Chapter 358 Satellite Phone
Steven listened to Lily's words and thought to himself, 'Lily needs a place for her soul to rest, a reasonable explanation to give up on those students.'

So Steven stepped forward and said, "Let's not talk about this now, Aubrey. We need to fix the outer wall of the shelter quickly. Go prepare the materials first."

So Steven pulled Aubrey away, giving Lily a reassuring look.
Lily felt a warmth in her heart.

Steven and Aubrey went to the workshop and took out the materials.
"How long will it take to process these materials and repair the shelter?" Steven asked.
Aubrey said, "The damage to the outer wall isn't extensive. If we don't care about aesthetics and just reinforce it, it can be done in two or three days."
The most troublesome part of repairing the outer wall is making it seamless, ensuring no one can tell it was damaged.
Right now, Steven didn't care about the aesthetics of the outer wall.
"I only require it to be sturdy; the rest doesn't matter," Steven said.
"Got it!" Aubrey nodded and went to change into her work clothes, ready to start working.
"Will it be tiring to do it alone?" Steven asked.

Aubrey blinked and smiled, "Steven, you all have things to do! Don't worry, it might be slower for me alone, but it won't affect the quality."

He smiled and said, "I'll call Nora and the others to help you."
The other women at home couldn't help much in external combat, so they should contribute in some way.
Aubrey couldn't help but laugh. "Their strength is too small! They might not be able to handle this kind of work."
Steven sighed, reached out, and pinched her cheek. "Sometimes, don't forget that you're a girl too. If you can do it, why can't they?"
Aubrey blushed slightly and nodded. "Then... let them help me move the materials."
Steven nodded and went to find Nora and the others.
They had nothing to do at home, so when they heard Steven's instructions, Emilia and Nora went to help Aubrey.
Steven made a simple estimate. In the best-case scenario, the outer wall could be repaired in three days, and a solid defense line could be built.
By then, with the large number of weapons he had, even facing the forces of two bases simultaneously wouldn't put him at a disadvantage.
