Chapter 115 Going to Hang Out with James

At Lumina School of Arts, inside the girls' dormitory, finishing his call with Paul, Evelyn went to the bathroom to take a shower, then put on some makeup. Once he was sure everything was in order, he got up and prepared to leave the dorm.

In fact, Evelyn wasn't really going to the University of Lumina to hang out with Paul.

The primary factor behind this was that it was the end of the month, and Elbert found himself running low on funds. Consequently, he had to turn to Paul and rely on him for financial support in order to make ends meet for the remaining days of the month.

But before Evelyn could leave the dorm, Sarah, wearing a sexy short skirt, walked in on high heels.

Sarah had a faint smile on her face, looking like she was in a good mood.

When Evelyn saw Sarah, he quickly lowered his head, his expression becoming awkward.

Evelyn always felt guilty for introducing Sarah to someone like James, so he didn't dare to look her in the eye.

"Evelyn, are you going out?"

Seeing Evelyn all dressed up, Sarah took the initiative to speak to him.

Evelyn was stunned by Sarah's words, his face full of confusion because the last time he introduced James to Sarah, she didn't talk to him for several days. But today, she actually took the initiative to greet him.

"Sarah, have you forgiven me?"

Evelyn asked Sarah, puzzled, after seeing her take the initiative to talk to him.

"You didn't do anything wrong; why would I need to forgive you?"

Sarah looked at Evelyn, blinking her beautiful big eyes, and asked with a smile.

"Sarah, did you lose your memory?"

Evelyn asked in a low voice, looking at Sarah in front of him.

"I didn't lose my memory!"

Sarah said as she took a cup of coffee from her bag and handed it to Evelyn, saying softly, "I happened to pass by a coffee shop and remembered you really like their coffee, so I bought you a cup."

"Sarah, are you okay? Weren't you mad at me? Why are you buying me coffee now? Did James' incident mess you up?"

Evelyn didn't dare to take the coffee from Sarah, afraid she might have poisoned it, and couldn't help but ask loudly.

Sarah understood what was going on after hearing this and couldn't help but laugh.

But Evelyn had no idea that Sarah wasn't angry at her for introducing her to James.

On the contrary, Sarah was very grateful to her for introducing her to a super-rich guy like James.

However, Sarah had her own concerns. She refused to disclose James' true identity to Evelyn since she believed that the more individuals who became aware of James, the greater the number of women who would be attracted to him.

Then, her competition would increase.

It was best if no one knew James' true identity so she could easily win him over.

"Sarah, did James mess you up? I admit it was wrong of me, but I didn't know Paul's friend was James. I know he's not good enough for you. Can you stop this? You're scaring me!"

Seeing Sarah's silent expression, Evelyn said to her with a guilty look.

"Evelyn, I could never blame you! I forgot about James a long time ago, so don't worry about it!"

Sarah smiled faintly at Evelyn.

"So, Sarah, have you forgiven me now?" Evelyn asked, looking at Sarah.

"Of course I have!"

Sarah nodded heavily, not wanting to continue the topic with Evelyn, and changed the subject. "Evelyn, you look so pretty. Where are you going?"

"I'm going to the University of Lumina to hang out with Paul!" Evelyn stammered.

He was utterly perplexed by Sarah's response. A few days ago, she wasn't talking to him because of James, but now she said she had forgiven him. What was going on?

"Is James at the University of Lumina too?"

Sarah exclaimed, looking excitedly at Evelyn.

"Yeah!"

Evelyn nodded lightly at Sarah.

Sarah shouted, "Then I'll go with you. I want to see James!"

Evelyn was instantly shocked by Sarah's words, her expression extremely complicated.

Sarah actually wanted to see James!

What was going on?

Sarah, who had despised James so much before, now seemed like a different person, wanting to see him!

"Evelyn, wait for me! I'll go change my clothes!"

Knowing she was going to see James, Sarah's expression became excited. She quickly walked into the dorm and headed to the wardrobe.

Evelyn looked at Sarah, dumbfounded, unable to speak.

Sarah wanted to see James, which was already unbelievable to Evelyn, but now she wanted to change her clothes.

"Sarah, are you sure you want to see James?"

Evelyn asked Sarah, puzzled.

"Yeah, I have nothing to do this afternoon, so I'll go to the University of Lumina with you!"

Sarah replied with a smile, then took out a few outfits from the wardrobe and compared them in front of the mirror.

But Sarah was not satisfied and changed into a few more outfits.

"Sarah, I get it!" Standing at the dorm door, Evelyn shouted at Sarah, who was carefully choosing her clothes.

Sarah turned to look at Evelyn, puzzled, and asked, "You get it? Get what?"

"Sarah, you're going to the University of Lumina to get back at James, right?"

Evelyn said seriously to Sarah.

"What do you mean?"

Sarah couldn't help but be stunned, a look of confusion flashing in her beautiful eyes.

"Yeah, a few days ago, James pretended to be a rich guy at the bar to trick you. Now, you must be going to the University of Lumina to get back at him, right?"

Evelyn thought that, given Sarah's personality, she couldn't possibly be interested in James.

But now that Sarah wanted to see James, it was apparent she wanted to get back at him.

Sarah was a bit dazed by Evelyn's words, not knowing how to respond.

"Sarah, don't worry. I'll help you humiliate James this time."

Evelyn promised to express his apology to Sarah confidently.

"Alright!"

Sarah didn't know how to explain it to Evelyn, so she reluctantly agreed.

"Okay, you don't need to change. You look good in anything. Let's go!"

Evelyn couldn't wait to go to the University of Lumina to humiliate James.

Sarah gave Evelyn a helpless look and had to leave the dorm with her.
