After leaving the sales office, James drove straight to the headquarters of Golden Peak Group.
When James arrived at Innovation Hub Tower in his Ferrari, he instantly attracted the attention of countless people.

When James came here to inherit the estate, he had a bit of a conflict with Sharon, and later he made her work as a cleaning lady for a month. But judging by her current state, she seemed to have been reinstated.
Sharon had a very alluring figure and a charming face.

"Mr. Smith, hello!" Sharon walked up to James, smiling sweetly as she greeted him.
"Hello," James replied indifferently.

"Why didn't you let me know you were coming? I could have come to greet you!"
Sharon batted her eyelashes at James.

"Let me take you up then!" Sharon quickly replied, and without waiting for James's consent, she pressed the elevator button.
James looked at Sharon with a helpless expression. After hesitating for a moment, he said nothing more, as he was in no mood to deal with her.
Seeing that James didn't refuse her, Sharon smiled triumphantly.
Sharon had always regretted offending James in the past.
Since that incident, she had been waiting every day for James to appear so she could make a good impression on him.
But unfortunately, since James left last time, he hadn't come back to Innovation Hub Tower.
This time, Sharon finally saw James again, and she wasn't going to miss such a good opportunity.
The elevator arrived on the first floor.
"Mr. Smith, please."
Sharon made a gesture for James to enter.
James hesitated for a moment before stepping into the elevator.
Seeing James enter the elevator, Sharon smiled triumphantly and followed him in.
It was still working hours, so there weren't many people using the elevator, just James and Sharon.
Sharon hesitated for a moment, then sweetly asked James, "Mr. Smith, do you feel hot? I didn't expect the air-conditioning to be so poor today."
"It's fine." James looked at Sharon helplessly.
James didn't feel hot at all; in fact, he thought the air conditioning was too strong, and he was feeling a bit cold.
"It's really too hot."
Sharon fanned herself with her hand and then did something that James didn't expect.
Sharon took off her jacket, revealing the white shirt underneath. Not satisfied with just that, she unbuttoned the top two buttons of her shirt.
James finally understood what Sharon was trying to do—Sharon was trying to seduce him!
James took a deep breath and quickly looked away, avoiding Sharon.
Seeing her plan fail, Sharon's eyes flashed with frustration. She walked up to James, put her hand on his shoulder, and sweetly asked, "Mr. Smith, what are you thinking about? Aren't you hot? Do you want me to help you take off your clothes?"
"No, thank you." James quickly stepped back and waved his hand at Sharon.
"Alright then." Sharon looked disappointed but didn't give up. She took out her phone and sent a text message while James wasn't paying attention.
'Let's see how long you can hold out...'
After sending the text, Sharon looked at James and smiled faintly.
