Chapter 80 I'm Buying This Villa

Not long after, the receptionist led a woman exuding a seductive aura out from the back.

"Hello! Pamela!" Kimberly greeted Pamela warmly upon seeing her.

"Kimberly, my client has some questions for you!" she said.

Pamela wasn't in the mood for small talk today and got straight to the point.

"Your client?"

Kimberly was taken aback by this and then said calmly, "Where is your client?"

"Mr. Smith is waiting over there!" Pamela spoke as she walked towards James.

Although Kimberly didn't get along well with Pamela, she was very aware of Pamela's capabilities.

She knew that Pamela wouldn't personally attend to just any client; those she did were definitely capable of buying a villa.

Moments later, Pamela reached James and respectfully said, "Mr. Smith, I've found the person who previously assisted your friend. You can ask her anything!"

Kimberly was stunned to see Pamela being so respectful to James, her expression turned into one of utter disbelief.

She never expected that the client Pamela mentioned would be this poorly dressed man.

If Pamela hadn't approached James first, Kimberly wouldn't have even given him a second glance, let alone thinkhe could afford a villa here.

Kimberly stepped forward, puzzled, and asked Pamela, "Pamela, is this the client you were talking about?"

"Yes, this is Mr. Smith," Pamela replied indifferently.

"Pamela, have you been fooled by this guy? He looks so shabby, there's no way he can afford a villa here," Kimberly said disdainfully.

"Mr. Smith already bought a villa from my sales office before and gave it away. Someone like him can easily buy a villa here," Pamela replied proudly, as if James had given the villa to her.

The saleswomen who had previously looked down on James now gazed at him with shining eyes, as if they were ready to pounce on him.

Kimberly couldn't help but take another look at James, thinking, 'I didn't expect rich kids nowadays to be so modest, dressing like this.'

"A girl in a tight skirt was looking at a house in your sales office earlier. Do you remember which villa she was interested in?" James asked Kimberly, ignoring the shocked looks from everyone.

"Yes, she was looking at Villa No. 8!" Kimberly replied softly, after a moment of hesitation.

"I'll buy that villa!"

James didn't ask about the price or the size of the villa, he just said it casually, as if he were buying groceries at a market.

Kimberly was stunned by James' words.

The saleswomen in the office were also left speechless.

Although the people who came to buy villas here were usually the upper class of Lumina City, and the saleswomen had seen many wealthy individuals, they had never encountered someone as straightforward as James, who didn't even ask about the price or any discounts.

He simply said he would buy the villa, exuding an incredible aura of confidence.

Among all the women present, only Pamela's expression remained normal, as she was the only one who knew what kind of person James really was.

Kimberly was also shocked by James' boldness and stammered as she asked him, "Sir, are you sure you want to buy Villa No. 8? Don't you want to think it over?"

Meeting such a straightforward client was something every salesperson dreamed of.

But now that such a client was standing right in front of her, Kimberly found it hard to believe.

"No."

James looked at Kimberly calmly, his tone making it seem almost unreal.

"Sir, I mean, do you know the price of this villa? Or are you deciding right now?" Kimberly asked nervously.

"Kimberly, what do you mean by that? Are you worried Mr. Smith can't afford this villa?" Pamela said disdainfully.

She continued, "Mr. Smith bought a villa from my sales office a few days ago without asking about the price. Mr. Smith isn't just any common wealthy person; the money to purchase a villa is nothing to him."

Kimberly wanted to say more, still finding it hard to believe James was buying the villa so easily.

Pamela, feeling triumphant, shouted at Kimberly, "What are you doing? Mr. Smith said he wants to buy the villa, so he will. Don't just stand there, go prepare the contract."

Although Pamela would get most of the commission if James bought the villa, Kimberly, as the manager of the sales office, would also benefit greatly. So she didn't dare delay and excitedly said to James, "Mr. Smith, please wait a moment, I'll prepare the contract right away!"

"Okay."

James didn't even look at Kimberly, just nodded slightly.

Pamela's eyes were shining as she looked at James. If it weren't for James, she wouldn't have been able to see Kimberly so scared.

Pamela was already planning for the evening, determined to seize the opportunity with someone as wealthy as James.

After speaking with James, Kimberly hurried to the office to prepare the contract.

Usually, people buying villas at the sales office would pay a deposit first and then the remaining balance upon delivery.

But Kimberly saw that James didn't seem to intend to pay a deposit, likely planning to pay the full amount at once. So she and the staff quickly got busy, not wanting to miss this rare opportunity.

The remaining saleswomen also changed their attitudes towards James, serving him coffee and giving him flirtatious looks.

But they knew Pamela had already claimed James, so they didn't dare get too close, keeping their distance.
