Chapter 227 The Cunning J

Zack saw Nathaniel craving a cigarette, kicked Norman on the back, and cursed, "Didn't you hear what Mr. Heilbronn just asked you? Are you a hacker?"

This question left Norman dumbfounded. He even needed his secretary's help to handle company documents for him.

Norman stammered, "Mr. Heilbronn, I'm not a hacker!"

Nathaniel could guess that it wouldn't be him. He knew exactly what Norman's capabilities were. In business, he could only manage some opportunistic tricks, but he was far from being competent in serious matters.

Nathaniel asked, "Is there anyone else at home?"

Norman's eyes flickered, and he replied unconvincingly, "No, no one, just me at home."

Nathaniel blew out a ring of smoke and signaled the bodyguards to search the vicinity.

Five strong men immediately understood his command and dispersed to search the house. Before they could find anything, there was a sound of something falling from the upstairs bedroom.

Zack led the way upstairs and was stunned by what he saw at the bedroom door.

Two young women were hurriedly dressing, with torn women's underwear, used toys, and packets for performance-enhancing drugs scattered on the floor.

This completely changed Zack's impression of Norman.

Goodness, playing so wildly without fear of dying from too much pleasure. Norman, who panted just from climbing the stairs had actually found two young girls at once, leaving Zack utterly shocked.

The two women hadn't finished dressing and were covering their bodies with a blanket, looking terrified.

Zack couldn't connect these two women with being hackers.

When they arrived, it was clear that Norman was engaged in intimacy with these two women. How could he have had time to hack the Heilbronn Group's system? It definitely wasn't them.

So, where was the F hacker that they were looking for?

Zack led the five men downstairs, and reported, "Mr. Heilbronn, there's no one."

Nathaniel didn't believe it. He trusted Chris's skills, and the map showed the location was in this villa.

As they spoke, the two women upstairs came downstairs, trembling.

Nathaniel glanced at them and understood Zack's comment.

Seeing the two young girls, he felt a pang of pity. They must not have been willing to be defiled by Norman, right?

What girl would willingly have an intimate relationship with such an old man? The smell alone would knock someone out. They must have been blackmailed.

Nathaniel inquired, "How old are you two, and where do you work?"

The slightly older woman replied, "I'm twenty-four and work as a waitress at a bar."

The other girl, with her head down, said softly, "I'm seventeen, a senior in high school."

This statement left everyone present dumbfounded.

Seventeen, she was still a minor.

When Norman heard the girl say she was seventeen, he immediately became nervous, cursing, "You little bitch, didn't you say you were eighteen and an adult? Who sent you to frame me?"

Seducing a minor would get him quite a few years in jail.

Norman realized he had gone too far this time. He liked them young but didn't know this girl was only seventeen. If he had known she was a minor, he wouldn't have dared to touch her.

The girl sobbed, "I went to work part-time, and the boss said I had to be an adult, so I lied and said I was eighteen."

Zack looked at the girl. She had a delicate face, a thin frame that looked malnourished, and hickeys on her neck. His disgust for Norman grew.

Zack said, "Young lady, were you forced? Speak up, and we'll stand up for you."

The girl glanced between Zack and Nathaniel, then looked at Norman, who was tied up, being kicked around, gathered her courage.

The younger girl explained, "I'm a student at Lincoln High School, and because my family is poor, I work part-time at a hotel after classes. He brought me here and threatened, saying that if I didn't comply, he would take nude photos of me and post them at our school, send them to my classmates and teachers, ultimately leading to my expulsion. This is particularly distressing as I'm about to take my college entrance exams."

The girl started crying, clearly terrified and blackmailed by Norman. A young girl who hadn't even entered society, she found it impossible to outsmart someone as sophisticated Norman.

Nathaniel said directly, "Call the police. Let them handle it."

Nathaniel wasn't one to meddle in others' affairs, but he would step in when he couldn't stand by. Besides, the villain was Norman, who had slapped Aurelia twice in the hospital, a fact that Nathaniel still resented.

When Norman heard Nathaniel was calling the police, he cried bitterly, "My good son-in-law, don't hand me over to the police. That would ruin my life."

At his age, with his wife gone and one child dead while the other was missing, his only solace was sexual release. He never thought he'd mess up this time by involving a minor.

His company's performance had been steadily improving, and he had made some money. If Nathaniel sent him to prison, all his life's work would be destroyed.

Seeing Nathaniel remain silent, Norman begged, "Nathaniel, don't call the police. I have a secret about Aurelia to tell you."

Hearing the name 'Aurelia,' a cold light flashed in Nathaniel's deep eyes as he looked at Norman, ordering, "Speak."

Norman steadied his emotions and said slowly, "Haven't you been looking for Aurelia's body? She was probably taken by her grandmother's relatives. Her mother was from Coral Bay and their family resides there."

Nathaniel's eyes narrowed as he looked at Norman with doubt. In the three years he was with Aurelia, he had never heard her mention having a grandmother or relatives in Coral Bay. He couldn't tell how much of what Norman said was true.

He said coldly, "If there's one false word in what you just said, do you know what the consequences will be?"

Norman shivered and replied, "Mr. Heilbronn, I wouldn't dare lie to you. Aurelia's mother was from Coral Bay and cut ties with her family after marrying me. This was a sore spot for her mother, so she rarely mentioned it. Aurelia didn't even know she had a grandmother."

Nathaniel felt a pang of sorrow. No wonder he couldn't find Aurelia in any cemetery in Imperick because she wasn't even there. The person protecting her was likely from Coral Bay.

He rubbed his temples and said, "Call the police first!"

There was no need to be moral with scum like Norman. He wasn't a merciful priest and wouldn't let him off just because of a few words.

Although the information Norman provided was useful, it was a separate matter and couldn't offset his crimes.

Zack immediately called the police. It didn't take long for them to arrive. After keeping Norman in custody, they searched the villa inside and out but found nothing suspicious before taking the three away for questioning.

There was indeed no one else in the villa.

Nathaniel looked at the red dot on the computer, still unmoving at the villa's location.

He suddenly realized it might be another trick by the cunning J, who had given them a fake location, leading them around Imperick.

Damn it!

No matter what, he had to catch that damn J!
