Chapter 411 Kill, Leave No One Alive
                    Trinity was going through hell.
She'd been beaten so badly her head was bleeding, and she eventually passed out.
Alistair glanced at the unconscious Trinity and barked, "Patch her up. Make sure she doesn't die."
He wasn't ready for Trinity to die just yet.
He had no idea what other tricks Larry might have up his sleeve.
Even though Larry was now crippled, the pressure he had exerted on Alistair was immense. Keeping Trinity alive gave him a sense of security.
He could use her to coerce Larry if necessary.
"Yes, sir."
Meanwhile, Larry was on his way.
At first, he was driving solo.
After a while, Alden and Lyra joined him in the car.
Larry wasn't familiar with the base's layout, but Alden and Lyra were.
Lyra took the wheel.
Larry and Alden sat in the back.
Alden said, "The research base is underground with just one entrance. Over a hundred soldiers guard it. They’re not in uniform, but it’s obvious they’re from the Legion of Flame Surge."
Larry asked, "What about inside the base?"
Alden handed him a map of the base's interior.
Larry took it and studied it carefully.
Alden continued, "The base is full of traps. To get to the core area, you need the palm prints of the main supervisors. The final door requires the palm prints of two supervisors and a key from the lead researcher. There are about a hundred researchers and around five hundred guards inside. These guards are likely mercenaries."
Alden provided a detailed explanation.
To steal the research data, they had spent over half a month gathering this information.
"Additionally, there might be undead soldiers inside, their experimental subjects."
"Got it."
Larry nodded and then closed his eyes to rest.
The car sped along at over 200 miles per hour.
What would normally take over an hour, they covered in just half an hour.
At the border between the two cities, Purple Haze Ridge.
The car stopped on a road outside the mountain.
Alden said, "If we go any further, we'll be in their surveillance range."
Larry nodded and said, "Let's get out."
The group got out of the car.
All nine of them put on bulletproof vests, including Larry.
Even though Larry had cultivated Qi, making his cellular structure dense and his defense strong, he wasn't yet bulletproof.
They were all armed with heavy weapons and enough ammunition.
They also had grenades and bombs.
Lyra asked, "Larry, what's the plan?"
On the way, Larry had already made up his mind. They would storm in, leave no one alive, rescue Trinity if she was still alive, and then blow up the research base to send a message to Alistair.
The Legion of Flame Surge at the entrance was a problem.
Free had asked him to spare the Legion of Flame Surge if possible, as they were just following orders.
Larry thought for a moment and said, "I'll handle the Legion of Flame Surge at the entrance. Once they're down, we'll storm in and leave no one alive. If Trinity is still alive, we'll rescue her. If she's dead, we'll blow up the base. Also..."
Larry paused and said, "Alden, notify the Shadow Syndicate to be on standby. If anything happens to Trinity, we'll take down Alistair's research facilities one by one, forcing him to lose his mind and make reckless moves. When he panics, we'll have our chance to take him down."
Larry's main goal was to rescue Trinity.
But he knew the people they were dealing with were ruthless. Given the time that had passed, the chances of Trinity being alive were slim.
"Got it," Alden nodded, then took out his phone, logged into a secret website, and sent a coded message.
Afterward, he said, "I've notified them, but the customs and border checks are strict right now. It'll be hard for them to get in. You'll need to help get them through."
Larry nodded and said, "Have them enter through Southwild. I'll notify the authorities there to let them through."
"Got it," Alden nodded.
After a brief discussion, the group quietly entered the mountain.
They knew the layout of the area well enough to avoid surveillance.
Soon, they reached the entrance of the research base.
A thousand feet away from the base, in a large tree.
Several people were hiding there.
Alden pointed to a cave ahead and said, "That's the entrance to the base. There might be other entrances, but we haven't found them yet."
Larry used binoculars to observe the situation ahead.
Outside the cave, many heavily armed men were stationed.
They were all dressed in black suits.
Larry knew these must be the Legion of Flame Surge.
"I'll go first. Follow me."
Lyra handed him a gun and then a machine gun, saying, "Larry, take this."
Larry waved it off and said, "I don't need it."
His weapon of choice was silver needles.
In his hands, silver needles were deadlier than guns.
Even before he cultivated Qi, he could kill with silver needles. Now, with Qi, their power was even greater.
He could even use a leaf as a deadly weapon with Qi.
Larry leaped from the 15-foot-high tree.
He landed smoothly and then propelled himself forward, easily covering over 30 feet in a single bound.
He moved quickly.
In the base's control room.
Several people were monitoring the video feeds. They saw a figure moving rapidly, disappearing from one screen and appearing on another.
"What the hell?"
The monitor operators were stunned and quickly reviewed the footage.
Seeing it was a person, their faces changed, and they shouted, "Intruder!"
Alarms blared throughout the base.
The Legion of Flame Surge at the entrance immediately went on high alert, scanning their surroundings.
At that moment, they saw a figure rushing towards them. They raised their weapons and opened fire.
Larry held a handful of silver needles and threw them.
The needles shot out, and many of the Legion of Flame Surge at the entrance fell to the ground.
Larry kept moving, finding cover to avoid getting hit, while continuously throwing needles.
In just a few seconds, over a hundred Legion of Flame Surges were down.
They were immobilized by the needles, unable to move, but not dead.
At that moment, the base's entrance opened, and many heavily armed mercenaries rushed out.
Alden and the Eight Heavenly Dragons charged in with heavy weapons.
These were SSS-level assassins, highly skilled.
Gunfire erupted.
The mercenaries fell in pools of blood.
Larry stood in a tree outside the entrance, looking down with a somber expression, exuding a powerful aura.
This aura affected the surroundings.
The tree branches shook, and leaves fell.
"Kill them all!" He roared.
