Chapter 663 Penelope's Figure is Amazing
Kelvin snorted coldly and let Sam go. Even if Sam didn’t mean it, the words made him feel better!
As soon as Sam's feet hit the ground, he spun around and made a face at Kelvin before dashing off.
"Hey, come back," Kelvin called out. "Lucy hasn't gotten up yet."
"It's already morning. I'll go wake her up!"
Sam didn't even glance back.
"You're a boy. You can't just barge into a girl's room," Kelvin said, raising an eyebrow. "I told you to stop!"
"Lucy won't mind! She lets me go in!"
In a flash, Sam was at the guest room door.
Kelvin hurried to catch up.
Not following orders? Looked like someone needed to be carried downstairs!
Sam still knocked politely. "Lucy, Penelope, it's me. I'm coming in!"
With that, he reached for the door handle.
The door actually opened.
Kelvin was shocked. Penelope didn't lock the door last night?
Before he could react, Sam darted in. He followed, his face darkening at the sight!
Penelope was changing clothes!
Seeing them suddenly burst in, Penelope yelped and quickly used her clothes to cover herself.
But her tanned shoulders and slender waist were still visible.
Kelvin saw the heart-shaped birthmark on her waist.
Penelope was at a loss for words, not knowing what to say.
Sam blinked. "Penelope, I knocked. Didn't you hear?"
He looked like it was no big deal.
"I heard," Penelope replied. "I didn't have time to answer and tell you not to come in, and you already opened the door."
"The door wasn't locked, so I came in," Sam said, sounding justified.
Kelvin was not happy.
Letting anyone else, even a kid like Sam, see his wife changing was unacceptable!
He immediately covered Sam's eyes with his hand. "Close your eyes!"
"Oh, I can not look," Sam said. "But I already saw it just now."
Kelvin's face darkened even more.
"And it's no big deal to take a look, Penelope covered herself," Sam added, fearlessly pushing Kelvin's limits. "Penelope has a great figure!"
Kelvin really wanted to throw him out and did so immediately!
Kelvin picked Sam up by the waist with one hand and turned to walk out.
"Kelvin!" seeing his rough actions, Penelope said worriedly. "Be careful! He's just a kid!"
Kelvin wasn't listening anymore.
Sam had seen and even commented. How could he tolerate that?
Sam didn't care at all. "Kelvin, why are you so angry? It's not the first time I've seen Penelope changing clothes."
"What are you talking about?"
"If you don't believe me, ask her," Sam said.
Yes, Sam was her child, and it wasn't the first time he had accidentally seen her changing clothes.
Usually, Sam would politely turn around, knowing the difference between genders. Even though she was his mom, he still kept his distance.
Today, he was clearly doing it on purpose to annoy Kelvin.
Kelvin shot Penelope a dark look. "Is what he said true?"
Penelope scrambled to cover for Sam. "Didn't I stay at the Cooper family for a while? Brandon brought Sam over, and it just happened that..."
She stammered through her explanation.
Sam spread his hands. "See, I wasn't lying."
A moment ago, Kelvin only wanted to throw him out of the room.
Now he wanted to throw him downstairs!
"Forget it, Kelvin." Penelope quickly put on her T-shirt. "He's just a kid."
"But he's still a boy," Kelvin said.
"He won't remember this when he grows up." Penelope quickly walked over and rescued Sam from Kelvin's grip.
She gave Sam a warning look.
He better not push his luck.
She could tell that Sam was deliberately trying to annoy Kelvin, knowing how possessive and caring Kelvin was.
Sam directly reached out and hugged her tightly. "Oh, Penelope, long time no see. I missed you."
His arms wrapped around Penelope's waist, his legs kicked up to circle her legs, and he clung to her like an ornament.
"Every day apart feels like a year," Sam said again. "How long has it been since we last saw each other?"
"You're quite eloquent. Your Language and Literacy class must be going well." Penelope smiled.
"Of course, I'm first in my class, second in the whole school."
"Second in the whole school?" Penelope was a bit surprised. He was always first. "Who's first?"
Who could surpass Sam?
What kind of genius child would that be?
"It's her." Sam pointed to the still-sleeping Lucy on the bed. "Since she's a girl, I let her have it. It's nice to let her be first occasionally."
So the first place was Lucy.
The siblings often took turns being first, but Sam was first more often.
"What happened?" Penelope was curious. "Don't lie. You wouldn't give up first place."
"She's Lucy, not someone else, so I let her."
"Tell the truth," Penelope said strictly.
Sam had to confess honestly.
He scratched his head. "This time, the craft class grades were included, and I'm a boy, not as good with crafts as girls, so Lucy's total score surpassed mine."
"So that's how it is."
Sam stubbornly added, "It's not embarrassing for a boy to lose in crafts! It's normal!"
He turned to Kelvin. "Right, Kelvin? Did you get first place in crafts in kindergarten?"
He needed to ask a guy to find some balance in his heart.
"I did," Kelvin said. "Do you think I'm like you?"
Sam immediately jumped up. "I don't believe it!"
Kelvin didn't want to argue with him. "Get out, this is a girl's room. You shouldn't come in."
"You're a boy too, if I go out, you go out too."
"They are my wife and my daughter," Kelvin replied.
"Well, they are my darlings!"
