Chapter 63 Who Is at a Disadvantage?

Aurelia gasped beneath him. "Nathaniel, he's your Uncle Marcus, your thoughts are really twisted."

Nathaniel snorted coldly. "My thoughts are not twisted. I'm a man, and I know what men want. Don't think of men too purely, like now."

He easily spread her legs, and Aurelia instinctively tightened them.

Aurelia shouted, "Get out of here!"

A light laugh escaped Nathaniel's throat.

"Do you know what you're saying? Once I start, I won't stop halfway."

"Aurelia, relax, don't reject me."

"You should know, whether it's this door or your body, as long as I want to, I can come in at any time."

His kiss was fierce and intense, not even giving her a chance to catch her breath.

The untimely ringing of the phone interrupted.

Impatiently, he declined the call with one hand and continued what he was doing.

Less than a minute later, the phone rang again as if Nathaniel had to answer it.

"Phone."

Aurelia's voice shattered.

Nathaniel paused for a moment and smirked. Then he picked up the phone from the bedside and answered on speakerphone.

"Who is this?"

Aurelia was startled, immediately covering her mouth with both hands, afraid of making any strange noises.

Nathaniel mischievously looked at her, the force beneath him increasing along with his each movement.

A voice said, "Is this Mr. Nathaniel Heilbronn? I'm a reporter from SkyPulse Media. Your friend Oscar injured one of our colleagues, and he asked me to call you to handle this."

After a long silence without a response, the person on the other end asked again, "Excuse me, are you listening? Please handle this quickly, or we will call the police."

After being told it was a reporter, Nathaniel wanted to hang up, only reluctantly listening further upon hearing Oscar's name. The fool then rudely threatened him, truly ignorant.

Nathaniel retorted, "He hit you. You deserved it."

The reporter said, "Well, Mr. Heilbronn, take your time. I'll call the police first."

Nathaniel replied, "You can do as you please!"

Nathaniel was a real demon, casually tossing the phone aside and returning to his intimate moment with Aurelia.

"Don't hold back. Call out."

He pried open Aurelia's hand, teasing her wickedly.

The hot kisses lingered on every sensitive part of her body.

Aurelia felt as if she was rolling in a frying pan, her body numb and tingling. Her moans, filled with a sense of humiliation, spurred the man on even more.

In Imperick International Auction Center, Dozens of reporters gathered on the top floor, holding cameras, blocking the room's entrance, all waiting to capture first-hand information. They had received news from somewhere that the popular influencer Carol Martinez had spent the night here with Mr. Moore. They had been waiting all night. They wouldn’t leave until the two came out.

The sound of high heels approached from a distance.

All attention was drawn to the approaching figure.

Leading the group of reporters was a man with green-dyed hair, rushing forward to meet the person coming from afar. "Miss Heilbronn, if this door doesn't open, we can't get any shots. Do you have any way to get them out?"

Ashley raised her eyebrows, a slightly disdainful expression on her face. "You still haven't captured anything? If I knew you were so unreliable, I would have given this information to someone else."

"Don't, Miss Heilbronn. We've been waiting here for seven or eight hours. Just before you arrived, Mr. Moore came out once, smashed a camera, and even injured one of our colleagues. We filmed the scuffle. I'll show you."

The man was about to open his device, but Ashley sneered, "Fool, what's the use of filming him? Film the woman he slept with."

The man lost his spirit in an instant. "Mr. Moore guarded the door. The person inside hasn't shown up. We're all trying to figure out how to force Carol out."

If they could capture this exclusive news, their performance for the month would be secured, and they could earn a hefty bonus on top of that.

Ashley fell silent, knowing full well that the person inside was not Carol but the person she wanted to manipulate. She wouldn't reveal the truth; otherwise, these reporters wouldn't follow her orders.

"Just wait a moment."

Ashley walked to the staircase to make a call. Today, she would make Nathaniel break ties with Aurelia in front of these people.

At that moment, Nathaniel was leaning back against the headboard, smoking a cigarette after their lovemaking, his face filled with satisfaction.

The sound of running water from the bathroom made him quite satisfied with the previous sex.

The phone rang, and in a good mood, he answered, "Ashley, what's up?"

However, what Ashley said on the other end made his face change drastically.

Aurelia came out, her hair damp.

"Aurelia, change your clothes and come with me."

After the sex, Aurelia felt sore all over and just wanted to lie down and continue sleeping.

"Are you going back to the main bedroom, or should I?"

Her implication was clear; they would sleep in separate rooms. If Nathaniel insisted on occupying the guest room, she would return to the main bedroom.

Rubbing his temples, Nathaniel found Aurelia was truly stubborn.

"Is it because I didn't make you comfortable, or what?"

He thought, ‘We had just shared an intimate moment in bed, where she was completely in sync with me. But now, having put her clothes back on, she's throwing these ice-cold words my way again.’

Aurelia's ears reddened slightly. She opened the window on the balcony to get some fresh air in the room that was filled with his secondhand smoke.

"You're disturbing my sleep quality by being next to me."

Nathaniel extinguished his cigarette between his fingers. "You slept well last night, kept snuggling into my arms, couldn't even be woken up, and you took advantage of me. Who's at a disadvantage when we sleep together?"

Aurelia's hand, which was drying her hair, paused, feeling a bit amused. Where did he learn to act like such a rascal, twisting the truth like that?

Who's at a disadvantage?

He talked as if she wanted to take advantage of him.

"Change your clothes and come with me."

Nathaniel urged once more.

Aurelia could tell he was serious.

She inquired, "Why should I go out with you? Aren't you afraid of others knowing about us?"

She took out a hairdryer and started blow-drying her hair slowly, with no intention of going out with him. It was outrageous not to let her sleep in on a big weekend and then drag her away.

Halfway through drying her hair, Nathaniel had already changed into a gray suit, a color that softened his demeanor.

Aurelia glanced at him, and Nathaniel was walking towards her side, so she quickly turned her head.

"If you want to look at me, just look openly; there is no need to sneak a peek."

Aurelia thought to herself, 'He's quite narcissistic.'

He took the hairdryer from her hand, and she was momentarily stunned. Nathaniel held the hairdryer in one hand and tugged at her hair with the other.

The morning's blush-inducing scenes suddenly flooded back without warning, and Aurelia blushed.

The warm air enveloped her head, with strands of hair occasionally falling on her neck, tickling her. Aurelia felt like they were a loving couple at the moment.

It was the first time Nathaniel had helped a woman blow-dry her hair, and he was a bit slow. After a few minutes, the roots of her hair were still damp.

Aurelia took the hairdryer back from him reluctantly,

"I'll do it myself."

He reluctantly handed back the hairdryer, feeling rejected for offering help for the first time.

Women were truly troublesome.

"Should I help you get dressed later?” Nathaniel inquired.
