Her breath was completely taken away.
Kelvin lifted her up, pressing her against the door. One hand cradled her face while the other wrapped around her waist, holding her securely in his arms as he kissed her fiercely and passionately.

Penelope hooked her arms around his neck, tilting her head back to receive and respond to his kiss.

Monica didn't want to either!

"Well," Timothy said, "we've been standing here the whole time, not hiding, not sneaking around, just standing here openly and honestly. It's not our fault you two were so focused and didn't see us. You can't blame Monica and me for that!"

Penelope was silent.
How embarrassing! She had never been so embarrassed in her life!

"It's okay," Monica said, "Penelope, it's just me who saw, not anyone else. We're best friends, no need to be shy, it's totally normal."
"Exactly, exactly."
"We won't spread it around or make fun of you. Just think of it as watching a free romance drama?"
Monica winked, her voice full of laughter.
Penelope buried her face even deeper!
Timothy teased, "Just a friendly reminder, next time, don't be in such a rush. Check if there's anyone else in the room first. If I hadn't coughed, you two might have..."
"Alright," Kelvin interrupted, "if you keep talking, you'll never see Penelope's face again today."
Monica burst out laughing.
As her best friend, she couldn't allow such a moment to slip away to tease her when she finally had the opportunity!
"I always thought Penelope was shy and passive. But from what I just saw, she's very passionate and proactive! I never expected this side of her!"
Timothy chuckled quietly.
Monica continued, "I really thought about taking out my phone to record that scene, so you two could see for yourselves. It was more real and emotional than any TV drama."
"And this is in a hospital. Imagine if you were at home..."
Penelope's muffled voice came from Kelvin's chest, "Monica! Stop it! One day, you'll be in my shoes!"
"Don't worry, Timothy and I won't be as impatient as you two."
Kelvin gently stroked Penelope's hair with one hand while trying to push her away with the other.
But Penelope clung to him tightly, refusing to lift her head.
So embarrassing!
Kelvin had no choice but to change the subject. "How did you two get in here?"
"How do you think?" Timothy replied, "We walked in, of course."
"There are guards at the door."
"What, your guards are supposed to stop me?" Timothy retorted, "Do I have no status or respect left?"
Kelvin pursed his lips, "Next time, let us know before you come."
"We did! We sent messages to both you and Penelope, but neither of you replied. So Monica and I had no choice but to come directly."
Timothy pointed to the flowers nearby, "Look, we brought gifts."
Monica noticed something odd.
"There are two bouquets here. Who sent the other one?" Monica asked, "Who came to visit Mr. Davis before us?"
"Thessaly did."
Monica was puzzled, "Thessaly sent two bouquets?"
Kelvin's brow furrowed.
The other one was from Brandon!
He forgot to throw it out!
"Yes, Thessaly sent them," Kelvin replied without missing a beat, "Is there a law against sending two?"
Penelope listened to their conversation and quickly glanced over.
Everyone noticed her small movement.
Kelvin leaned down to whisper in her ear, "Still embarrassed?"
"Yes."
"We are all friends; it's no big deal."
Penelope bit her lip and stayed silent.
