Chapter 209 Chloe is Getting Engaged
Chloe wanted to say goodbye to Larry, but the words just got stuck in her throat.
Right now, she had to find Justin first. She'd explain everything to Larry later, after she was with Justin. She really didn't have any other options.
If she didn't go to Justin, Sam would die, and her family would be ripped apart.
And Larry? He had no clue what was going down in Sunset City; he hadn't even thought about it.
At the moment, he was glued to Frank's side, keeping an eye on his health. Chloe then called Justin.
Scenic Villas, the Carter mansion.
Chloe was chilling on the sofa. To meet Justin, she had gone all out, wearing a sexy white camisole dress that showed off her fair neck and arms.
Justin sat next to her, checking her out from head to toe, looking pretty pleased. Perfect, just perfect.
"Chloe, you sure about this? I'm not twisting your arm."
Chloe nodded slightly, "Mr. Carter, I've made up my mind. My husband's out of town on a business trip. When he gets back, I'll divorce him and marry you. If you don't wanna marry me, I'll be your mistress." She looked up at Justin, lightly biting her lip. She had no choice but to say these shameless words.
"Please, Mr. Carter, help me save Sam."
Justin's eyes lingered on her. Even though he'd seen plenty of beautiful women, he couldn't help but swallow and ask, "By the way, there's a rumor you haven't slept with your husband yet. Is that true?"
Chloe lowered her head and gently nodded. Justin's heart skipped a beat. He didn't expect her to still be a virgin.

Alexander sat on a chair in the basement, smoking a cigarette, looking at the battered Sam, and squinting with a smile, "Sam, there's half a day left. If Chloe doesn't bring the money, you're dead."
Losing a few teeth from the beatings, Sam wanted to speak, but as soon as he opened his mouth, he felt pain.
He couldn't speak, only making painful sounds.
At this moment, a subordinate walked in and said, "Alexander, Mr. Carter has brought Chloe."
"So soon?" Alexander immediately stood up and said, "Let's go outside."

"The IOU?" Justin asked.
Alexander immediately pulled out the IOU and handed it to Justin. Justin then passed it to Chloe.
Chloe looked grateful, "Thanks."
Justin waved it off, "We're practically family, no need for all that. Get Sam to the hospital. I'll head back and prep for our engagement tomorrow."
"So soon?" Chloe was stunned. "I haven't even divorced yet."
Justin smiled, "No worries, we'll get engaged first, and you can divorce Larry later."
Originally, Justin wanted to mention Larry, who was Black Dragon. Since he had already died in Southwild Cedar Grove, Sam decided to hold it.
Because Chloe was about to become his wife, he didn't want her to be sad.
Chloe was silent. After a while, she slowly nodded, "Then tomorrow it is."
At this point, she had no other choice. Justin had helped her a lot, and he was quite good in many aspects. She took the severely injured Sam to the hospital.

Mindy nodded in agreement, "Yeah, that's right, Chloe. You should be grateful to Sam and never forget him."

Justin from the Carter family was going to get engaged to Chloe the next day at the Carter mansion in Scenic Villas.

Just after the news of Black Dragon's death came out, Justin made his move on Chloe.
