Chapter 121 Pick Up the Money
James stood motionless, his face devoid of expression as he silently observed Eugene. At that moment, he was contemplating how to deal with huim.
Since Paul and Tyler were still here, if James called Terry directly, it would definitely expose his identity, making it hard to explain to Paul and the others.
"So this guy is the loser who delivers food at our school?"

Paul, Tyler, James, and the others were also puzzled. No one had expected Sarah to act so directly.
Michael, Jennifer, and the others sitting in the distance were even more confused.
They couldn't comprehend why Sarah would assist James. Earlier at the bar, Jennifer had revealed James's true identity, and logically, Sarah should have severed all connections with him.
But now, not only was Sarah dining with James, but she also defended him by hitting someone. This was extremely surprising and illogical to them.
"What exactly is the relationship between this girl and James?" Elbert couldn't help but mutter.
"Has James already won her over?" Sandra hesitated and said softly.
"Impossible! This girl is so beautiful and wears all designer brands. There's no way she would like a poor loser like James. Absolutely impossible!"
Jennifer couldn't accept that James could find a girlfriend as beautiful as Sarah, so she shouted excitedly.

If James were with Sarah, it would mean that it wasn't James who wasn't good enough for her, but she who wasn't good enough for James!

"What happened just now?" Sarah asked Eugene.

Eugene hesitated and then said softly, "It was just a misunderstanding. My girlfriend accidentally bumped into James and knocked over his food. It's all cleared up now. Since you're friends with James, you guys go ahead and eat. We won't disturb you..."
