After briefly greeting the guests, Conrad returned to his seat, satisfied.
"Conrad, I didn't expect even Wilford to be so submissive to you now," Floyd said with a smile.
"Yeah, Wilford is not an ordinary person. Conrad, it's incredible that you made him bow to you. Even if I personally intervened, Wilford might not have this attitude!" Kirk added.
"You're overthinking it. Wilford just came to celebrate my birthday," Conrad replied modestly with a smile.
Floyd and Kirk exchanged smiles and said no more.
"Wilford, my father has arranged a seat for you over there. Please follow me," Zachariah said politely to Wilford.
No matter what, Wilford was a prominent figure in Willowbrook, and he had just showed enough respect to Conrad.
So Conrad planned to seat Wilford at the table closest to him, giving Wilford some respect.
"No need to trouble yourself. I'll just find a place to sit." Wilford waved his hand lightly, then widened his eyes and scanned the restaurant.
