Abigail was back, and Larry could finally relax.
With Abigail and Sue working together, they could basically keep things stable.

She went upstairs to the bathroom and soaked in the bathtub.

Just then, her phone rang nearby.
She picked up the phone, answered it, and put it on speaker.

Megan asked calmly, "Who?"
"We've investigated. The person is Alden. He was arrested years ago and held by Alistair in Aurora Citadel's dungeon. He's the founder of Shadow Syndicate, also known as the King of Assassins."
Megan touched her chin, murmuring softly, "Why would Larry meet with Alden at this time? What's he planning?"
"The people we planted inside PaxGen Pharmaceuticals have already been cleared out."
"Got it. Keep a close watch on Larry's every move."
"Also, Abigail is back."
"Yeah, I know."
Megan hung up directly.
Then she started thinking.
She was trying to figure out why Larry would contact Alden at this time.
Alden was just the founder of an assassin organization. Though he was strong, he was no match for a Martial practices grandmaster.
The next morning.
Larry got up early.
Esmeralda, the living room.
A group of people gathered together.
Abigail said, "Larry, I called Sue last night. We've already fired the problematic employees. I'm heading to the company now. I'll use the company's money to negotiate with those factories that VitaGen Medical has been threatening."
"Okay." Larry nodded. "Be careful. Don't turn off your phone. I'll have someone track your location. If there's any problem, call immediately."

After saying goodbye to Larry, Abigail left.
Chloe looked at Larry and asked, "Honey, are you going to the military district?"
"Yeah, let's go."
Larry stood up and looked at Esmeralda and Trinity, instructing them, "I'm leaving Sunset City for a while. I'll be back in a few days. This is a critical time. Don't go out unless necessary. If you can stay home, stay home."
"Got it."
Both nodded.
After giving instructions, Larry left with Chloe, heading straight to the military district.
On the way, Larry also called Alden, telling him to meet at the military district.

Free's office.

"No problem."
