Chapter 15 The Wrath of Black Dragon
"It’s me."
These few words echoed everyone in the venue, leaving them at a loss.
Even Frederick on the auction stage was stunned.
He was a battle-hardened Deputy Commander of the Western Territory, who had fought alongside the Free King in numerous campaigns, yet he was dumbfounded by Larry's shout. In that instant, he didn't react.
When he did react, he saw a man walking in.
This man wore a black ghost mask on his face, exuding a chilling aura.
This chill seemed to lower the temperature of the entire venue.
"It's him?"
"The ghost-masked man who killed Kevin!"
Many of the elites in the venue reacted, and upon seeing Larry walking in, their faces turned pale with fear.
Half a month ago, the scene of Charles's arm being broken, Kevin's head being severed, and his body lying in a pool of blood flashed in their minds.
"It's you?" Frederick became very angry.
In the Hall Family's surveillance video, he had seen this ghost-masked man; it was he who killed his father.
"The Bennett Family's remnant?" Frederick stared intently at the approaching Larry. Although he was the Deputy Commander of the Western Territory and battle-hardened, he sensed a chilling killing intent from the ghost-masked man.
Larry, wearing a black ghost mask, revealed a pair of red eyes.
When Frank, who followed behind, saw Chloe on the auction stage, barely alive and covered in blood, he became especially furious.
He knew that this place would be drenched in blood today.
Having followed Larry for many years, he knew Larry's temper well.
What mattered most to Larry were his comrades-in-arms and the girl who had once pulled him from a fiery inferno, his life-saver whom he never forgot.
For Chloe, he had given up supreme glory.
If he hadn't given it up, with his prestige, he would surely become the head of the Five Great Marshals in the future.
Now, seeing Frederick treat Chloe with such brutality...
Larry's most untouchable nerve was Chloe!
Frederick must die; no one could save him!
Even if the Free King came and dared to stop him, he would kill him!
The large venue fell into a dead silence.
Larry and Frederick stared at each other.
Under the terrifying aura, Frederick, the battle-hardened deputy commander, felt a tinge of fear, and sweat unknowingly appeared on his forehead.
Larry reached behind his waist and took out a thin wire.
He tightened the wire made of silver needles and, under many gazes, walked step by step toward the auction stage.
With each step, his heavy leather shoes tapped rhythmically against the floor, sending a tremor through every heart in the room.
By the end, it was like an earthquake, and some tables and chairs even began to shake.
"Black,..."
Frederick saw the thin wire made of silver needles in Larry's hand, and his face showed fear.
He remembered that in the world, there was only one person who could use silver needles to form a wire as a weapon!
Larry made his move, and the wire in his hand instantly split into individual silver needles, shooting out and accurately piercing Frederick's forehead. The needles then flew back and reformed into a thin wire.
The wire was stained with traces of blood.
Frederick only managed to say one word, "Black."
He didn't get to say the full two words before he died.
However, in that moment of death, he regretted it!
He had seen Larry's wire in the surveillance, but the distance was sofar thathe hadn't seen it clearly!
If he had seen it clearly, no matter how brave he was, he wouldn't have dared to mess with Chloe!
This was Black Dragon!
The Black Dragon, renowned in Southwild, was one of the Five Great Marshals, on par with his superior!
However, he knew that even though they were on par, ten Free Kings couldn't match one Black Dragon!
Under many terrified gazes, Frederick slowly fell, not making any sound of pain.
Chloe lay on the auction stage.
In a daze, she saw a face with a ghost mask.
The owner of the ghost mask walked toward her step by step. She wanted to see clearly and remember this mask, but she lost too much blood, her brain was dizzy, and she passed out.
Before passing out, she felt a pair of strong hands lift her up.
"Every member of the Western Territory Army must die, and not a single person from the Hall Family should be killed. I want them to know what despair is, and I want them to die in despair."
Larry, holding the unconscious Chloe, walked step by step toward the exit of the venue, his cold and merciless voice echoing in the hall.
The fully armed soldiers on both sides of the stage, seeing Frederick lying in a pool of blood, were all scared stiff, their bodies trembling.
Frank received Larry's order and walked over. His trench coat swayed, and he reached to his waist, pulling out a handful of throwing knives.
The throwing knives continuously shot out.
Two Western Territory soldiers fell into a pool of blood.
Frank left and went to the back of the venue. Any Western Territory Army members fell to the ground instantly, without even a chance to fight back.
The large venue became deathly silent.
The elites of Sunset City all held their heads in their hands, squatting on the ground, not daring to move.
After about ten minutes, someone finally mustered the courage to stand up. Seeing Frederick lying in a pool of blood and the Western Territory Army members on the ground, they were all shocked.
The other Hall Family members were also too scared to say a word.
At this moment, they were terrified!
The words "not a single person from the Hall Family should be killed, I want them to know what despair is, and I want them to die in despair" kept echoing in their minds.
Someone reacted and quickly called the police.
Soon, the police arrived, found the trapped Lewis Family, and released them.
Then they began to control the scene, asking questions and taking statements.
