When Pamela inserted the bank card into the POS machine, the entire sales office fell silent.

James sneered upon hearing this, then directly entered the transaction PIN on the POS machine.

Evelyn stood there in a daze, her face showing indescribable shock.

However, the POS machine in Pamela's hand suddenly beeped.
"Transaction failed, please swipe the card again!"
James was stunned for a moment upon hearing this, then turned to Pamela.
Evelyn, seeing a glimmer of hope, quickly looked up at James with a disdainful smile and said, "I told you, how could a loser like James afford these houses? He can't even afford one, let alone over three hundred!"
Donna looked at James with a hint of nervousness, seemingly worried about him.

Pamela was stunned for a moment upon hearing this, then said, "Mr. Smith, please wait a moment. There might be an issue with our company's finances. Don't worry, I'll go check with the finance department."
"No need for that trouble. Since this card isn't working, I'll have Craig transfer the money directly from the bank account!"
James didn't want to waste time because of this card, so he stopped Pamela and took out his phone to call Craig.
Everyone in the sales office was staring intently at James and Pamela, now curious whether this so-called super-rich heir was real!
After two rings, Craig answered the phone.
"Craig, transfer a billion dollars from my company's account to Harmony Realty Group!" James said calmly.
"Mr. Smith, I'm afraid I can't," Craig said helplessly.
"Why?" James asked, stunned.
"Because all your accounts have been frozen!" Craig said in a low voice.
James was stunned upon hearing this, his face showing indescribable shock.
