Chapter 772 Sam Is Really Your Son

No matter how angry or upset he was, as soon as he faced her, he would put away all his hostility and temper, showing only his gentleness and care.

Now, It was quite scary.

Penelope swallowed hard, "I said it when Sam was kidnapped, but you didn't believe me. You thought it was a plot to trick Isabella into exchanging hostages."

"I didn't have time to explain it to you in detail back then. How was I supposed to know you wouldn't believe me?"

"There was no brilliant scheme; it was all real. In such an urgent situation, who could come up with such an idea?"

After speaking, she glanced at Kelvin's expression.

He still didn't speak, his Adam's apple moving up and down.

"Now you should believe it, right?" Penelope mumbled, "Sam is really your son. He is Lucy's older brother, born a few minutes before her."

She added, "I was pregnant with twins back then. One was Sam, and the other was Lucy."

Kelvin looked at her.

At the moment their eyes met, Penelope couldn't help but shiver.

His sharp gaze, no matter how long it had been, always made her feel a lingering fear.

His presence was too overwhelming.

"So you are Molly," Kelvin's eyes darkened, "right?"

Penelope nodded, "Yes."

"The person I went to the small town to see was you. Penelope, you hid so well, you really made it hard for me!"

At this moment, Kelvin understood everything.

He had always known that Sam was Molly's son, but he didn't know that Molly was Penelope!

Moreover, Penelope had even gotten mad at him for mentioning Molly!

And the result? He had been kept in the dark from the beginning!

"I had my concerns too," Penelope blinked, "We can talk about these things privately, okay?"

Timothy and Monica were still here!

If she had to admit her mistakes and coax Kelvin, it had to be at home.

She couldn't do it in front of others!

She could clearly see Timothy and Monica holding back their laughter, eager to watch the drama unfold!

Kelvin snorted coldly.

He was very unhappy now! Extremely unhappy!

Penelope tugged at his sleeve, "Don't be mad."

He pulled his hand away from her.

He was really angry. Penelope sighed silently in her heart; she had known this day would come.

Kelvin's reaction was not much different from what she had expected.

Penelope suddenly looked up at Timothy.

She suddenly smiled, "Mr. Foster, enjoying the show?"

"Not really, no, there's no show, no drama to watch." Timothy said seriously, "Congratulations, Kelvin, you have a son and a daughter, you're a winner in life!"

Penelope's smile grew sweeter, "Thank you for your blessings, Mr. Foster. But isn't your blessing a bit late?"

Timothy felt a pang of nervousness.

He seemed to understand what Penelope was trying to do!

She wanted to drag him into this!

Because Timothy was the first to know that Sam was Kelvin and Penelope's son!

He had discovered it back in the small town!

No wonder Penelope had just smiled so wickedly!

Timothy tried hard to control his expression and change the subject, "Since everything's fine, I think Monica and I should leave now, so we don't cause any trouble. We can't really help with anything here."

Monica echoed, "Yes, yes, I'll come back to see Sam when he wakes up!"

The two of them turned to leave.

Because Monica had also known Sam's identity for a long time!

The whole world knew, except Kelvin!

And when Isabella had directly told Kelvin about Sam's identity, he still didn't believe it.

It only proved that Penelope had hidden Sam's identity so well that even when she said it herself, Kelvin instinctively thought it was false!

"Stop." Kelvin said, "No one is leaving."

Timothy and Monica's steps halted.

"Aren't we just in the way here?" Timothy said, "Kelvin, I'll come back later..."

Kelvin interrupted him directly, "When did you find out?"

Alright.

No escaping it.

It had to be faced sooner or later.

Timothy resignedly turned around and glanced at Penelope.

Penelope shrugged.

She couldn't let Kelvin be mad at just her!

No one was getting away!

Everyone would face Kelvin's anger together!

"Well, actually, I wanted to tell you," Timothy began to lie, "but I'm an outsider. How could I be the one to tell you that Sam is your son, right?"

"I thought it had to be Penelope who told you this good news herself, to make it shocking, surprising, and unexpected."

"Who knew she would keep it a secret? How could I meddle in such matters?"

Kelvin repeated, "I asked when you found out Sam's true identity!"

Timothy's eyes darted around, "Just recently."

"What do you mean by recently?"

"Not long ago." Timothy smiled, "I found out just a little bit before you."

He even gestured with his hand, "Just a little bit."

Kelvin's face remained expressionless, "Really?"

"Yes!" Timothy nodded vigorously, "You know I can't keep secrets. How could I hold it in and not tell you? It would make me sick!"

Kelvin looked at Penelope, "Is he telling the truth?"

Timothy desperately signaled to Penelope with his eyes.

Don't betray him!

Help him out!

There would be no good outcome if Kelvin was angered!

But it was useless.

Penelope, with the mindset of "if I'm going down, we're all going down," answered.

It wasn't just her who had hidden Sam's identity; so many people around Kelvin knew and kept it from him.

This way, Kelvin's anger and temper would be spread out among everyone, not just directed at her alone!

"Mr. Foster," Penelope replied, "at this point, you should tell the truth."

Kelvin's sharp gaze swept over him, "You still dare to lie to me?"

"No." Timothy waved his hand, "The first time I found out Sam was your son was when..."

He started coughing hard.

Because he really couldn't say it. Once he did, he was done for.

Kelvin held grudges!

And Kelvin wouldn't do anything to Penelope, but he would definitely do something to him!

"Got tuberculosis?" Kelvin said coldly, "Need to get an X-ray?"

Seeing that he couldn't bluff his way out, Timothy confessed honestly.
