as he stared at Margaret. He had had enough of Margaret's baseless blames. He had endured such a Margaret for three years.
Margaret was startled, especially when she met William's murderous gaze. Her heart pounded, as she shouted guiltily, "William, you dare to be fierce to me now. I don't have you as a son-in-law. Dad, take this waste away now."
After cursing, Margaret retreated a few steps, afraid that William would rush over and hit her. She had just seen William easily take down two bodyguards when he rushed in. He was actually quite capable of fighting.
Roy sneered, looking at William with pity, "Did you hear that? You, William, are now all alone. Kneel down, break your arms, and come with me to beg Wade for forgiveness. Maybe you'll still have a chance to live."
William's face darkened, his eyebrows raised, and with a faint smile, he suddenly said, "Are you sure you can make me kneel?"
Roy frowned, suddenly feeling a sense of crisis, and retorted, "Do you think you can escape? Even if you escape, what about your wife and child?"
William's eyes turned cold. Roy was actually threatening him with Mary and Sarah.
In an instant, William took the initiative. The bodyguards beside Roy didn't even see how William made his move. With one punch, William's hand landed directly on Roy's face, instantly causing blood to splatter. Roy staggered and collapsed onto the sofa, his face covered in blood. Roy was so old that he couldn't withstand such a punch, which left him dizzy and disoriented.
This scene completely shocked Margaret and the others in the room.
"William, what have you done?" Margaret screamed.
At the instant, William had defeated the four bodyguards.
Mary stared blankly at William, once again realizing how terrifying his skills were.
The people at the door wanted to rush in, but seeing William standing next to Roy, his hand tightly gripping Roy's neck, they didn't dare to move recklessly. Roy's face was covered in blood, his breathing rapid, his hands trembling uncontrollably. He glared at William with slanted eyes and said viciously, "How could you dare to hit me? I will definitely kill you."
Even now, Roy was completely unaware of his situation. Margaret was already cowering to the side, watching wide-eyed as William gripped Roy's neck.
Margaret shouted excitedly, "William, let go of him. If anything happens to my dad, I will never forgive you."
How could William dare to do this? However, William merely glanced coldly at Margaret and said, "Margaret, he's your dad, not mine. If he dares to hit Mary, he has to pay for it."
With one sentence, it felt like falling into an icy abyss.
Margaret had never imagined that the always timid William could be so brave today. The one he hit was Roy from the Turner family.
Watching the scene, Mary was in a daze before she said hurriedly, "William, let go, that's my grandpa."
Mary couldn't bear to watch Roy being choked by William.
William raised an eyebrow, looking at Mary, and asked seriously, "Mary, he had people hit you without reason and threatened you and Sarah. Are you sure you want me to let go?"
Mary pondered for quite a long time before saying, "He's my grandpa after all. No matter what wrong he did, I have to forgive him."
William fell silent, said nothing, and slowly let go. Roy's entire face turned red, and as soon as William let go, he gasped for air.
In that instant, Roy truly felt the threat of death. For so many years, he had never suffered a loss. And now, he almost died at William's hands.
"Mary, take your parents outside. I need to have a good talk with Roy." William said seriously all of a sudden, his eyes showing an undeniable determination.
"Fine." Mary didn't know what to do, but now she could only trust William. Hopefully, he wouldn't cause more trouble.
Because Roy was in the room and William's position was strategic, the people outside didn't dare to act rashly.
William spoke coldly, "Roy, have your people leave the old house. Believe me, I have the ability to handle you well before they can make any move."
Roy's head was still spinning, but after thinking for a moment, he angrily waved his hand, signaling the people at the door to leave.
Mary pulled Margaret and Tyler out the door.
"William, don't cause trouble. Talk to Grandpa properly." Mary turned to William and said as she was about to leave.
She was worried that William might act impulsively and do something irrational.
"Okay, I promise you," William said with a smile.
Soon, only Roy and William were left in the room.
William sat on a single sofa and got straight to the point, "Roy, where do you think the Turner family ranks among the families in Lindwood City?"
Roy had already sobered up. Hearing William's question, he couldn't help but sneer, "William, even if the Turner family isn't a top-tier family in Lindwood City, it's at least second or third tier. What, you, a good-for-nothing, want to take on the Turner family?"
Roy was disdainful of William's current attitude and demeanor. What did William mean? Did he want to take on the Turner family? Just him?
However, William merely smiled calmly, took out his phone, dialed a number, and looked at Roy, "Do you want to see how the Turner family can be destroyed in ten minutes?"
Roy suddenly felt a shiver. Looking at William's calm smile, he suddenly felt an urgent sense of crisis. This sense of crisis made Roy very uncomfortable. What was going on? How could he feel such a strong sense of oppression from William? Impossible.
After a moment of silence, Roy slowly spoke, "William, I came too hastily today. Maybe Wade really did something wrong. Let me go back, and I'll have a good talk with Wade. How about we just let this go?"
Roy was scared. Yes, he felt an unprecedented pressure from William. And this pressure made him feel an irresistible urge.
However, William ignored him, merely smiling faintly and said, "The Turner family has never had a decent person. I already taught Wade a lesson for what he did today. But Roy, why are you so eager to avenge him? Is the Turner family not as important as Wade?"
With that, the next second, the call was connected. William, in front of Roy, calmly said, "George, I want all the Turner family's assets to go bankrupt within ten minutes. Also, hand over all the blackmail and evidence of the Turner family's illegal gains to the authorities."
