Chapter 89 Sarah's Overture
Craig looked at James, his expression full of helplessness.
Because he really couldn't understand how James, who had been silent just a moment ago, was suddenly being so assertive.

Gerald took out his phone and dialed a number.
The phone rang only a couple of times before the person on the other end picked up.
"Uncle, I'm at the sales office of the Harmony Realty Group villa area, and the security here won't let me leave," Gerald said in a pitiful tone after the call connected.
"Are you causing trouble again?" the person on the other end asked in a low voice.
"Uncle, no! I just came here to find my girlfriend, and they won't let me leave, so I called you..." Gerald quickly explained.
The person on the other end hesitated for a moment, then said softly, "Alright, wait there. I'll come over and take a look."
"Okay!" Gerald happily agreed and then hung up the phone.
After hanging up, Gerald shouted at James and the others with a sinister expression, "Just you wait. My uncle is on his way, and when he gets here, I'll make you all kneel and apologize to me!"
"Mr. Smith, I've heard that Gerald's uncle is a big shot. If he really comes, we're going to be in big trouble!" Craig was completely panicked, shouting at James with a worried expression.
James heard this and smirked disdainfully, shaking his head without saying anything. No matter how powerful Gerald's uncle was, he couldn't be more powerful than Charles and Terry, right?
If Gerald's uncle didn't know better and tried to make a move against him, James would just call Terry to come over and deal with Gerald.
Leonard, Pamela, and Craig had no idea what James was thinking. The only thought that occupied their minds right now was that if Gerald's uncle really came, it might be too late for anything.
At this moment, Sarah suddenly walked up to James and whispered to him, "James, if you apologize to Kimberly now, I'll help you plead with my brother-in-law. Maybe he'll let you off today."
James, Pamela, and the others were puzzled by Sarah's words. They couldn't understand why Sarah would still talk to James at this point.
Actually, Sarah's actions were clearly an attempt to curry favor with James. Today's incident was all because of her. If Sarah hadn't called James a poor delivery guy in front of everyone, Kimberly wouldn't have misunderstood James, and none of this would have happened.

But today, James's sudden display of wealth made Sarah's eyes light up. It turned out that James wasn't a poor delivery guy at all but a super-rich heir.
So Sarah thought she could try to get to know James better. That was why she was now stepping up to give James a way out, to curry favor with him and pave the way for future interactions.
James couldn't help but look at Sarah after hearing her words.
"James, what are you waiting for? Hurry up and apologize to my cousin. I promise that if you apologize, I'll plead with my brother-in-law not to make things difficult for you!" Sarah shouted anxiously when she saw James not speaking.
"Apologize?"
James smirked disdainfully and said softly, "I didn't do anything wrong today, so I won't apologize."
"James, are you crazy? Do you know who Gerald's uncle is? Don't think that just because you have some money, you can do whatever you want. In today's society, money isn't everything; you also need power, connections, and background. You can't compare to Gerald in these aspects, do you understand?" Sarah shouted excitedly.
"Power, connections, background?" James smirked disdainfully and said calmly, "With money, I don't lack any of those things."
"You..."
Sarah looked at James, her expression full of helplessness, not knowing what to say.
"I didn't expect you to be so fearless. I was planning to let you off for Sarah's sake, but since you refuse to repent, just wait for my uncle to come. Let's see if you can still be so arrogant!" Gerald shouted coldly at James.
Sarah was very disappointed in James. She had initially wanted to make amends with him because of his wealth, thinking they could reconcile, and she could then seduce him and control him and his wealth.

So Sarah decided not to persuade James any further.
Just then, a commotion of footsteps came from the entrance of the sales office.
A burly middle-aged man, accompanied by several burly men in black, stormed into the sales office with a menacing aura.
