Chapter 387 You Have Three Babies, Are You Happy?

Sebastian was panting, "Be a good girl, Isabella."

"No, I don't want to," Isabella's eyes had a hint of red, "What are you gonna do about it?"

Sebastian's chest felt like it was on fire, not painful, just really hot.

His heart was burning.

"You're really..." Sebastian said in a deep voice, "...really naughty."

He grabbed Isabella's wrist.

The next second, Isabella felt dizzy, like the world was spinning.

When she opened her eyes, Sebastian's face was right in front of her.

Isabella was still smiling. With the baby, she felt invincible.

She looked at Sebastian's nose and chuckled, "Are you hot? Your nose is all sweaty."

With a stern look, he gritted his teeth and tore off his tie.

Unexpectedly, Isabella grabbed his wrist.

"Scared?" Sebastian's eyes were red, and his voice had changed.

"No," Isabella said, "I just wanted to remind you that you haven't heard the surprise yet."

"Not listening."

Isabella continued, "The news is pretty shocking. You're the father of the children, so you should stay calm."

"No." Sebastian had just said one word when he realized, "Children?"

A vague memory flashed through his mind, something he seemed to have missed outside the operating room.

'What is it? What did it have to do with a children?' he wondered.

"Yes," Isabella playfully raised her eyebrows, "You have three babies. Are you happy?"

Sebastian was completely stunned. He didn't react for a moment.

"Me, and two other babies."

Isabella smiled beautifully, "Mr. Lawrence, I'm not good at math, but you tell me, did I count right?"

A buzzing sound rang in Sebastian's ears.

His mind went blank.

He stared at Isabella, his eyes empty, his gaze scattered.

"What?" Sebastian heard himself ask.

Isabella looked very pleased with his reaction.

It was rare to see Sebastian so shocked.

Isabella laughed, tears of joy streaming from her eyes, "Twins, two babies. Now, did you hear clearly? Did you understand?"

'Twins... Twins?'

The word kept repeating in Sebastian's mind.

"Sorry for keeping it from you for so long." Isabella pinched Sebastian's face. "Do you understand now, Mr. Lawrence?"

Sebastian had never thought there would be twins.

When Isabella was pregnant, he was already overjoyed.

He had a loving and understanding wife, and the two adorable babies were about to be born.

It woudl be a perfect, warm family.

All of this firmly gripped Sebastian's heart.

His heart rippled.

"Do you want to continue?" Isabella teased him. "You've been waiting three months for this."

Isabella felt she had been under Sebastian's strong pressure before, so now she wanted to relax and be playful.

She deliberately said, "If we continue, you can do this and that, and also..."

Sebastian covered her mouth but couldn't bear to punish her, asking softly, "You are a bad girl, huh?"

His breath was hot.

Isabella only felt the corners of her mouth hurt. She groaned, reaching out to rub them.

As she rubbed her ears, Sebastian whispered, "Can I feel the babies?"

Isabella's face turned bright red.

"You," she stammered, "You jerk, you're shameless!"

Sebastian kissed her forehead.

He kissed so forcefully that the voice echoed in the ward.

"So, it's true." Sebastian's smile was dazzling.

"Of course!" Isabella's heart raced, "Two babies! It's absolutely true!"

Her words turned into a gasp.

Sebastian lifted her off the bed, holding her waist, spinning her around like when he first found out she was pregnant.

"We are a family with twins now."

"Yes!"

They looked at each other and laughed.

Though spinning around was risky and childish, she trusted Sebastian to protect her.

And because it was Sebastian, she felt safe showing all sides of herself.

Even if childish, it was addictive.

In the ward, their voices mixed like a beautiful symphony.

"Sir? Sir, what's wrong? Don't scare me."

Outside, Carl's anxious voice from the Lawrence House came through the door.

Isabella and Sebastian, caught up in the moment, were stunned.

"Grandpa?" Isabella quickly put away her smile, blinking nervously, "Put me down. Let's go check."

Sebastian frowned, immediately put her down, and held her hand as they walked out.

After a few steps, William pushed open the ward door. Though using a cane, he moved swiftly.

He quickly walked up to Isabella, brushed aside Sebastian, and nervously grabbed her arm, "Isabella, I'm old. I didn't hear clearly. Say it again."

Isabella felt especially happy. What woman wouldn't want her babies to be loved?

She nodded to William, "Grandpa, you didn't hear wrong! Twins, two babies. You have two great-grandchildren."

William laughed heartily.

He patted her hand, his eyes moist, "Isabella, you are truly a lucky child. Sebastian is so lucky to have married you."

Isabella's eyes glistened, "Grandpa, you're wrong. Today, Amber also taught me, saying we are a family."

In fact, she was also the lucky one.

Sebastian was wonderful.

The Lawrence family was wonderful.

William had rushed over, probably after seeing old friends, and hurried to the hospital, maybe even skipping lunch.

A layer of mist covered Isabella's eyes.

Back then, only Janet treated her as family.

Now, there were so many more people who cared for her, loved her, and pampered her.

Isabella wasn't greedy; she was very content. She hoped this happiness could last a lifetime.

"Alright, we'll listen to you, Isabella." William let go of her, smiling happily.

Sebastian stood quietly to the side, all his attention focused on Isabella's face.
