"Steven, do you have any plans for them? Just let me know if you need my help," Henry said.
Steven gave a faint smile.

His biggest reliance was his house, the steel fortress.

Henry said, "Alright, I'll bring this up in the group chat. Let's see how many are willing to join."
Steven laughed. "Mr. Garcia, there's no need for that. If you actively invite them to join, they might think you have ulterior motives or are trying to gain some benefit."
Henry asked, "Then what should we do?"
Steven laughed. "We're not in a hurry. We have enough supplies at home; we just need to wait."
"The Rapids gang came once, and they'll definitely come again. After all, I killed so many of them; they will come back for revenge."
"By then, the neighbors in this building will naturally come to us for help."
Henry couldn't help but marvel, "Steven, you're really brilliant!"
The two reached an agreement and decided to temporarily ignore the Rapids gang.
In the homeowners group chat, the neighbors still wanted Steven and Henry to take the lead in attacking and clearing out the Rapids gang.

They praised Steven and Henry, calling them good people (although Steven thought they were cursing him since good people don't last long in the apocalypse).

Steven knew these shameless neighbors too well, so he simply ignored them.

According to the information gathered by Elinor and Henry, the main threats came from two forces.
One was the Rapids gang from the neighboring Building 26, formed around a small engineering team under the Rapids Group, with strong combat ability.
Their main weapons were shovels and steel bars, without firearms.
The bomb used against Steven last time was homemade by a worker who knew explosives, with limited power.
And that worker had been burned to death by Steven, so they couldn't make bombs anymore.
"But, no one knows if they have any left. We need to be cautious! I'll find a chance to send some people over to deplete their stock," Steven muttered to himself.
Besides the Rapids gang, another force caught his attention.
In Building 21, a group of young people formed a force calling themselves the Crazy Wolf Gang.

According to Elinor's information, these people included students and some idle punks.
They were mostly around 20 years old, with about a dozen people in their group.
The two leaders were Samuel Hall and Aaron Baker.
Steven knew both of them.
They were well-known punks in Sunshine Community.
Both had graduated from college but stayed home without working. They were not exactly rich scions, but middle class.
Refusing to work, they hung around at home.
Over time, they got involved with some bad people in society.
In the past, they couldn't even compare to Andrew.
But their building didn't have someone like Steven, so their power gradually grew.
For Steven, only these two forces posed a certain threat.
Other buildings had only a dozen households left.
Many couldn't bear the horrors of the apocalypse, mentally collapsed, and chose suicide.
